The Horn of Africa States is as old as humanity itself. It is often referred to as the birthplace of humanity from whence people spread to the rest of the world and hence, and for once, it needs the gratitude of its sons across the world, although they would have moved away thousands of years ago. Its historical significance is not the reason it still matters and why it is still in the news and media of the world almost everyday. Its present significance is equally important if not more relevant in today’s definitely disturbed world, where greed and lies are the main driving forces of some men in important places of the world.

The Horn of Africa States is some 1.8 million square kilometers and enjoys a coastal belt of some 4700km, not counting its many islands, some under its control but others under the control of non-regional actors. Its seas and oceans not only provide one of the main sea-lanes of the world, but also contain significant hydrocarbon products and other minerals that is in great demand today and mostly for the warring Europeans, who have shot themselves in the feet by cutting off their traditional supplies. It is the source of the Blue Nile that provides fresh water to millions of people not only in the region itself but also millions more in faraway Northeast Africa. The Horn of Africa is an ecosystem that can feed itself instead of its current set up as the hungry place where people starve almost daily, should it be left alone by the malicious forces, which are hell-bent to keep it that way. Rats breath on the place they bite, less the victims feel the pain of the bite, so they say, in the Horn of Africa States, and those who pretend to be feeding the people of the Horn of Africa States are no different than those rats. They bring in some food, but not enough anyway, to have the region stay in a painful state.

The region enjoys the roof of Africa, the Simien Mountains and it enjoys a vast savannah, and it enjoys both enough salt and fresh waters that provide significant seafood and fish not only to feed itself but also many millions more in the world. The mineral wealth, the agricultural wealth, the livestock and the wildlife, it owns also demonstrate the immensity of the region and what it can offer to humanity.

Yet, this beautiful picture does not represent the region. Misery, hunger and starvation, conflicts and wars and involvement of non-regional actors, the so-called international community, but literally very few countries, mark the region. It would have been wiser if they left the region alone and this would have been more beneficial for them. The region, if it needs to exploit its riches, would have shared this wealth with them anyway.

The region currently represents itself as four countries that seem to be moving in different directions, sometimes clashing among themselves in their bids to please non-regional actors, when they should have been working together for the benefit of the people of the Horn of Africa – people who enjoy the same ethnic composition, suffer the same social ills and diseases, and indeed, who have the same destiny. Why do some members of the Horn of Africa join other ethnic groupings such as the Arab League or the East Africa Community that have their own interests, which completely contradict with the interests and destiny of the Horn of Africa States? Somalia and Djibouti are both Horn African and non-Arab, but they are members of that dysfunctional institution that not only failed them but also its Arab people. Why should they continue to be in an institution with which their people other than the Islamic religion share truly little with. There are so many other Muslim countries that are not members of this Arab League institution and being Muslim and close by does not qualify these two countries to be members of the organization. They were literally hoodwinked to join. Djibouti and Somalia were both seen as a protective belt for the Arabian Peninsula in the South. It is even more disconcerting when one sees Somalia vying for or should we say, being pushed, to join another community that Somalis, as a people, share extraordinarily little with – The East Africa Community. Instead of sharing its unexploited potential wealth with its natural grouping of the Horn of Africa States, Somalia has even appointed a “Special Envoy” to smoothen the way to join the EAC. Is this to serve Somalia or serve the interests of one person or a few people who have significant, stolen wealth in that region. Joining the East Africa Community will be another liability for Somalia. Here is why:

- Somalis do not speak Kiswahili and they do not speak Arabic either. Arabic is only used for religious ceremonies and prayers but not for communicating, sciences, politics or other ways in Somalia. Kiswahili would be even worse, for there would be no use for that language in the country. It would be disastrous for Somalis participating in EAC conferences and summits or even meetings where the language of communication would be Kiswahili. The same has been amply demonstrated in the case of the Arab League, where many Somali delegations sent to participate in Arab league committees, found themselves in embarrassing situations. Why would the Government of Somalia repeat the same mistake, when they know that the country erred once before?

- Current members of the EAC all enjoy semi-industrialization and produce many goods and products that can flood the Somali markets. What would Somalis produce to counter the current EAC advantages in this regard. At present, we say, none!

- Only losers will be appointed to represent Somalia in the EAC, and this would be a major disaster for the nation when its best cannot represent it.

- The EAC represents governments and countries that seem to be cohesive and functional, whereas Somalia remains far behind. It does not even have full control over its territory. It is mired by miseries, the most important and significant of which is lack of proper leadership to steer the country, in this difficult period of its history. It cannot deliver what the EAC agreed upon. Somalia’s leadership needs to rethink on the matter very carefully before plunging itself into a disaster. The EAC should not open the door for Somalia until it puts its house in order first and is fully willing to fulfill all the requirements of the EAC. Remember Turkey! The Europeans declined to accept this great country, for there are certain crucial factors that would definitely make Turkey clash with the rest of Europe down the road. And so would Somalia with the EAC, mainly for historical reasons.

There are many other factors which would deny Somalia joining the EAC, but this should suffice for the time being. Somalia can easily join the HAS (a grouping of the Horn of Africa States). This is because the Horn of Africa States are almost at the same level in political setup and maturity. They all deal with significant political and internal issues. All the four countries of the Horn of Africa States enjoy the same heritage and ethnic composition in general and the mixing of the populations would not cause any serious issues. The populations lived together and traded with each other almost from the beginning of humanity and as a group, they have built empires that sometimes went and extended beyond the region, including as far as India. According to Dr. Clyde Winters, “Horn Africans have had very intimate relations with Indians.” Dr. Clyde Winters further reported that in antiquity, Horn Africans ruled much of India, denoting the similarities in the Indian and Somali languages, for example. “Magaalo” in Somali for a “township” or “diyaar” for being “ready” or “gaadhi” for a “car”,  or a “doobi” for a “laundryman”, or for that matter the “Haa” and “Aamus” for “yes” and “be quiet” respectively or “baraf” for “ice”, to take a few is a clear indication of the closeness of the two peoples of South India and the Horn of Africa States. The traditional Ethiopian and Eritrean dress or the Djibouti Afar girls’ nose piercing is not much different from those of South Indians. The Horn Africans who ruled much of India were called the Naga, and they created the Sanskrit. The Naga were said to be great seamen, and  they ruled much of India, Sri Lanka, and Burma. They were known to be warlike as they present themselves today. It would seem nothing has changed with them!

They are mentioned in the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. Dr. Clyde Winters further notes that, “In the Mahabharata we discover that the Naga had their capital city in the Dekkan, and other cities spread between the Jumna and Ganges as early as 1300 BC. (“Ancient African Kings of India – By Dr. Clyde Winters”).

On the economic front, developments of the SEED countries are not that much apart, and the four countries can rise together at the same time. Achieving food , energy and water security are all important for the region and the coastal and interior complementarity is significant. The interior lands where most people live need many outlets to the sea, which the coastal parts of the region offer. The youthful population of the region provide the necessary labor for all industrial ventures.

The size of the population (some 160 million) represents a sizeable market, which is good for any entrepreneuring businessmen to take advantage of. The region offers a historical perspective and beautiful mountains, valleys and white beaches for a significant tourist industry, supported by an agreeable climate, fauna and flora, rivers and lakes and a diverse animal population. Water sports be they riverine or lakes or seas and ocean are available for those adventurous sportsmen and women and giving them a break from the cold winters of the far north of the northern hemisphere.

On the security front and on foreign policy, united, the region will stand firm and stronger, and each of the four countries would not be hunted individually, as is the case now. A strong united Horn of Africa will be a force to reckon with as they were in the past. It is time the present leadership of the region revisited their calculations and protected each other from the roaming wolves that have come to the region from afar and from not too far either. Dismembering of the Horn of Africa States and segregating each country from the others is one of the main methods for weakening the region. The continuing and endless internal conflicts and political turmoil in each country demonstrate that this is not natural but deliberately manufactured by forces beyond the region, using the artificially created poverty and starvation to achieve their despicable goals.

ህይወት፣ ሰላምና ዕድገት በሚል አርዕስት  ዘአበሻ ድረ-ገጽ ላይ ለአንባቢያን ያቀረብከውን ጽሁፍህን ተመለከትኩት። ጽሁፉ ማለፊያ ነው። በመሰረቱ የማንኛውም ህዝብ ህልምና ፍላጎት ሰላምና ዕድገት መሆን አለባቸው። እንዳልከውም ሰላም ሳይኖር ዕድገት በፍጹም ሊኖር አይችልም። የህይወትም ትርጉሙ ደግሞ የመጨረሻ መጨረሻ በስላም መኖርና የተሟላ ዕድገት መጎናጸፍ ነው። እየአንዳንዱ ለአቅመ-አዳም የደረሰና ትምህርቱን የጨረሰ፣ ወይም አንዳች ሙያን ተምሮ ያጠናቀቀ ስራ ካገኘ በኋላ ቤተሰብ መመስረትና ልጆች መውለድ ይፈልጋል። ይህ ሁሉ ሊሆንና ህብረተሰብም በተከታታይነት ከአንዱ ትውልድ ወደሚቀጥለው ሊተላለፍ የሚችለው በአንድ አገር ውስጥና በአካባቢው ሰለም ሲሰፍና ቀስ በቀስም የተሟላና የተስተካከለ ዕድገት ሲመጣ  ብቻ ነው።

የሚነሳውና መነሳትም ያለበት ጥያቄ በአንድ ህብረተሰብ ውስጥ ሰላም እንዳይኖር የሚያደርጉ ምክንያቶችን መፈለጉ ነው። ለምሳሌ የእኛ ህብረተሰብ ካለፉት 48 ዓመታት ጀምሮ እፎይ ብሎ አያውቅም። ስራው ሁሉ ጦርነት ሆኗል። ለጦርነት ምክንያት የሆኑትና የሚሆኑት  ኃይሎች ደግሞ ተራውና ያልተማረው ህዝብ ሳይሆን ተማርን፣ አውቀናል የሚሉና ስልጣን ላይ ካልወጣን ብለው እዚህና እዚያ የሚራወጡት፣ በአጠቃላይ ሲታይ ኤሊት ተብለው የሚጠሩ ኃይሎች ናቸው። በዓለም ላይ የተካሄዱትን የጦርነት ታሪኮች ለተከታተለ ደግሞ በመጀመሪያ ለጦርነት ዋናው ምክንያት ስልጣንን  የጨበጡ ኃይሎች ናቸው። ቢያንስ የአንደኛውንና የሁለተኛውን ዓለም ጦርነቶች ታሪክ ስንመለከት ቀስቃሾቹ ስልጣንን የጨበጡና የሌላውን አገር ብሄራዊ  ነፃነት ደፍረንና አስገብረን ቅኝ-ግዛት እናደርገዋለን ብለው ባሰቡ ነው። በዚህ ዓይነቱ አርቆ አለማሰብ ጦርነት የተነሳ በብዙ ሚሊዮኖች የሚቆጠሩ የዋህ ህዝቦች ህይወታቸውን ሰውተዋል። ከሁለተኛው ዓለም ጦርነት በኋላ ጀምሮ እስካሁን ድረስ የተካሄዱትንና የሚካሄዱትን ጦርነቶች ለተመለከተ ደግሞ የጦርነቶች ቀስቃሽ ኃይሎች ኢምፖፔሪያሊስት ኃይሎች ናቸው። ከዚሁ ሁኔታ ስንነሳ ባለፉት 50 ዓመታት በአገራችን ምድር የሚካሄደው ጦርነት የውክልና ጦርነት ነው። ይህም ማለት የራሳችን ጦርነት አይደለም። ጦርነትን የምናካሂደው ለውጭ ኃይሎች መሳሪያ በመሆን መሳሪያን ብምድራችንና በህዝባችን ላይ መሞከሪያ ለማድረግ ነው። እንደሚታወቀውና ተማርኩኝ ለሚል ሰው ሁሉ ግልጽ መሆን ያለበት ጉዳይ በጦርነት አማካይነት አገር የሚገነባ ሳይሆን የሚፈራርስ ነው። ጦርነት የሰውን ሃይልና የጥሬ-ሀብትን፣ እንዲሁም በብዙ መቶ ሚሊዮን የሚቀጠር ገነዝብን አውዳሚ ነው። ከጦርነት፣ በተለይ ደግሞ ከእርስ በርስ ጦርነት አንዳችም ነገር አይገኝም። አሸናፊ ሆኖ የሚወጣውም ታሪክን የሚሰራ ሳይሆን አገርን አውዳሚ ነው። በጦርነት አማካይነት ህይወቱ እንዲቀጠፍ የሚደረገው በዚኸኛው ወይም በዚያኛው ወገን የሚሰለፍ እያንዳንዱ የራሱ የሆነ ባዮግራፊ አለው። ቤተሰብም የመሰረተ ሊኖር ይችላል። ታዲያ በማይገባ የወንድማማች ጦረነት ህይወቱ ሲያልፍ የሱ ህይወት መቀጠፍ ቤተሰቦቹን ብቻ ሳይሆን የተወለደበትንና ያደገበትን መንደር ህዝብ በሙሉ ያሳዝናል። በእሱ መሞት ምክንያት የተነሳ እስከዚያ ድረስ ያካበተው ልምድና ትውውቅ በሙሉ እንዳለ ይወድማል። ባጭሩ በጦርነት አማካይነት የተነሳ አንድ ህብረተሰብና ማህበረሰብ እንዳለ ይናጋል። መንፈሱ ይረበሻል። ለመፍጠርና ለመኖር ያለው ኃይል በሙሉ ይሟሽሻል። ታዲያ ተማርን የሚሉና ጦርነትን የሚያካሄዱ ወገኖቻችን እነዚህን ነገሮች በሙሉ ለምን አያጤኑም? እንዳያጤኑ፣ ወይም እንዳያወጡና እንዳያወርዱ የሚያግዳቸውስ ምን ነገር አለ? በጦርነትስ አማካይነት ምን የሚያተርፉት ነገር አለ? እናተርፋለን ብለው የሚያስቡ ከሆነ በጣም ተሳስተዋል።

ታዲያ ሀቁ ይህ ከሆነ እኛ ኢትዮጵያውያን በቂ ምክንያት ሳይኖረን ለምን የኢምፔሪያሊስቶችን ጦርነት እናካሄዳለን? ስልጣን ላይ ከወጣንስ በኋላ ምን ነገር ልንሰራ ነው? እዚህ ላይ መነሳት ያለበት ጉዳይ የዓለምን ታሪክ፣ በተለይም ከሁለተኛው ዓለም ጦርነት በኋላ የሚካሄደውን ጦርነት ለተመለከተ እንደኛ በስተቀር የውጭ ኃያላን ተቀጣሪ በመሆን ጦርነት በራሱ ህዝብ፣ ታሪክ፣ ባህልና ሃይማኖቱ ላይ  የሚያካሂድ የሶስተኛው ዓለም ኤሊት የለም። ቬትናሞችና ሌሎች የሶስተኛው ዓለም አገሮች የፀረ-ቅኝ ግዛት ትግል ሲያካሂዱ በውጭ ኃይል መደፈር የለብንም፣ መታዘዝና መገዛትም የለብንም በማለት ነው። የእኛው አገር ትግል ግን የውጭ ጠላትን ለመከላከል የሚካሄድ ትግል ሳይሆን የተለያዩ ምክንያቶችን በመፈለግና የውጭ ተቀጣሪ በመሆን በህዝባችን ላይ ጦርነትን ማካሄድ ነው።

እዚህ ላይ የሚነሳው ጥያቄ እኛ ሰዎችና በአምላክ ምስልም የተፈጠርን ነን ብለን እናስባለን። የሶስት ሺህ ዓመት ታሪክ ያለንና አገራችንም ከመጀመሪያዎቹ አገሮች ውስጥ የክርስትናን ሃይማኖት የተቀበለች አገር ናት ብለን እንኮራለን። በእግዚአብሄር አምሳልነት መፈጠርና ባህልን አዳብሮ ሃይማኖትን መቀበልና በክርስቶስ ማመለክ በመሰረቱ መንፈስን መሰብሰብ ነበረበት። እንደሚባለው የሰው ልጅ ባህልን ሲያዳብር፣ በስራ-ክፍፍል አማካይነት ተሰማርቶ የተለያዩ ነገሮችን ሲያመርትና፣ እንዲያም ሲል ከተማዎችን ገንብቶና ልዩ ልዩ ተቋማትን ሲመሰርት በዚያው መጠንም መንፈሱ የረጋ ይሆና፤ አርቆ አሳቢ ይሆናል። ጭንቅላቱ ስለሚዳብርም መጥፎ መጥፎ ነገሮችን ከማሰብ ይልቅ ጥሩ ጥሩ ነገሮችን ያስባል። ስለሆነም አንደኛው የሌላኛው ጠላት አይሆንም። በመተጋገዝና በህብረትም ማህበረሰብን ስለሚመሰርትና ስለሚያጠነክር ናፍቆቱ ሁሉ የመጨረሻ መጨረሻ የተሟላ ሰላምንና ዕድገትን ማግኘት ነው። ይህ ከመሆኑ ይልቅ የአገራችን ኤሊት መንፈሱ የተረበሸ ያህል፣ ወይም ደግሞ በአፈጣጠሩ ጭንቅላቱ በተበላሸ መልክ የተዋቀረ ወይም የተቀረጸ ይመስል ጦርነትን ቀስቃሽ ሆኗል። የተማረው ትምህርት ሁሉ ከንቱ በመሆን ታሪክንና ባህልን በማውደም ምስኪን ህዝብን ሲያሰቃይ ይታያል።  ከዚህ ሀቅ ስንነሳ የእኛ ኢትዮጵያውያን ጭንቅላት አንዳች የጎደለው ነገር አለ። እልከኛ፣ አመጸኛና አፈኛ በመሆን ወደ ጦርነት ሊያመራ የሚችል ለመሆን በቅቷል። የአብዛኛዎችን በፖለቲካ ስም የሚታገሉትንና ለነፃነታችን እንታገላለን ብለው ወደ ጫካ የገቡትንና፣ በብዙ ሺሆች የሚቆጠሩ እህቶቻችንና ወንድሞቻችን ህይወት እንዲቀሰፍ ያደረጉትን የህይወት ታሪክ ስንመረመር አንዳቸውም ለሰው ልጅና ለአንድ ማህበረሰብ የሚያስፈልጉ ጠለቅ ያሉ ዕውቀቶችን ያልቀመሱና ከእነሱም ጋር ያልተዋወቁ ናቸው። ለሰው ልጅ ጭንቅላት መዳበር የሚያስፈልጉ ዕውቀቶች፣ ለምሳሌ ፍልስፍና፣ ሶስይሎጂ፣ የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ፣ አርኪቴክቸረና የከተማ ግንባታ ዕውቀት፣ የሰነ-ልቦናና ሌሎች ዕውቀቶች ጋር ያልተዋወቁና ለመከታተልም የሚፈልጉ አይደሉም። ስለሆነም ስለስው ልጅ ህይወት ያላቸው አስተሳሰብ ምን እንደሆነ አይታወቅም። እራሳቸውም ሰው መሆናቸውን የሚያውቁም አይመስሉም። ሰው ቢሆኑ ወይም ደግሞ እንደሰው ልጅ ቢያስቡ ኖሮ ሌላውን ተመሳሳዩን ወገኖቻቸውን ባልገደሉ ወይም ባላሰቃዩ ነበር። ባጭሩ እንደነዚህ ዐይነት ሺህ በሺህ የሚቆጠሩ የኢምፔሪያሊስት ተላላኪያዎች ኢትዮጵያውያን  ለእነሱ ህይወት ትርጉም የለውም። ኤስቴቲክስ፣ ሙዚቃ፣ ጥሩ ጥሩ አርኪቴክቸሮችና ጋርደኖች ምን እንደሆኑ የሚያውቁት ነገር የለም። ስራና የስራ ባህልም ምን እንደሆነ አያውቁም። ለመብላት ብቻ ብለው ይበላሉ። ለምን እንደሚበሉና ምን ዐይነትስ ምግብ ለጤንነታቸው የሚስማማ መሆኑን የሚያውቁት ነገር የለም። ባጭሩ እነዚህ ሰዎች የራሳቸው ህይውት ትርጉም ስለሌለው፣ ጭንቅላታቸው የተረበሸ ከመሆኑ የተነሳ ሊረኩ የሚችሉት ሌላውን አምሳያቸውን ወንድማቸውን ወይም እህታቸውን ሲገድሉ ብቻ ነው። ህይወታቸው በሙሉ ከማሰቃይትና አገርን ከመበታተን ጋር የተያያዘ ብቻ ነው።  እንደዚህ ዐይነቱ የህይውት ፍልስፍና ከአገራችን በስተቀር  በሌሎች የአፍሪካ አገሮች አይታይም። ለማንኛውም ከዚህ ዐይነቱ የኑሮን ትርጉም ከማያውቅና ለስልጣን ብቻ ከሚቅበዘበበዝ ትውልድ ሰላምንና ዕድገትን መጠበቀ አይቻልም። ዕድገትም ማለት ምን ማለት እንደሆነ ስለማይገባው ኤክስፐርቶች ነን በሚሉ የውጭ ኃይሎች በመሰበክና በመታለል የተዘባረረቀ ነገር ከመስራት በስተቀር መንፍስን የሚሰበስብ፣ ተከታታይነት የሚኖረውና ሚዛናዊነት ያለው ወይም የተስተካከለ ዕድገትን ሊያመጣ አይችልም። ለተስተካከለና ተከታታይነት ለሚኖረው ዕድገት ደግሞ ጠለቅ ያለ የፍልፍና፣ የኢኮኖሚክ ቲዎሪ፣ የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስና ሌሎችም ዕውቀቶች ያስፈልጋሉ። ስለሆነም አሁን ስልጣን ላይ ካለውና ለስልጣን ከሚታገለው የሚቅበዘበዝ ኃይል አንዳችም ጤናማ ነገር በፍጹም መጠበቅ አንችልም። ከእንደዚህ ዐይነት ኃይሎች ሰላምና ዕድገት የምንጠብቅ ከሆነ ስለምና ዕድገት ምን እንደሆኑ መፍጹም አልገባንም ማለት ነው።

ከዚህ ሀቅ ስንነሳ ሰለሰላምና ዕድገት የሚኖረን ትርጉም ግልጽ መሆን ያለበት ይመስለኛል። በእኔ ዕምነት በደፈናው ዕድገት ብሎ ነገር የለም። አንዳች ኢኮኖሚያዊና ህብረትሰብአዊ ዕድገት በቲዎሪ፣ በሳይንስና በፍልስፍና መታገዝ አለበት። በአሁኑ ዘመን ንጹህ የገበያ ኢኮኖሚ የሚባልና በዓለም ኤሊቶች ተቀባይነትን ያገኛ በዕድገት ስም የሚካሄድ ፀረ-ሳይንሳዊ አስተሳሰብ ተስፋፍቷል።  በተለም ወያኔ ስልጣን ላይ ከወጣ ጀምሮ በነፃ ገበያ ስም የጥገና ለውጦች ተካሂደዋል ተብሎን ተነግሮናል። ወደ ነፃ ገበያ ለመምጣትና ዕድገትን ለመጎናጸፍ ደግሞ የወያኔ አገዛዝ በውጭ ኤክስፐርቶች በመመከር የተቋም ማስተካከያ ፕሮግራም(Structural Adjustment Programms )  ተግባራዊ አድርጓል። የዛሬው የአቢይ አገዛዝም ሌላ አማራጭ ከመፈለግ በስተቀር ከወያኔው የተወላገደና ኢ-ሳይንሳዊ የኢኮኖሚ ፖሊሲ አልላቀቅም በማለት ህዝባችንን ወደድህነት ገፍትሮታል። ሰፊው ህዝባችን በዋጋ ግሽበት እየተሰቃየ ነው። ይህንን አስመልክቶ አንዳቸውም ኢትዮጵያዊ ኢኮኖሚስት በዚህ ላይ ሰፋ ያለ ጥናት በማካሄድና በመተቸት አማራጭ መፍትሄ ያቀረበ የለም። ታዲያ ሁላችንም ኢትዮጵያ ኢትዮጵያ እያልን እንጮሃለን። እንደሚታወቀው የአንድ አገርና ህዝብ መሰረት ደግሞ በሳይንስና በቴክኖሎጂ ላይ የተመሰረተ የተወሳሰበ ኢኮኖሚ መኖር ነው። ለዚህ ደግሞ የፖለቲካና የመንግስት ጥያቄዎች በበቂው መመለስ አለባቸው።ይህ ሲሆን ብቻ ነው ሰፋ ያለና ለተሟላ ዕድገት የሚያመች የኢኮኖሚ ፖሊሲ መንደፍ የሚቻለው። ይህ ፖሊሲ ደግሞ ከውጭ ኃይሎች ተፅዕኖ ውጭ የሆነና በራስ መተማመን የሚነደፍና ተግባራዊ መሆን ያለበት ጉዳይ ነው።  ይህ ዐይነቱ የኢኮኖሚ ፖሊሲ ወደ አንዳች ስርዓት ያምራ አያምራ ወሳኝ አይደለም። ዋናው ግንዛቤ መሆን ያለበት በሳይንስ ላይ የተመሰረተ የኢኮኖሚ ፖሊሲ በመጀመሪያ ደረጃ  የህዝቡን መሰረታዊ ፍላጎቶች(Basic Needs) ማሟላት አለበት። ለመስራትና ምርታማ ለመሆን ማንኛውም ሰው ሆነ ህዝብ የግዴታ በመጀመሪያ ደረጃ መብላትና መጠጣት አለበት። ካለበለዚያ ሊያስብና ሊሰራ አይችልም። ከዚህም ባሻገር የግዴታ መጠለያ፣ ህክምናና ትምህርት ማግኘት አለበት። እነዚህ ነገሮች ሲሟሉ ብቻ ነው ወደ ተከታዩ ደረጃ ማለፍ የሚቻለው። አንዳች ዐይነት የኢኮኖሚ ዕድገትም ለኢኮኖሚ ዕድገት ተብሎ የሚታቀድ የሚሆን ሳይሆን አንድን ህዝብ እንደሰው ሊኖር የሚያስችለው መሆን አለበት። ፍላጎቱ ተሟልቶ በነፃነት እንዲያስብ የሚያስችለው መሆን አለበት። በአጠቃላይ ሲታይ ስለ ኢኮኖሚ ዕድገት በምናወራበት ጊዜ ከሌሎች ነገሮች ነጥለን ማየት የለብንም። የሰው ልጅ ማቴሪያላዊ ብቻ ሳይሆን መንፈሳዊና ጥበባዊም ስለሆነም ስለ ኢኮኖሚ ዕድገት በምናወራበት ጊዜ ከሌሎች ነገሮች ጋር በማያያዝ ብቻ ነው። በንጽሁ የማቴሪያሊስት አስተሳሰብ ላይ የተመሰረተ የኢኮኖሚ ዕድገት ደግሞ የመጨረሻ መጨረሻ አመጽኛ ህብረተሰብ እንዲፈለፈል ያደርጋል። በታላላቅ የአሜሪካን ከተማዎች፣ በደቡብ የአሜሪካ፣ እንደሳኦ ፖሎ በመሳሰሉትና በጆሀንስበርግ በመሳሰሉት ከተማዎች ውስጥ የሚታያውና ለአገዛዝም የማይመች ሁኔታ በመፈጠር በተለይም ሰላምን ለሚፈልገው ህዝብ በሰላም እንዳይኖር ያደርገዋል። ወያኔም ስልጣን ላይ በነበረበት ዘመን በነፃ ገበያ ስም ተግባራዊ ያደረገው ፖሊሲ  ስነ-ምግባር የሌለው፣ አመጸኛ የሆነና የባለገ የፖለቲካና የኢኮኖሚ ኤሊት ነኝ እንዲፈጠር ያደረገ ነው። ይህ ዐይነቱም የህብረተሰብ ክፍል በኢምፐሪያሊስት ኃይሎች የሚፈለግና የሚደገፍ ሲሆን፣ በዚህ ዐይነቱ ኃይል አማካይነት ጥሬ-ሀብት ይበዘበዛል፣ ሀብረተሰብአዊ ቀውስ ይፈጠራል፣ የአካባቢ ቀውስ ይመጣል፣ በዚያውም አማካይነት ሰፊ ህዝብ ተስፋ እንዲቆርጥ ይደረጋል። አቅጣጫው ሁሉ የጠፋበት ህዝብ ግራ እየተጋባ ይኖራል ማለት ነው። ስለሆነም ስለ ኢኮኖሚ ዕድገት በምናወራበት ጊዜ ግልጽ አስተያየት እንዲኖረን ያስፈልጋል።

የሚገርመው ነገር ሰላምንና ዕድገትን አስመልክቶ አብዛኛው ኢትዮጵያዊ በዚህ ዙሪያ ሲያጠናና ሲከራከር በፍጹም አይታይም። በድረ-ገጾች ላይ የሚወጡትን ጽሁፎች ለተከታተለ 99% የሚሆኑት ከዕድገትና ከሰላም ጋር የሚያያዙ ጽሆፎችም አይደሉም። የአብዛኛዎቻችን አስተሳሰብም ከኢኮኖሚ ዕድገት፣ ከሳይንስና ከቴክኖሎጂ ጋር በፍጹም የተያያዘ አይደደለም። ዛሬ አደጉ የሚባሉትን አገሮች የኢኮኖሚ ዕድገትና የህብረተሰብ ግንባታ ታሪክ ስንመለከት አስተሳሰባቸው፣ ክርክራቸውና አጻጻፈቸው በሙሉ ከዕድገት፣ ከሳይንስና ከቴክኖሎጂ ጋር በጥብቅ የተያያዘ ነው። ዋና ዓላማቸውም የመጨረሻ መጨረሻ ህብረ-ብሄርን መገንባት ነው። አንድ ህብረ-ብሄር( Nation-State) ሊገነባ የሚችለው በተለይም በኢኮኖሚ ሳይንስ ላይ ግልጽ አስተሳሰብ ሲኖር ብቻ ነው። ታዲያ ከዚህ ሃቅ ስንነሳ እኛ ኢትዮጵያውያኖች ምን እንደምንፈልግም ግራ የሚያጋባ ጉዳይ ነው። ስለሆነም በዚህ ላይ ግልጽ አስተያየትና አቋም እስከሌለን ድረስ ስለ ኢትዮጵያ ማውራቱ ትርጉም የለውም። እንደምክታተለው ከሆነ አንደኛው ከሌላው ለመማርም የሚፈልግ ያለ አይመስለኛም። ሁሉም በየፊና ካላሳይንሳዊ መመሪያና ካለአንዳች ዐይነት የፍልስፍና ዕምነት ዝም ብሎ በደፈናው ይጽፋል። ታዲያ በእንደዚህ ዐይነት  ሁኔታ ውስጥ አንድን አገርና ህዝብ ነፃ ማውጣት እንዴት ይቻላል? ሰሞኑን በአንድ ታላቅ ስብስባ ላይ ከመቶ በላይ የሚሆኑ ተካፋዮች በተሳተፍኩበት ሰለ ዕድገትና ሰላም(Peace & Development) ሰሚናር ላይ የታዘብኩት ነገር አብዛኛዎች ከአፍሪካ አገር የመጡ ምሁራንና ዲፕሎማቶች ስለ ዕድገት ያላቸው አስተሳሰብ ከእኛው በብዙ እጅ ዘልቆ የሄደ መሆኑን ነው። ሰሚናሩንም በዙም መከታተል ይቻል ነበር። ታዲያ በዚህ ዐይነቱ ሰሚናር ላይ ከእኔ በስተቀር ሌላ ኢትዮጵያዊ አልተሳተፈም። ዕድገትንና ህብረተሰብን አስመልክቶ በዙም አማካይነት የራሴን ዕውቀት በዙም አማካይነት ከአንዴም ሁለቴም ጥሪ ባቀርብ እስካሁን ድረስ ከሶስት ሰው በላይ በፍጹም ለመሳተፍ ህግጁነቱን ያስታወቀ የለም።  ያም ሆኖ ተስፋ ሳይቆርጡ መስራት ያስፈልጋል። አገራችን እንዳትወድም ከፈልግናና ህዝባችንም መንፈሱን ሰብሰብ አድርጎ ወደ ተሟላ ዕድገት ላይ እንዲሰማራ ከፈለግን የግዴታ ሃሳብ ላሃሳብ መወያየት አለብን። ካለበለዚያ ባንዲራ ማውለብለብና ኢትዮጵያ ኢትዮጵያ እያሉ መጮሁ ትርጉም የለውም። መልካም ግንዛቤ!!

The dream for the establishment of the much-sought Horn of Africa States grouping continues. This should foster the transformation of the people of the region from thinking and acting nationalistic in terms of the limited small spaces, they find themselves in, to the much larger regional setting to which they should aspire. Economic integration, social integration, political integration and finally identifying themselves as one block, the Horn African, is the way forward. The justice that they seek, the freedom they cherish or aspire to, both economic and political and freedom from the feeling of being oppressed by others, can only be achieved through setting rules of law applicable to the whole region.

And so, the journey continues to create common economic, social and security policies that protect all the peoples of the Horn of Africa, its guests and residents. Why should not the Horn of Africa countries seek to create a unified single currency, or a unified foreign policy or unified security and foreign policies and eventually an integrated economic system that serves the people and exploits the natural wealth of the region or those its people would produce together.

People generally shy away from change but change, the Horn of Africa States must do. It would not be easy or smooth. However, it is inevitable, and it is the destiny of the region to regroup itself after having been in the wilderness for some century and a half. A new treaty managing the unified grouping of the Horn of Africa States would be required. There would definitely be changes to the current laws and regulations of each country, where some would be eliminated, and others transformed while still others added.

There would be need for new group governing institutions without completely removing the current individual country governance structures, which will be strengthened and supported by the group’s common laws and regulations. Many legal and technical or fiscal and physical barriers would need to be removed to allow free movement of capital, goods, services, and people within the region.

The Horn of Africa States region has suffered much in these past hundred and fifty years through either participating in foreign wars that had nothing to do with the region or wars with the foreigners who came to the region (the colonial Europeans) or wars within the region itself – the Ethio-Somali wars, the Ethio-Eritrean wars, the Eritrean-Djibouti wars and the continuing civil wars in all four SEED countries. The region needs a respite, and this can be achieved through common approaches to the problems and crisis afflicting the region. This is to be provided by the Horn of Africa States, to be built on the general framework of the European Union, with a Horn African flavor.

What does this mean? There would definitely be a political and economic alliance that would act on behalf of the four member countries, when it comes to dealing with non-regional parties. There would also be complementarities between the coastal and interior lands of the region, sharing of resources at beneficial tariffs or rates, a customs union to ease off unnecessary pressures and as we noted earlier, perhaps a non-floating common currency, where wealth and investments are not depleted by unnecessary speculations and gambling.

In a nutshell, the Horn of Africa States grouping will help put an end to the continuing civil strives and wars in the region and would help foster a block that would stand stronger and united than the individual countries it consists of. This would afford it an economic and political power that the individual countries cannot ever achieve.

And so, the journey towards the creation of the Horn of Africa States continues despite the inevitable drawbacks, mostly resulting from not so-clearly thought of policies such as Somalia’s strategically erroneous attempts to join the EAC away from its natural group of the Horn of Africa States. Instead of a special envoy to the EAC, Somalia should have appointed a special envoy to work on the Horn of Africa States. It is not only Somalia to have a special envoy for the Horn of Africa States matters but also Ethiopia, Djibouti and Eritrea. It is how the group would eventually help create its cohesiveness and strengthen its cooperation.

The HAS alliance will be an institution to strengthen relations among its member countries and peoples. The infrastructures would include, in due course, a foreign ministerial council that debates and discusses the region’s relations with the rest of the world, a defense council which enhances military cooperation, social councils that would support the region’s educational, health, and other social infrastructures and indeed governing infrastructures and rules that can enforce majority decisions of the various councils of the grouping.

ጠገናው ጎሹ

ሸፍጠኛና ሴረኛ የፖለቲካ ነጋዴዎች (merchants of hypocritic and conspiratorial politics) የሚፈራረቁበት የአገራችን ፖለቲካ እጅግ ሥር ለሰደደው ሁለንተናዊ የህመም ስቃይ ዋነኛ ምክንያት መሆኑን ለመረዳት የሚቸገር ባለ ጤናማ አእምሮ (ህሊና) የአገሬ ሰው የሚኖር አይመስለኝም።

ታዲያ ይህ እጅግ መሪር ሃቅ ፈጥቶና ገጥጦ በሚታይበት ሁኔታ ውስጥ እጅግ አብዛኛው ምሁርና ልሂቅ ነኝ ባይ የህብረተሰብ ክፍልና ፖለቲከኛ የሁለንተናዊ በሽታ ምንጭ (the root cause of serious disease) የሆነውን ሥርዓተ ፖለቲካ በቀጥታ መጋፈጥን እየሸሸ በሽታው ስላስከተለውና እያስከተለ ስላለው የህምም ስቃይ (deeply terrible and complicated pain) ጨርሶ ፋይዳ ቢስ የሆነ የእግዚኦታ ትንታኔ እየደረተ የመቀጠሉ  ጉዳይ በእጅጉ አሳዛኝና አስፈሪ ነው።

አዎ! ስለ እውነት በእውነት ከተነጋገርን አስከፊውን የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብ ውድቀትና የሞራል ዝቅጠት ቫይረስ (በሽታ) ዋነኛ ምንጭ ወይም ምክንያት የሆኑትን እኩያን ገዥ ቡድኖች በግልፅና በቀጥታ በቃችሁ ለማለት ወኔው ሲከዳው “እባካችሁ ያቋቋማችሁልን ኮሚሽኖች ወይም ቦርዶች ወይም ኮሚቲዎች እና በመሪነት (በሻንጉሊትነት) የሾማችሁልን ሹሞች ከተቻለ የፈውስ፣ ቢያንስ ግን የህመም ስቃይ ማስታገሻ እንዲያፈላልጉልን አድርጉልን " በሚል አይነት እጅግ የወረደና አዋራጅ የተማፅኖ አቤቱታ ክፉ አዙሪት ውስጥ በሚርመጠመጥ ምሁርና ፖለቲከኛ ነኝ ባይ የምን አይነት የነፃነትና የፍትህ ሥርዓት ናፋቂ እንደሆነ ለመረዳት ይከብዳል።

እራሱ የመማር እድል ሳያገኝ ለነፍስ አድንነት እንኳ የማትበቃውን ገቢውን እየከፈለ ሳይማር ላስተማረው መከረኛ ህዝብ የነፃነትና የፍትህ አቅጣጫውንና መንገዱን በቅጡ በማሳየት አኩሪ የታሪክ ተልእኮውን ለመወጣት አለመቻሉ ወይም አለመፈለጉ አልበቃ ብሎ በሥልጣነ መንበር ላይ ከሚፈራረቁ ሸፍጠኛና ግፈኛ ገዥ ቡድኖች ጋር እየተገለባበጠ ወይም በፖለቲካ አመንዝራነት አረንቋ ውስጥ እየጓጎጠ የመከራውንና የውርደቱን እድሜ የሚያራዝም ምሁርና ልሂቅ ነኝ ባይ የህብረተሰብ ክፍል  ለትውልድ የሚያስተላልፈው የነፃነትና የፍትህ አርበኝነትን ሳይሆን የባርነትንና የውርደትን ቀንበር የመለማመድን አሳፋሪና አስፈሪ ታሪክ  ነው።

 በዚህ አይነት እጅግ አሳፋሪና አሳዛኝ የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብና የሞራል ዝቅጠት ውስጥ የተዘፈቁ ምሁርና ፖለቲከኛ ተብየዎች ናቸው በሸፍጠኛ፣ ሴረኛና ጨካኝ ገዥ ቡድኖች በሚቋቋሙ ኮሚሽኖችና በሚቀቡ (በሚሾሙ) ሹመኞች ለዘመናት የዘለቀውንና ከአራት ዓመታት ወዲህ ደግሞ ለማመን ቀርቶ ለማሰብ በሚያስፈራ አኳኋን የቀጠለውን የመከራና የውርደት ዶፍ አስቁሞ ምድረ ገነት የሆነች አገርን (ኢትዮጵያን) እውን ማድረግ እንደሚቻል የትንታኔ ድሪቶ እየደረቱ ሊያሳምኑን የሚሞክሩት።

እናም ይህ ትውልድ ይህንን እጅግ መሪር እውነታ ተጋፍጦ እራሱን የእውነተኛ ነፃነትና ፍትህ ባለቤት ለማድረግ በሚያስችለው የጋራ ትግል አደባባይ ላይ በመሰባሰብ መክሮና ተማክሮ የተነሳበትን የመሠረታዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓት ለውጥ ዓላማ እውን የማድረግ ተልእኮ በድል እስካላጠናቀቀ ድረስ በገንዛ ወገኖቹ የባርነትና የመከራ ቀንበር ሥር እየጓጎጠ ወይም በቁሙ ሞቶ ሳለ እየኖርኩ ነው እያለ እራሱን ከማታለል ክፉ  የውድቀት አዙሪት ሰብሮ ለመውጣት ፈፅሞ አይቻለውም።

አዎ! በሸፍጠኛና ሴረኛ ገዥ ቡድኖች ከሚቋቋሙ ኮሚሽን ተብየዎችና ተሿሚ ሥራ አስኪያጆቻቸው መልካምና ዘላቂ መፍትሄ ይመጣልና "የለውጡን ሐዋርያት ከመራቅ ይልቅ መደመር ይኖርብናል” በሚል እጅግ በምሁርነት እና በልሂቅነት ትክክለኛ ትርጉምና ዓላማ ላይ የሚሳለቁትን እጅግ ደካማ ወገኖች በግልፅና በቀጥታ ይብቃችሁና ወደ ትክክለኛው ህሊናችሁ ተመለሱ ለማለት ወኔው የሚያጥረው ትውልድ ዴሞክራሲንና ብልፅግናን መናፈቁ ቅዠት እንጅ ሌላ ሊሆን ከቶ አይችልም።

ለዚህ ግልፅና ቀጥተኛ ሂሳዊ አስተያየቴ መነሻ የሆነኝ የቀድሞው የግንቦት ሰባት (አሁን ኢዜማ የሚባለው) አመረር አባል የነበረው አቶ ኤፍሬም ማዴቦ ባሳለፍናቸው ጥቂት ሳምንታት በተከታታይ ለአንባቢያን ካቀረባቸው ፅሁፎቹ መካከል በተለይም "በአገራዊ ምክክር ጉባኤ ላይ ውሳኔ መወሰን ያለበት ማነው?" በሚል ፅፎ ያስነበበን መጣጥፍ ነው ።

ዓላማዬና ትኩረቴ ግለሰቦች በሚፅፏቸውና በሚናገሯቸው ርእሰ ጉዳዮች ላይ አላስፈላጊ እሰጥ አገባ (unnecessary dialogue) ለመፍጠር አይደለም።

ይልቁንም በተለይ በፖለቲካ ቁመናቸውና አቋማቸው በአንድ በተወሰነ ወቅት የህዝብን ቀልብ ስበዋል ሲባሉ የነበሩ እንደ አቶ ኤፍሬም አይነት ወገኖች ለዘመናት በጎሳ አጥንት ስሌት ፖለቲካ ወለድ ወንጀል የተዘፈቀውን እና አገረ ኢትዮጵያን ምድረ ሲኦል  እያደረገ የቀጠለውን ኦህዴድ /ብልፅግና መራሽ አንጃ  የሸፍጥና የሴራ ጥሪ ያለምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ  (የመቶ በመቶ እምነትን በማረጋገጥ)  መንፈስ ተቀብለው በመደመር የመከረኛው ህዝብ የመከራና የውርደት ዘመን እንዲራዘም አስተዋፅኦ ያደረጉትንና አሁን ደግሞ ስለ የማጭበርበሪያ ኮሚሽኖችና ስለ አሻንጉሊት ኮሚሽነሮቻቸው “የተቀደሰ ሚና” ሊያሳምኑን ሲሞክሩ ጨርሶ ሃፍረት የማይሰማቸውን ወገኖች  በግልፅና በቀጥታ  ነውራችሁ ቅጥ አጥቷልና አስቡበት ማለት የግድ ነው የሚል ፅዕኑ እምነት ስላለኝ መሆኑን ግልፅ ለማድረግ እወዳለሁ።

አዎ! በእውነት ስለ እውነት ከተነጋገርን “የሸፍጠኛና ሴረኛ የጎሳ አጥንት ስሌት ፖለቲካ ነጋዴዎችን የለውጥ ድራማ ወይም ኦርኬስትሬሽን  በኮሚሽን ወይም በቦርድ ወይም በኮሚቴ በማስጠናትና በመመካከር ማስተካከል ይቻላል” የሚሉ ምሁርና ፖለቲከኛ ተብየዎችን በግልፅና በቀጥታ ለፖለቲካ አስተሳሰባችሁ ስንኩልነትና ለሞራል ጉስቁልናችሁ  ልክ ይኖረው ለማለት ካልቻልን የመከራውና የውርደቱ ፖለቲካ ፈፅሞ ማቆሚያ አይኖረውም።  ምክንያቱ ለዘመናት ከፍተኛ ዋጋ የተከፈለበት የመሠረታዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓት ለውጥ እንቅስቃሴ በሚያሳዝን ሁኔታ የጨነገፈው በለየላቸው ብልሹና ጨካኝ ገዥ ቡድኖች ብቻ ሳይሆን በአድርባይነት ወይም በፖለቲካ አመንዝራነት አረንቋ  ውስጥ በሚዘፈቁና በመዘፈቅ ላይ በሚገኙ  ምሁርና ፖለቲከኛ ተብየዎች ጭምር ነውና ።

አቶ ኤፍሬምን ጨምሮ የግንቦት ሰባት ፖለቲከኞች እየማሉና እየተገዘቱ ሲነግሩን የነበረው ራዕያቸው፣ ተልእኳቸው ፣ ዓላመቸውና ግባቸው ሁሉ የተሃድሶ ፍርፋሪ ለቀማ ሳይሆን የመሠረታዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓት ለውጥ ሽግግርና ምሥረታ መሆኑን ነበር። ምንም እንኳ አቶ ኤፍሬም ራሱ በሚያውቀው ምክንያት “ከተሃድሶው ውልደት” በኋላ ብዙም ሳይቆይ በይፋ በፖለቲካ ፓርቲ አባልነት ከመንቀሳቀስ ቢርቅም ከኦህዴድ መራሽ “የለውጥ ሐዋርያት” የፖለቲካ ማእድ ታዳሚነት ግን አልራቀም።

ኦህዴድ መራሹ የኢህአዴግ አንጃ ቡድን ለሩብ ምእተ ዓመት በፍፁም አገልጋይነት ሲያገለግለው የነበረውን ሥርዓት የበለጠ አስከፊ በሆነ ሁኔታ እንዲቀጥል በማድረግ አገርን ምድረ ሲኦል ሲያደርግ “በፊትም ከማጭበርበሪያነት የሚያልፍ ፋይዳ ያልነበረው ተሃድሶ ተብያችሁ ተፈትኖ ወድቋልና እውነተኛ ዴሞክራሲዊ ሥርዓትን እውን ለማድረግ ወደ የሚያስችለው የመፍትሄ መንገድ ተመለሱ” ለማለት የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብና የሞራል ልእልና ወኔው ከድቶት ለማጭበርበሪያነት በአዋጅ የተቋቋሙ ኮሚሽኖችና በአሻንጉሊትነት የተሾሙላቸው ኮሚሽነሮች ተብየዎች አገራዊ መፍትሄ ያስገኛሉ በሚል ክፉ የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብ አባዜ ውስጥ የሚባዝን ወይም የሚርመጠመጥ ትውልድ እውነተኛ ዴሞክራሲያዊት አገርን መናፍፈቁ ቅዠት እንጅ እውነት ሊሆን አይችልም።

አቶ ኤፍሬም ማዴቦና መሰሎቹ “ለእውነተኛ ወይም ለመሠረታዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓት ለውጥ ሲሉ ቃል ለምድርና ለሰማይ ብለው ይኖሩባቸው ከነበሩ የውጭ አገራት የተደላደለ ሥራቸውንና ኑሯቸውን ትተው ወደ ኤርትራ የትግል በርሃ እንደወረዱ” በአገኙት አጋጣሚ ሁሉ ለማጭበርበሪያነት ባሰለጠኑት አንደበታቸው ሲሰብኩት ለብዙ ዘመን በባዶ ተስፋ ብቻ የኖረው መከረኛ ህዝብ እውነት መስሎት እንደ ብርቅዬ የነፃነት ሐዋርያት ቆጥሮ አጨበጨበላቸው። ይህ አይነት የመከረኛ ህዝብ የነፃነትና የፍትህ ሥርዓት ጉጉት ጨርሶ ደንታ ያልሰጣቸውና የማይሰጣቸው የምሁራን ፖለቲከኞች ነን ባዮች  ሊፈወስ በማይችልበት አኳኋን በፖለቲካ ወለድ ወንጀል ከበሰበሰውና ከከረፋው ኦህዴዳዊ/ብልፅግናዊ ፖለቲካ ሥርዓት ጋር በፖለቲካ አመንዝራነት እየተሻሹ “የጎደለው ነገር ሁሉ በከሚሽን ወይም በቦርድ ወይም በኮሚቴ  እየተጠና ይሟላልና ሥርዓቱን እንደ ሥርዓት አምርሮ ከመቃወምና ከመታገል ይልቅ በኢትዮጵያ መሪ ተፈላሳፊነት ተዘጋጅቶ የቀረበውን የመደመር የዘመናችን ታላቅ ፍልስፍና ማጧጧፍ  ነው የሚበጀው” የሚል አይነት የትንታኔ ድሪቷቸውን ሊያሳምኑን ሲሞክሩ ህሊናቸውን ጨርሶ አይጎረብጠውም።

አቶ ኤፍሬም ማዴቦ “ከድል ማግሥት ከትግል ጓዶቹ” ጋር ወደ አገር ቤት ሲገባ ከኢትዮጵያን ሄራልድ ጋር ባደረገው ቃለ ምልልስ “በተሃድሶው ላይ እምነታችንን ጥለናል (We placed Trust on the Reform)” ባለው መሠረት ቃሉን ጠብቆ ተፈትኖ አይወዱቁ ውድቀት የወደቀውን ሥርዓት “ይህ ወይም ያኛው ኮሚሽን/ቦርድ/ኮሚቲ ትንሽ የሚጎደለው ነገር አለና ጎዶሎው ከተስተካከለለት  በብልፅግና እንብሻበሻለን” በሚል እጅግ የለየለት አድርባይነት ውስጥ መርመጥመጥን የመረጠ ፖለቲከኛ የመሆኑ እውነታ ነው ለዚህ ሂሳዊ አስተያየቴ መነሻ የሆነኝ ።

ይህንን ግልፅና ቀጥተኛ ሂሳዊ አስተያየቴን ከዚህ በተሻለ ለግልብ ስሜት በሚስማማ አገላለፅ ብገልፀው ደስ ባለኝ ነበር። ይሁን እንጅ እንደ አቶ ኤፍሬም ማዴቦ አይነት የበሽታውን ምንጭ ወይም አመንጭ እየሸሹ “የዚህ ኮሚሽን ወይም ቦርድ ወይም ኮሚቲ ትንንሽ ቀዳዳዎች ከተደፈኑለት አገር በሰላምና በብልፅግና ትንበሻበሻለች” የሚል አይነት የትንታኔ ድሪቶ የሚደርቱ ወገኖችን የሄዳችሁበትና እየሄዳችሁበት ያለው የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብ ሽባነትና የሞራል ቁልቁለት ከነውርነት አልፎ እጅግ አደገኛ የዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓት ለውጥ መሰናክል ነውና ቆም እያላችሁና ትንፋሽ እየወሰዳችሁ ተራመዱ ማለት በእጅጉ አስፈላጊ ነው የሚል ፅዕኑ እምነት ስላለኝ ተሽኮርማሚውን አቀራረብ አልወደድኩትም። አልወደውምም።

ሆን ብሎም ይሁን ባለማወቅ (በድንቁርና) የሚፈፀም የዚህ አይነት ስህተት በተለይም በእንደኛ አይነቱ ከጋራ አገራዊ ማንነት ወርዶ በጎሳ/በመንደር ማንነት አዘቅት ውስጥ በተዘፈቀ የፖለቲካ ሥርዓት ለተጠረነፈ ህዝብ የሚያስከትለው ውጤት በእጅጉ አስከፊና አስፈሪ ነው። አዎ! እንዲህ አይነት ስህተቶችን ተጨባጭ በሆነ፣ ገንቢነት ባለው ፣ ግልፅነትንና ቀጥተኛነትን በተላበሰ አቀራረብ እንዲታረሙ ለማድረግ የምንሞክርበት አካሄድ በአብዛኛው ተሽኮርማሚነትና ሽባነት የሚያጠቃው የመሆኑ መሪር እውነት ለዘመናት ለመጣንበትና አሁንም እጅግ አስከፊ በሆነ ደረጃ ተዘፍቀን ለምንገኝበት አጠቃላይ ውድቀት ዋነኛ ከሁኑ ምክንያቶች አንዱ ነውና ልንዋጋው ይገባል።

አቶ ኤፍሬምን የማውቀው በግል (in person) ሳይሆን አሁን ኢዜማ የተሰኘውና በዚያን ወቅት ግንቦት 7 ይባል የነበረው የፖለቲካ ቡድን አመራር አባል ሆኖ “ከተአምረኛው የተሃድሶ ለውጥ” በኋላ በለውጡ ሐዋርያት ተጠምቆ የመቶ በመቶ የእምነት ቃሉን በመስጠት"በክቡር ሚኒስትርነት" ሹመት ከተንበሻበሸው እና የልሂቅነትን (intellectualism) እውነተኛ ትርጉምና ካረከሱት ወገኖች አንዱ ከሆነው ባልደረባው ዶ/ር ብሃኑ ነጋ ጋር በየስብሰባ አዳራሹ ያደርገውን “የዴሞክራሲ አርበኝነት” ዲስኩሩን በመከታተል ነው። ወደ "ኤርትራ በርሃ " ወረድን ሲሉም  ሊያስገኝ የሚችለው የበጎ ለውጥ ፍሬ ብዙም ሊያሳምን የሚችል ባይሆንም ቢያንስ  በአንፃራዊነት የተመቻቸ ኑሮንና ቤተሰብን  ተሰናብቶ ለመሄድ መወሰን የእራሱ ፈተና አለውና ምናልባትም ለነፃነትና ለፍትህ ፍለጋው ትግል የእራሱን አወንታዊ መነቃቃትን ሊፈጥር ይችላል  የሚል ተስፋ  ከነበራቸው  ወገኖች አንዱ እንደነበርኩ አስታውሳለሁ ።

ይህንን የምለው ይህ የዛሬው ሂሳዊ አስተያየቴ መነሻ አቶ ኤፍሬም ከሰሞኑ የፃፈው መጣጥፍ ብቻ ሳይሆን እንደማነኛውም የአገሩ ሁኔታ እንደሚያሳስበው ግለሰብ የፖለቲካችንንና የፖለቲከኞቻችንን አካሄድ የመከታተል ጉዳይ ጭምር መሆኑን ለመግለፅ ነው ።

በተሽኮርማሚነት ብቻ ሳይሆነ ሥር በሰደደና ከመጠን ባለፈ የአድርባይነትና የአስመሳይነት ፖለቲካ ባሀል ክፉኛ የተጎዳው የፖለቲካ እኛነታችን ለዘመናት ከመጣንበትና ግዙፍና መሪር ዋጋ ከተከፈለበት የእውነተኛ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓት ለውጥ ፍለጋ ሃዲድ አንሸራትቶ ይኸውና ለመግለፅ በእጅጉ ከሚያስቸግር አጠቃላይ (ሁለንተናዊ) የቀውስና የውድቀት አረንቋ ውስጥ ዘፍቆናልና ከምር አምርረን ወደ ትክክለኛው መንገድና አቅጣጫ መመለስ ካለብን በግልፅና በቀጥታ ከመነጋገር ነው መጀመር ያለብን ።

እንደ አቶ ኤፍሬም አይነት “ያለ መሠረታዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥዓት ለውጥ ከትግላችን ላንመለስ ቃል ለምድርና ቃል ለሰማይ ይሁንብን” በሚል የምሉና ይገዘቱ የነበሩ ፖለቲከኞችና ምሁራን ነን ባዮች የአብይ አህመድን የሸፍጥና የሴራ የመደመር ፖለቲካ ድርሰት በቅጡ አጤኖ ለመወሰን ፈፅሞ ጊዜና ትእግሥት ሳይወስዱ በተረኛ የጎሳና የቋንቋ አጥንት ስሌት ፖለቲካ ቁማርተኞች ኦህዴዳዊያን ለሚመራው ብልፅግና ተብየ ገዥ አንጃ ህሊናቸውን ሸጠው ወደ አገር ቤት ከገቡ በኋላም ልክ የሌለው አድርባይነታቸውን በመቶ ለመቶ የእምነት ቃል ያረጋገጡ “የምሁር ፖለቲከኞች” ናቸው።  አገር ለንፁሃን ልጆቿ ምድረ ሲኦል ስትሆን አንዳችም ፋይዳ ያለው እርምጃ ሳይወስዱ አሁን ስለ ተአምር ሠሪ ኮሚሽኖችና ኮሚሽነሮች የሚደርቱት  የትንታኔና የምክረ ሃሳብ ድሪቶ ጨርሶ የዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓት ለውጥ ሽታ የለውም።

 እናም እንዲህ አይነት ወገኖችን  ያለምንም መሽኮርመም ከተዘፈቃችሁብት የኦህዴድ (ብልፅግና) ርኩስ የፖለቲካ አመንዝራነት ውጡና በተቀደሰ ተግባራዊ ንስሃ የተቀደሰ ሥራ ሥሩ ብሎ እቅጩን ለመንገር ሌላ ተጨማሪ የመከራና የውርደት ጊዜ መጠበቅ የለብንም!  

ይህንን ለማለት የፖለቲካና የሞራል ወኔው የሚከዳን ከሆነ እጅግ አስከፊ በሆነው የአልቃሽና ዘፋኝ የፖለቲካ ማንነታችንና እንዴትነታችን እንቀጥላለን። ይህንን አይነት የውድቀት አዙሪት ሰብረን መውጣት ካለብን “ይኸኛው ወይም ያኛው ብልፅግና ሠራሽና መራሽ ኮሚሽን ወይም ቦርድ ወይም ኮሚቲ ትንሽ ማስተካከያ ከተደረለት ታሪክ ሊሠራ ይችላል” ከሚል እጅግ ወራዳና አዋራጅ የምሁርነትና የፖለቲከኛነት አስተሳሰብ አረንቋ ሰብረን መውጣት ይኖርብናል።

አዎ! በአድርባይነትና አስመስሎ የመኖር የፖለቲካ ማንነትና እንዴትነት አዙሪት ውስጥ እየተርመጠመጡ በባለጌና ሴረኛ የኦህዴድ/ብልፅግና ፖለቲከኞች የሚቋቋሙ ኮሚሽኖች እና የሚሾሙ ኮሚሽነሮች “ነፃና ትክክለኛ ሆነው እንዲንቀሳቀሱ የሚያግዝ ሂሳዊ ድጋፍ ማድረግ ነው” በሚል ወራዳ አስተሳሰብ የመከራና የውርደት ሥርዓት እድሜ እንዲረዝም አስተዋፅኦ የሚያደርጉትን ወገኖች በግልፅ፣ በቀጥታና ገንቢነት ባለው አቋምና ቁመና በቃችሁ ማለት ያለብን ነገ ሳይሆን ዛሬ ነው መሆን ያለበት ።

ከአጠቃላይ መርህ እና የተወሰኑ ጉድለቶች ያሉበትን የፖለቲካ ሥርዓት ለማስተካከል ከሚደረግ ጥረት አንፃር ሲታይ አቶ ኤፍሬም ማዴቦ ባስነበበን ፅሁፉ  ለመዳሰስ፣ ለመተንተን እና ይበጃል የሚለውን  ምክረ ሃሳብ ለመሰንዘር ያደረገውን ሙከራ በአወንታዊነት ለመቀበል አያስቸግርም ነበር። ለዘመናት ከተዘፈቀበት ፖለቲካ ወለድ ወንጀል ያለ መሠረታዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ  ሥርዓት ለውጥ ጨርሶ ማገገምም ሆነ መታደስ የማይችለው የእኛ አይነቱ የፖለቲካ ሥርዓት በሽታ አጥኝና መፍትሄ አፈላላጊ ኮሚሽን ወይም ቦርድ ወይም ኮሚቴ በሚል የለየለት የፖለቲካ ቁማር ጨዋታ አካሄድ ይፈታል ብሎ የሚያምን የምሁር ፖለቲከኛ የገንዛ አገሩን ዘመን ጠገብ የፖለቲካ መሪር እውነት በሚገባ  ተረድቶታል ወይም ይረደዋል ብሎ ለማመን በእጅጉ ያስቸግራል።

የለውጥ ተብየውን ለምንነትና እንዴትነት በቅጡ ሳያጤኑ እጅግ ለወረደና አዋራጅ ለሆነ “የመቶ በመቶ የመተማመን ፖለቲካ" ራሳቸውን አሳልፈው የሰጡ እንደ አቶ ኤፍሬም አይነት ፖለቲከኞች አሁን ደግሞ  ሸፍጠኛና ሴረኛ ገዥ ቡድኖች ያቋቋሟቸው ኮሚሽኖችና የሾሟቸው  ኮሚሽነሮች አንዳንድ ጉድለቶቻቸው ከተስተካከሉላቸው አገራዊ እርቅና ሰላምን እውን በማድረግ ረገድ "ተአምር ሊሠሩ ይችላሉ" በሚል ሊያሳምኑን ሲሞክሩ ህሊናቸውን ጨርሶ ቅር አይላቸውም።

የአገራችን ከባዱና አስቀያሚው የፖለቲካ ባህል ዋናውን የአገራዊ በሽታ ምንጭ (ቫይረስ) ትቶ በሚያስከትለው ብርቱ የህመም ስሜት (symptoms of serious or chronic illness) ላይ ሰንካላና ትርጉም የሌለው ሃተታ ወይም ትንተና ላይ የመጠመድ ክፉ አባዜ  ነው ። የአቶ ኤፍሬም ሃተታና ምክረ ሃሳብ የሚነግረንም ይህንኑ አስቀያሚ የፖለቲካ ወለፈንዲ አስተሳሰብ (ugly and paradoxical political thinking) ነው።  የሥርዓት ለውጥን አጥብቀው የሚፈሩት ሸፍጠኛና ሴረኛ ኦህዴዳዊያን/ብልፅግናዊያን ለጉልቻ ለውጣቸው  ሽፋን ይሰጡላቸው ዘንድ በአዋጅ ያቋቋሟቸውን ኮሚሽን ተብየዎችና የሾሙላቸውን ኮሚሽነሮች  ትንሽ ጉደለታቸውን በማስተካከል አገርን በእርቅና በሰላም በረከት እንዲያንበሸብሹ ለማድረግ ይቻላል በሚል ከእራሱ አልፎ መከረኛውን ህዝብ ግራ የሚያጋባ  ምሁርነትና ፖለቲከኛነት ነውር ነው ካልተባለ የሚያስከትለው ውጤት እስካሁን ካለው በእጅጉ የከፋ ነው የሚሆነው።

አዎ! በእውነት ስለ እውነት ከተነጋገርን የለየለትን የገዳይና የአስገደይ የፖለቲካ ቫይረስ አምራቾች (ምንጮች)  እና ሌሎች መሣሪያዎቻቸው (የፖለቲካ አመንዝራነት ሸሪኮቻቸው) የሚጫወቱትን ኮሚሽን የማቋቋምና መሰል የማታለያ የፖለቲካ ጨዋታ እንደ እውነተኛ የመፍትሄ መንገድ በመውሰድ  "ስለ አቋቋማችሁልን እያመሰገን ህዝብን ይበልጥ ያማልላችሁ ዘንድ አንዳንድ ቀዳዳዎችን ለመድፈን ፈቃዳችሁ ይሆን ዘንድ በአክብሮት እንመክራለን" የሚል የምሁር ፖለቲከኛ ነኝ ባይ  ነውረኝነቱ በግልፅና በቀጥታ ካልተነገረው እራሱን የመፍትሄዎች ሁሉ መክፈቻና መቆለፊያ ቁልፍ አድርጎ ስለሚቆጥር የሚያስከትለው ሁለንተናዊ ቀውስ ከባድ ነው የሚሆነው።

ይህንን እኩይ የሆነ የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብ ልክፍትና የሞራል ድቀት  ከምር ተደራጅቶና ተቆጥቶ በቃ የሚል አገራዊ የእውነተኛ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሃይሎች የህብረትና የአንድነት ንቅናቄ እስካልተፈጠረ ድረስ የሸፍጠኛና ሴረኛ ገዥ ቡድኖችን ፍላጎት፣ ዓላማና ግብ ለማሳካት በእራሳቸው በገዥዎች የተፈጠሩ  ወይም የሚፈጠሩ ኮሚሽኖች ወይም ቦርዶች ወይም ኮሚቲዎች የመከራውን ዘመን ከማራዘም ያለፈ ህዝባዊ  ፋይዳ እንደሌላቸውና እንደማይኖራቸው ለማወቅ ፈፅሞ የተለየ እውቀትን አይጠይቅም።

በእጅጉ ከበሰበሰና ከገማ እንቁላል ጫጩት መጠበቅ ፍፁም የሆነ ድንቁርና (absolute ignorance) እንደሆነ ሁሉ ለዘመናት እጅግ ግዙፍና መሪር በሆነ ፖለቲካ ወለድ ወንጀል ከበሰበሰና ከከረፋ የጎሳ/የቋንቋ አጥንት ስሌት የፖለቲካ ሥርዓት ለእውነተኛ አገራዊ  እርቅና ሰላም እውን መሆን የሚያስችሉ ኮሚሽኖችና ኮሚሽነሮች ይወለዳሉ ብሎ እንኳን ማመን ማሰብም የለየለት የፖለቲካ ድንቁርና ወይም የአድርባይነት ክፉ ልክፍት እንጅ ከቶ ሌላ ሊሆን አይችልም።

እንደ አቶ ኤፍሬም ያሉ የብልፅግና ወዶ ገብ ፖለቲከኞች የሚሉን ግን “ይቻላል” ነው። ይህ ነው የአብዛኛው የአገራችን ፖለቲከኛና ምሁር ነኝ ባይ እጅግ ሥር የሰደደና በቀላሉ ሊቃለል የማይችል ሆኖ እየቀጠለ ያለው መሪር ፈተና።

በእውነት እንነጋገር ካልን እኮ በእንደዚህ አይነት ሥርዓት የተፈጠሩ እና የገንዝብና ሌላም አስፈላጊ ግብአት የሚሠፈርላቸውን ኮሚሽኖች ይመሩ ዘንድ  የተሾሙ ኮሚሽነሮችተ ብየዎች  ገዳይና አስገዳይ በሆነው ህገ መንግሥት ተብየ እየማሉና እየተገዘቱ የተቀበሉት ምሁራንና አዋቂዎች ነን የሚሉ ናቸው ። ታዲያ እነዚህ ሰዎች እንኳንስ የእውነተኛ መፍትሄ አፈላላጊዎች ሊሆኑ ለእራሳቸው የህሊና ነፃነት ዳኝነትም ተገዥዎች  እንዴት ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ? ፈፅሞ ሊሆኑ አይችሉም!  ምክንያቱም የበሽታው ምንጭ (ምክንያት) የሆነው ሥርዓታዊ ቫይረስ ይበልጥ የከፋ እየሆነ በመጣበት መሪር እውነታ ውስጥ የሚያስከትለውን የህመም ስቃይ ለማስታገስ መሞከር ለዘመናት ተሞክሮ ፈፅሞ ያልሠራና ዛሬም ሊሠራ የማይችል መሆኑን አሳምረው እያወቁ የሸፍጠኞችንና የሴረኞችን ቅባተ ሹመት ተቀብተው የመከረኛውን ህዝብ የመከራ ዘመን በማራዘሙ እኩይ ተግባር ላይ ለመሠማራት ፈቅደዋልና ነው።

 

ለዚህ ነው የእንዲህ አይነቶችን የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብ ድሃዎችና የሞራል ጎስቆሎች በዝምታ ወይም እጅግ በዘቀጠ የምን አገባኝ አስተሳሰብ ማለፍ በራሱ እጅግ አስቀያሚና አስፈሪ የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብ ድህነትና የሞራል ዝቅጠት ነውና በፍፁም እንዲቀጠል ሊፈቀድለት አይገባም ብሎ እቅጩን መነጋገር አስፈላጊ የሚሆነው።

እጅግ በጣም የሚያሳዝነው ደግሞ የእንዲህ አይነት ጨካኝና አስፈሪ የፖለቲካ ኦርኬስትሬሽን ሰለባ የሆኑትና የሚሆኑት ፊደል በመቁጠርና በእድሜ ብቻ ሳይሆን የመከራና የውርደቱን የፖለቲካ ባህልና ሥርዓት በመታገል ረገድም አንቱ የሚያሰኝ ተሞክሮ አለን የሚሉ የመሆናቸው መሪር ወለፈንዲነት (deep [y painful paradox) ነው።

 ገዥ ቡድኖች ሆን ብለው ያደረጉትንና ተሿሚዎችም አሜን ብለው የተቀበሉትን የእከክልኝ አክልሃለሁ እጅግ ፃያፍ የፖለቲካ ጨዋታ "እዚህኛው ወይም  እዚያኛው ሰነድ ውስጥ ወይም የአፈፃፀም ሂደት ላይ የሚታዩት ቀዳዳዎች ከተደፈኑ በቅርቡ በኮሚሽኑ አዘጋጅነት እንደሚካሄድ የሚጠበቀው የአገራዊ ምክክር ጉባኤ ታሪካዊ የብልፅግና ቀን ይሆናል " የሚል ወራዳ የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰባቸውን ሊያራግፉብን የሚሞክሩ የምሁራን ፖለቲከኞች እየበዙ እንጅ እየቀነሱ ያለመሄዳቸው ጉዳይ በእጅጉ አሳሳቢና አስፈሪ ነው።

 ይህንን አይነት ወራዳ የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብና ጨዋታ ከምር ለመታገል በቅድሚያ የገንዛ እራስን ህሊና በትክክለኛው ሚዛን ላይ ማግኘትን ይጠይቃል ። ይህ ደግሞ በተራው የራስን የቆሸሸ የፖለቲካ ሰብእና ከምር በሆነ ፀፀትና ይቅርታ ለማፅዳት ፈቃደኛ መሆንን ግድ ይላል ።

አቶ ኤፍሬም ማዴቦ በግንቦት ሰባት አመራር አባልነቱ አጥብቆና አዘውትሮ ሲያስተጋባው የነበረውን የመሠረታዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓት ለውጥዓላማ፣ መርህና ግብ  ርግፍ አድርጎ በመተው ህወሃትን ቀንሶ ህወሃት ሠራሹን ጎሳ ተኮር አደገኛ ሥርዓት ይበልጥ አሰቃቂ በሆነ ሁኔታ በተረኝነት ላስቀጠለው ኢህአዴጋዊ አንጃ (ኦህዴድ/ብልፅግና) እራሱን አሳልፎ የሰጠ ፖለቲከኛ ነው።

 የበላይነቱን ተረኝነት በተቆጣጠሩት ሸፍጠኛና ሴረኛ ገዥ ቡድኖች የአራት ዓመታት አገዛዝ ወቅት አገር ለንፁሃን ልጆቿ ምድረ ሲኦል ስትሆን እጅግ የወረደ  “የተሃድሶው ይስተካከል” ዲስኩርና ጩኸት ከማላዘን አልፎ የበሽታው ሁሉ ምክንያት የሆነውን ሥርዓት  እንደ ሥርዓት አስወግዶ እውነተኛ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓትን እውን የማድረግ ጉዳይ ጥያቄ ውስጥ የሚገባ አይደለም ለማለት ወኔው የከዳው የምሁር ፖለቲከኛ ስለ ኮሚሽኖችና ኮሚሽነሮች ችግር ፈችነት ላስተምራችሁ ሲለን ቢያንስ ነውረኝነቱን በግልፅና በቀጥታ ለመንገር የምንቸገር ከሆነ ሌላ ምን አይነት የመከራና የውርደት ታሪክና ትርክት እንደምንጠብቅ አላውቅም ወይም አይገባኝም ።

የሥርዓት ለውጥ እንጅ የጉልቻ ለውጥ ፈፅሞ አይሞከርም በሚል የብእራቸው ቀለም አልበቃ እስከሚላቸው ሲፅፉለትና ለዚሁ ባሰለጠኑት አንደበታቸው ሲደሰኩሩለት የነበረውን መርህና ዓላማ  እርግፍ አድርገው በመተው እና በህዝብና ለህዝብ አቋቋምነው የሚሉትን ኢሳት  የተሰኘውን መገናኛ ብዙሃን ለተረኛው ኦህዴድ/ብልፅግና በእጅ መንሻነት አሳልፈው በመሥጠት የገዳይነትና የአስገዳይነት ፖለቲካ ሥርዓት መሣሪያ ያደረጉት አቶ ኤፍሬም እና በካቢኔ አባልነትና በሌላም የሥልጣን ሹመት የተንበሻበሹ ጓዶቹ ናቸው።  ታዲያ እንዲህ አይነቶችን የምሁር ፖለቲከኞች ነን ባዮች በግልፅና በቀጥታ በገባችሁበት ወራዳና አዋራጅ የፖለቲካ አዙሪት ውስጥ እየጓጎጣችሁ (እየተንደፋደፋችሁ) ስለ ዴሞክራሲና ስለ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓት የምታግተለትሉት የትንታኔ ድሪቶ ጨርሶ ስሜት የለውምና ቆም ብላችሁና ትንፋሽ ስባችሁ በማሰብ ትክክለኛውን ሰው የመሆን ህሊናችሁን ፈልጋችሁ አግኙት ማለት ከተገቢ በላይ ተገቢ ነው።

 በዚህ ልክ ለመነጋገር ስንችል ብቻ ነው የበሽታችን ምንጭ (ምክንያት) የሆነውን የሸፍጠኞችና የሴረኞች ሥርዓት በቀጥታ ከመጋፈጥ እየሸሸን ስላስከተለውና እያስከተለ ስላለው አስከፊ የህመም ስቃይ ሌት ተቀን እግዚኦ ከማለትን ክፉ አባዜ (ልማድ) ሰብረን ለመውጣት የምንችለው።

“መንግሥት ወይም ገዥው ፓርቲ  በኮሚሽኑ ሥራ ከሂደቱ እስከ ፍፃሜው አስፈላጊውን ድጋፍ ከማቅረብ ውጭ በምንም አይነት ጣልቃ ሊገባ አይገባውም” የሚለው የአቶ ኤፍሬም ሃሳብ  በመርህ ደረጃ ወይም በአጠቃላይ እውነትነት  ወይም በምዕናባዊነት  ካልሆነ በስተቀር በመሬት ካለው ግዙፍና መሪር የአገራችን የፖለቲካ ምንነትና እንዴትነት አንፃር ፈፅሞ ሊሆን የሚችል አይደለም።

አራት ዓመታት ሙሉ አገር በንፁሃን ልጆቿ የደም ጎርፍ ስትጥለቀለቅና በብዙ ሚሊዮኖች በሚቆጠሩ የቁም ሰቆቃ ስትጨነቅ የችግኝ ተከላ "ኤክስፐርትነቱን" ፣ የመናፈሻ ዶኩሜንታሪ ፊልም ተዋናይነቱን ፣  የእርሻ ላይ ተውኔቱን ፣የሁሉም አይነት ሙያ "አሰልጣኝነቱን"፣ በራሱ በፈጣሪ  ተሳላቂነቱን ፣ ሃፍረተ ቢስ የውሸት ፈብራኪነቱን፣ ወዘተ እያቀነባበረና እያዘጋጀ “የታላቅ መሪነቴን ገድል እወቁልኝ” የሚለውን ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ተብየ በቀጥታና በግልፅ ነውር ነው ለማለት የሚያስችል ወኔ የጎደለው ምሁር ነኝ ባይ ፖለቲከኛ በዚሁ ጉደኛ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ተብየ መልካም ፈቃድና ቡራኬ የተቋቋሙ ኮሚሽኖችና የተሾሙ ኮሚሽነሮች “የሚጎድላቸውን ጎደሎ አስተካክሎ እውነተኛ የአገራዊ እርቅና ሰላም እውን ማድረጊያ መሣሪያዎች ማድረግ ይቻላል” ብሎ ለማሳመን ሲሞክር እንዳልሰሙና እንዳላዩ ዝም ጭጭ ብሎ ማለፍ  የታጋሽነትና የአዋቂነት ማሳያ  አይደለም።

የበሽታ ምንጭ (the root cause of disease) የሆነውን የፖለቲካ ሥርዓት ከሥሩ ነቅሎ በመጣል በእውነተኛ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓት መተካት የሚያስችል ሁለንተናዊ የጋራ ጥረት ከማድረግ ይልቅ እያስከተለ ያለውን የህመም ስቃይ በማስታመም  አገር ትርጉም ያለው እፎይታ ያገኛል ብሎ ከማሰብና ከማመን የሚከፋ የፖለቲካ አስተሳሰብ ድንቁርና እና የሞራል ዝቅጠት  ከቶ የለም። ስለሆነም ከዚህ ክፉ አዙሪት ሰብሮ ሊያወጣን በሚችል የሥርዓት ለውጥ ትግል ላይ መረባረብ  ካልቻልን ፖለቲካ ወለዱ መከራና ውርደት ጨርሶ ማቆሚያ አይኖረውም!

በምዕራባውያን አጋፋሪነት ደቡብ አፍሪቃ፣ ፕሪቶሪያ ላይ የሚካሄደው ዱለታ በኦነግ የበላይነት የወያኔን ሎሌነት በማስቀጠል የአማራን ሕዝብ ቴሳ ለማጥፋት ሁለቱ የአማራ ሕዝብ የሕልውና ጠላቶች ከአማራ ሕዝብ ጀርባ የሚስማሙት ስምምነት መሆኑን የማይረዳ ሕፃን ወይም ሕጹጽ ብቻ ነው፡፡  የአማራ ሕዝብ ዋና የሕልውና ጠላት የሆነው ጭራቅ አሕመድ ደግሞ፣ ጅል፣ ጅላጅልና ጅላንፎ እያለ የሚሳለቅበትን የአማራን ሕዝብ የሚመለከተው የማስታወስ ችሎታ የሌለው (short memmory) ሕጹጽ አድርጎ ነው፡፡  የደቡብ አፍሪቃው ጉዳይ የአማራን ሕዝብ የማይመለከት የኦነግና የወያኔ ጉዳይ ነው ሲባል፣ ከደመቀ መኮንን ወዲያ አማራ ላሳር በማለት ያሾፈውም በዚሁ ምክኒያት ነው፡፡  ስለዚህም፣ መሠረታዊው ጥያቄ “እውን ደመቀ መኮንን የአማራ ሕመም የሚያመው አማራ ነው?” የሚለው ነው፡፡

ደመቀ መኮንን በትምህርቱ ብዙም ያልገፋ ከመሆኑም በላይ ራሱን በራሱ የሚያስተምር ዓይነት ሰው አይደለም፡፡  በዚያ ላይ ደግሞ የሚያውቃትን በደንብ መግለጽ የማይችል አንደበተ ግድር (challenged) ከመሆኑም በላይ በራስ መተማመን የሚባል ነገር ምናምኒትም እንደሌለው በግልጽ ያስታውቅበታል፡፡  ይባስ ብሎ ደግሞ ኃላፊነት መውሰድን እንደ ጦር የሚፈራ የጃግሬነት ሰብዕና (follower mentality) በጽኑ የተጠናወተው፣ ለጀሌነት እንጅ ለመሪነት ያልተፈጠረ ጃግሬ ግለሰብ ነው፡፡  ደመቀ መኮንን ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ሁን ቢባል በቤተመንግሥት አጥር ዘሎ ድራሹ ይጠፋል የሚባለውም በዚሁ ምክኒያት ነው፡፡

ይህን በእውቀትና በመንፈስ ደካማ የሆነ የምድረገነት (ከሚሴ) ግለሰብ፣ ላኮመልዛ (ወሎ) የኦሮሞ ነው በሚለው የኦነጋውያን የፈጠራ ትርክት አጭበርብሮ ወደ ቀንደኛ ኦነጋዊነት ለመቀየር፣ ላጭበርባሪው ለጭራቅ አሕመድ እጅግ በጣም ቀላል ነው፡፡  የደመቀ መኮንን ተግባር በግልጽ የሚያመለክተው ደግሞ ግለሰቡ በጭራቅ አሕመድ ኦነጋዊ ስብከት ታውሮ፣ ከወያኔነት ወደ ኦነጋዊነት ተቀይሮ፣ ከለማመበት የተጋባበት ወይም ከመምህሩ ደቀመዝሙሩ እንዲሉ ከራሱ ከጭራቅ አሕመድ በላይ ጽንፈኛ ኦነጋዊ ሁኖ፣ የኦነጋውያንን ፀራማራ አጀንዳ ከጭራቅ አሕመድ በላይ እያራመደ መሆኑን ነው፡፡  በመሆኑም ደመቀ መኮንን አማራ ሳይሆን የአማራ ለምድ የለበሰ ኦነጋዊ ተኩላ ነው፡፡

ደመቀ መኮንን የአማራ ሕዝብ መሪ ነኝ እያለ፣ አማራ ሕዝብ በኦነግ ሲጨፈጨፍ ዝንብ የሞተ ሳይመስለው ድመጹን አጥፍቶ የተቀመጠው የአማራን ለምድ የለበሰ ኦነጋዊ ተኩላ በመሆኑ ብቻ ነው፡፡  ባጭሩ ለመናገር ደመቀ መኮንን የወለጋንና የመተከልን አማሮች ቀርቶ የገዛ ልጆቹን ለጭራቅ አሕመድ ጭዳ አድርግ ቢባል፣ ለእርድ ለማቅረብ ቅንጣት የማይቃማማ፣ ለጭራቅ አሕመድ ፍጹም ታማኝ የሆነ የጭራቅ አሕመድ ፍጹም ሎሌ ነው፡፡

የሰኔ አስራምስቱ የባሕርዳር ጭፍጨፋ ሚስጥር ቁልፉ ያለው ደመቀ መኮንን የአማራን ለምድ የለበሰ ኦነጋዊ ተኩላ መሆኑን በመረዳትና በጭፍጨፋው ወቅት ቦሌ አየር ወደብ ውስጥ ጃኖች መንፈላሰሻ  (vip lounge) ተቀምጦ ምን ሲያደርግ እንደነበር አጥብቆ በመጠየቅ ነው የሚባለውም በዚሁ ምክኒያት ነው፡፡  ደመቀ መኮንን በራስ መተማመን  እጥረት የሚሰቃይ ሰው ስለሆነ፣ እነከሌ በማንነትህና በምንነትህ ይንቁሃል ብሎ በመስበክ ለበቀል እንዲነሳሳ ማድረግ ለሐሳዊ ተዋኙ (con artist) ለጭራቅ አሕመድ የሕጻን ጨዋታ ያህል ቀላል ነው፡፡  የፈሪ ብትር ሆድ ይቀትር እንዲሉ፣ እንደ ደመቀ ዓይነት፣ ውሃ ውስጥ የሚያልበው ቱርቂ ደግሞ ለበቀል ከተነሳሳ ብትሩ በጣም አሰቃቂ ነው፡፡  ጭራቅ አሕመድ ደመቀ መኮንንን በበቀል ስሜት አነሳስቶ ባሕርዳር ላይ ለፈጸመው አሰቃቂ ወንጀል ግብራበሩ ካደረገው ደግሞ፣ ወንጀለኛነቱን እንደ ማስፈራርያ በመጠቀም ሲጠራው ወዴት፣ ሲልከው አቤት፣ ዝቀጥ ሲለው እስከየት የሚል፣ አፋሽ አጎንባሽ ሎሌው ያደርገዋል፣ አድርጎታልም፡፡

ተመስገን ጡሩነህ ደግሞ ጭራቅ አሕመድን ለማስደሰት እንጦረንጦስ ለመውረድ ዝግጁ የሆነ፣ በጭራቅ አሕመድ ስም ምሎ የሚገዘት፣ የጭራቅ አሕመድ ባልደረባ ሳይሆን ጃንደረባ ነው፡፡  ተመስገን ጡሩነህ ሲፈጠር ጀምሮ አማራዊነት የሌለው ወይም ደግሞ አማራዊነቱን በጭራቅ አሕመድ የተሰለበ የጭራቅ አሕመድ ስልብ፣ ደንገጡር ወይም የጭን ገረድ ነው፡፡  ተመስገን ጡሩነህ ለሰኔ አስራምስቱ የባሕርዳር ጭፍጨፋ ከጭራቅ አሕመድና ከደመቀ መኮንን ቀጥሎ ዋናው ተጠያቂ ወንጀለኛ ነው፡፡  ተመስገን ጡሩነህ ልክ እንደ ደመቀ መኮንን ከኦነጋውያን በላይ ኦነጋዊነት የሚሰማው የአማራ ለምድ የለበሰ ኦነጋዊ ተኩላ ነው፡፡  ተመስገን ጡሩነህ  የአማራ ጥላቸው ከውስጡ እየገነፈለ ግንባሩ ላይ ተንጨፍጭፎ እፊቱ ላይ በመከልበስ በግልጽ የሚነበብበት፣ አማራን የሚጨፈጭፉትንና የሚያስጨፈጭፉትን ለማመስገንና ለመሸለም የሚሽቀዳደም ወደር የሌለው አማራጠል ነው፡፡  ተመስገን ጡሩነህ ፋኖን ሳያጠፋ ላያንቀላፋ በጌታው በጭራቅ አሕመድ ስም ምሎ የተገዘተ ፀረፋኖ ነው፡፡  ተመስገን ጡሩነህ እመራዋለሁ የሚለውን የአማራን ሕዝብ ‹‹ወንጀለኞችን የሚያወድስ ማሕበረሰብ›› በማለት ሸንጎ ላይ በይፋ በመሳደብ የአለምነው መኮንንን፣ የሽመልስ አብዲሳንና የታየ ደንድኣን ስድብ የደገመ፣ በአማራ ሕዝብ ላይ ጭራቅ አሕመድ የጫነው ትልቅ መርገምት ነው፡፡

የትም ይወለዱ የትም፣ ደመቀ መኮንንንና ተመስገን ጥሩነህን የመሳሰሉ አማራዊነት የሌላቸው የብአዴን ፀራማራ ተኩላወች ያላቸው ቋሚ ባሕሪ አንድና አንድ ብቻ ሲሆን፣ እሱም እጅግ የከረረ የአማራ ጥላቻ ነው፡፡  ስለዚህም ፀራማራ የሆነን ማናቸውንም ቡድን በሎሌነት ለማገልገል ሙሉ ፈቃደኞች ብቻ ሳይሆኑ፣ ሙሉ ደስተኞችም ናቸው፡፡  በመለስ ዜናዊ ዘመን የወያኔ ታማኝ ሎሌወች እንደነበሩ ሁሉ፣ በጭራቅ አሕመድ ዘመን ደግሞ የኦነግ ታማኝ ሎሌወች ሁነዋል፡፡  ከወያኔ ሎሌነት ወደ ኦነግ ሎሌነት በቀጥታ መሻገራቸው ደግሞ ለሌላ ሰው እንጅ ለነሱ ምንም ተቃርኖ የለውም፡፡  ለነሱ የሚታያቸው ፀራማራነት ብቻ ስለሆነ፣ በነሱ ዕይታ መሠረት በወያኔና በኦነግ መካከል አንዱ የትግሬ ሌላው የኦሮሞ ፀራማራ ከመሆኑ በስተቀር ሌላ ልዩነት የለም፡፡  ስለዚህም እነዚህን የብአዴን ተኩላወች ይበልጥ የሚያረካቸው ሁለቱ ፀራማራወች (ማለትም ወያኔና ኦነግ) ባንድነት ተባብረው አማራን ይበልጥ ቢያጠቁላቸው ከቻሉ ደግሞ ሕልውናውን ቢያጠፉላቸው ነው፡፡

ስለዚህም ደመቀ መኮንንና ተመስገን ጡሩነህ የፕሪቶሪያውን ድርድር እንዲመሩ በጭራቅ አሕመድ የተመረጡት፣ ወያኔንና ኦነግን አስታርቀው ለፀራማራ ዓላማቸው እንዲተባበሩና የአማራን ሕልውና ክስመት እንዲያፋጥኑ ያደርጉ ዘንድ ብቻና ብቻ ነው፡፡ ስለዚህም፣ የአማራ ሕልውና የሚያሳስባቸው የአማራ ልሂቃን ሁሉ፣ በደመቀ መኮንንና በተመስገን ጡሩነህ መሪነት በወያኔና በኦነግ መካከል የሚካሄደውን ድርድርንም ሆነ ውጤቱን በፍጹም እንደማይቀበሉት ማወቅ ለሚገባው ሁሉ፣ በተለይም ደግሞ ለባለጉዳዩ ለአማራ ሕዝብ በደንብ ማሳወቅ አለባቸው፡፡  የወያኔና የኦነግ ሕገመንግሥት አማራን እንደማይመለከት ሁሉ፣ የወያኔና የኦነግ ድርድርም አማራን አይመለከትም፡፡

The Biden administration is at the end of its wits in its policy towards Ethiopia.

Over the past two years, the Biden administration left no stones unturned to help the terrorist TPLF win an outright military victory against the Ethiopian Government in three campaigns. Failed!

The Biden administration mobilized the European Union, the United Nations and certain Western countries to pressure Ethiopia to submit to TPLF demands. Failed!

The Biden administration coordinated and organized the Western press-titute media to demonize, stigmatize, ostracize and dehumanize Ethiopians and their democratically elected government. Failed!

The Biden administration worked with key members of the US Congress to sponsor punitive legislation to impose crippling sanctions on Ethiopia. Failed!

The Biden administration terminated Ethiopia from participation in the African Growth and Opportunity Act regime throwing out tens of thousands of thousands of poor Ethiopians out of work. Failed! (No doubt those factory workers, mostly women, were thrown into unemployment and poverty. Biden can chalk that up as his victory!)

Is the Ethiopian Government negotiating with terrorist TPLF or the Biden Administration?

Duplicity comes from the Late Latin word duplicitās, meaning “doubleness” or twofold.

Applied to Biden administration’s diplomacy (a/k/a “dumbplomacy”) in Ethiopia, it means pretending to play the role of concerned mediator and arbiter while secretly conspiring and working like the devil in hell to save the terrorist TPLF from military defeat and restore it to power in Ethiopia.

Since terrorist TPLF attacked Ethiopia’s Northern Command on November 4, 2022, and its defeat shortly thereafter, individuals soon-to-be top-level members of the incoming Biden administration (including Susan Rice, Antony Blinken, Jake Sullivan) have been using the language of diplomatic duplicity to enable the TPLF to murder, plunder and gain military victory in Ethiopia and gain international legitimacy.

I have documented that meticulously in previous commentaries.

Almost two years to the week of the initial TPLF terrorist attack on November 4, 2020, it is now showtime and showdown time.

On October 21, 2022, three days before the start of peace talks between the Ethiopian Government and representatives of the terrorist organization in South Africa, a black woman, US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield was given the dirty job of throwing down the gauntlet to Ethiopia. (Reminds me of the duping of Gen. Colin Powell with his UN statement on the bogus weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.)

Thomas-Greenfield fired a shot across the bow threatening “the US is prepared to take appropriate measures” if the Ethiopian Government and terrorist TPLF do not reach a resolution to the conflict.”

In her October 21, 2022 statement, Thomas-Greenfield hectored:


The situation in Ethiopia is spiraling out of control. The social fabric is being ripped apart, and civilians are paying a horrific price. Thousands of Ethiopian, Eritrean, and TPLF forces are engaged in active combat. The scale of the fighting and deaths rival what we’re seeing in Ukraine, and innocent civilians are being caught in the crossfire. Over two years of conflict, as many as half a million – half a million – people have died…


She concluded, “The United States remains prepared to take appropriate measures against those who obstruct a resolution of this conflict, and we are determined to have those who commit human rights abuses held to account.”

The Ethiopian Government’s core demands in the peace talks are the demands of any reasonable sovereign government in the world facing the scourge of terrorism.

Before formal peace talks can begin, the Ethiopian government insists the TPLF must 1) disarm, 2) demobilize, 3) demilitarize and 4) end all armed resistance by itself and its proxy terrorists throughout the country.

Kindeya Gebrehiwot, terrorist TPLFspokesman stated three demands: 1) immediate cessation of hostilities, 2) unrestricted humanitarian access and 3) withdrawal of Eritrean forces from Tigray.

Unstated for public consumption but likely are demands for general amnesty for its leaders and fighters, safe passage out of Ethiopia and decertification of TPLF as a terrorist organization by the Ethiopian Government.

Not surprisingly, the three demands of the terrorist TPLF are also the exact same demands of the Biden administration.

Both the TPLF and Biden administration are using the same playbook and coordinating behind the scenes to pressure Ethiopia into accepting those conditions.

On October 12, 2022, in a “Joint Statement on Resumption of Hostilities in Northern Ethiopia”, Australia, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States, called for an end to

military offensives, agree to a cessation of hostilities, allow for unhindered and sustained humanitarian access, and pursue a negotiated settlement through peace talks and withdrawal of Eritrean forces.

The aforementioned three TPLF conditions are also core elements of bills introduced in the US Congress:  S.3199  and S.Res 97 in the US Senate and HR 6600 in the US House of Representatives.

Why was Thomas-Greenfield chosen to throw the sanctions gauntlet at Ethiopia?

Her diplomatic involvement in the conflict is negligible, not much more than reading prepared speeches for her at the UN and tweeting from time to time.

Thomas-Greenfield was saddled to deliver the sanctions ultimatum because the Biden administration wanted a black face to deliver the bad news to a black African population.

Thomas-Greenfield was given the task of doing the dirty job of issuing the ultimatum that Mike Hammer, Samantha Power and Susan Rice and Antony Blinken should be giving since they are the architects of the entire conflict.

When sanctions are imposed and the ***t hits the fan in Ethiopia, it is going to be Thomas-Greenfield’s black mug that is going to be splashed all over the Ethiopian media and global social media.

Thomas-Greenfield will be the object of hate, derision, contempt, ridicule, scorn, outrage and insult.

Thomas-Greenfield will be the scapegoat released into the cyber wilderness to atone for the sins of the Biden administration.

Thomas-Greenfield will be the lightning rod for the complete failure of Biden’s policy in the Horn of Africa.

Hammer, Power, Rice and Blinken will sit and chuckle having made Thomas-Greenfield a sucker.

What is behind the Biden administration/TPLF demand for immediate cessation of hostilities?

The Biden administration insists on an immediate cessation of hostilities because the TPLF is getting hammered on the battlefield and is losing on all fronts. Its command and control has been vanquished and the mostly child soldiers troops of the TPLF are totally destroyed.

Unless there is an immediate ceasefire, the TPLF will go the way of the dinosaurs, become permanently extinct. If the TPLF becomes extinct, the Biden administration loses its most potent weapon to destabilize and destroy Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa.

On June 28, 2021, the Ethiopian Government declared a unilateral ceasefire and withdrew from Tigray region.

The Biden administration did NOT call or pressure the TPLF to join in the unilateral ceasefire.

Instead, the Biden administration worked behind the scenes to legitimize the cause of the terrorist TPLF using the Western press-titute media, think tankers and members of Congress.

The TPLF took the unilateral ceasefire declaration to regroup, rearm itself and launch a second devastating attack on Ethiopia.

By November 2021, the TPLF had “pushed to within a day’s drive of the capital Addis Ababa and were threatening to march on the city of 5 million people.”

In March 2022, the Ethiopian Government agreed to a ceasefire in the form of a “humanitarian truce” to facilitate delivery of humanitarian aid to the region. The TPLF broke that ceasefire by launching a third attack on Ethiopia in late August 2022.

The Biden administration NEVER put any meaningful pressure on the TPLF to abide by a ceasefire or to agree to peace talks.

Indeed, TPLF leaders described peace talks and negotiations with the Ethiopian Government as a “sick joke.”

The top military leader of the TPLF opined, “The war is finished. The conflict is getting finished in war. It is being finished in the war. With whom are we going to negotiate?”

When the TPLF forcibly looted over one-half million liters of fuel set for humanitarian purposes, USAID boss Samantha Power tweeted “we strongly condemn the TPLF theft” and will they please “return the fuel and respect humanitarian operations.”

If the fuel had been looted by the Ethiopian Government, all hell would have broken loose and they would have mobilized the Western press-titute media into a frenzy proclaiming bloody murder.

The Biden administration’s con game of “ceasefire” and “peace talks” has clear strategic objectives:

1) Legitimize the TPLF (and strip off its designation as a terrorist organization) as a sovereign or semi-sovereign entity and affirm its capacity to negotiate.

2) Rehabilitate the image of the TPLF from a terrorist organization to a legitimate political opposition through a ceasefire/peace negotiation.

3) Buy time for the TPLF to rearm and regroup by dragging out ceasefire negotiations.

4) Use ceasefire negotiations and inclusive dialogue as conditions to open international borders in the name of accessing humanitarian aid and enable the TPLF to resupply itself with weapons from outside sources, specifically from Sudan, Egypt and the European Union.

5) Use ceasefire negotiations and inclusive dialogue as a first step towards restoration of terrorist TPLF to power.

6) Create an opportunity for the Biden administration to play kingmaker and legitimize its role as a “neutral mediator” in the ceasefire negotiations by offering financial and other incentives. In doing so, the U.S. gains unfettered power to meddle in internal Ethiopian politics and dictate terms of surrender to the Ethiopian Government.

7) By forcing PM Abiy’s government to the negotiating table with the TPLF, the Biden administration aims to show the people of Ethiopia PM Abiy is a weak and ineffective leader thereby turning the population against him.

8) By forcing the Ethiopian government to ceasefire and peace negotiations, show the world PM Abiy’s government is the aggressor and the TPLF victim.

9) Make Ethiopia the whipping bad boy of Africa. If any African country tries to buck the U.S. or refuses to kiss the Biden administration’s rear end, it will be crushed with sanctions the world has never seen.

10) Prolong the ceasefire negotiations as an effective weapon of attrition. Bleed Ethiopia financially. Trap and bog the Ethiopian Government in a ceasefire/dialogue negotiation and drag them out indefinitely thereby frustrating the Ethiopia Government and the people of Ethiopia. The longer the ceasefire negotiations take, the more legitimacy and public support the Ethiopian Government will lose among the Ethiopian people.

11) Use the ceasefire negotiations and inclusive dialogue to secure full amnesty and immunity from prosecution for all TPLF leaders and exonerate them from the crimes of humanity they committed.

12) Use ceasefire and peace negotiations to create the opportunity for the deployment of a UN chapter VII force tasked with a variety of duties allowing maximum foreign intervention in Ethiopia’s internal affairs.

13) Use  ceasefire/peace negotiations to reintegrate the TPLF terrorist forces into the Ethiopian armed forces.

14) Use ceasefire and peace negotiations to force the Ethiopian Government to share power with the terrorist TPLF.

15) Ultimately restore the TPLF to power through the clever use of ceasefire and peace negotiations.

The tactical approaches to achieve the strategic goals are to:

1) Give lip service to African Union mediation between the Government of Ethiopia and the terrorist TPLF.

2) Buy off African leaders to apply pressure on Ethiopia.

3) Use the AU as a weapon to pressure Ethiopia.

4) Seek observer and facilitator status during the ceasefire and peace negotiations.

5) Offer to underwrite the entire ceasefire/peace negotiations and dominate the process.

6) Outright hijack the AU mediation process.

The most important reason for the ceasefire demand is obvious: To give terrorist TPLF a fourth chance to attack, murder and plunder. Nothing else!

What is behind the Biden administration/TPLF demand for unrestricted humanitarian access?

Between March and August 2022 when the TPLF attacked, there was unfettered humanitarian access to Tigray. The World Food Program reported, “the humanitarian truce has allowed WFP and our partners to reach almost 5 million people in Tigray.”

Despite full cooperation by the Ethiopian Government, the Biden administration has turned a blind eye and deaf ears to acts of robbery and burglary of USAID grain warehouse.

USAID mission Director in Ethiopia Sean Jones stated:


What we do have proof of is that several of our warehouses have been looted and completely emptied in the areas, particularly Amhara where the TPLF soldiers have gone into. Yes, we know that is a fact.


On August 25, 2022, David Beasley, Executive Director of the World Food Programme reported,


a group of armed men entered WFP’s compound in Mekelle and forcibly seized 12 tankers filled with over half a million litres of fuel.  This fuel had recently been purchased by WFP and arrived just days before it was stolen.


The strategic importance of “unfettered access “has been clear to the Ethiopian Government and other independent observers.

It is through “unfettered access” that the Biden administration has sought to supply and reinforce the TPLF forces with food and weapons.

The Biden administration, in concert with Egypt and Sudan, has been airlifting weapons to the TPLF for some time. On August 24, 2022, one of those planes was shot down by the Ethiopian Airforce.

What is the demand behind the Biden administration/TPLF demand behind the withdrawal of Eritrean forces from Tigray?

The Biden administration will traverse the universe to demonize, stigmatize and ostracize Eritrea.

On December 3, 2009, Susan Rice, the Princess of Darkness and Biden’s current domestic policy advisor, masterfully hoodwinked the United Nations Security Council into adopting Resolution 1907 imposing an arms embargo and other sanctions on Eritrea accusing the Eritrean Government of aiding Al-Shabaab terrorism in Somalia.

On May 25, 1999, Rice testifying before the House Subcommittee on Africa falsely and without a shred of evidence accused Eritrean President Isaias Afewerki as a “sponsor of state terrorism”.

Rice, a dyed-in-the-wool terrorist TPLF groupie (“American woyane”) is a longtime supporter of the terrorist TPLF. She coordinated the hit on Eritrea in 2009 as a personal favor for the late TPLF thugmaster Meles Zenawi.

What the Biden administration is demanding of Eritrea is simple. The TPLF can attack, murder and plunder in Eritrea but Eritreans are forbidden to defend themselves against terrorist TPLF. .

The Biden administration is telling Eritrea Article 51 of the UN Charter ( “Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations”) does not apply to it because a terrorist group has superior rights than a UN member state.

The new status quo Abiy Ahmed, the Prime minister of Ethiopia, is trying to establish in Ethiopia is unsustainable for the following reasons:

1. There are no racial differences in Ethiopia but only non-basic language and religious differences which can easily be resolved through technical and political solutions.

2. Abiy is trying to establish ethnic hegemony and therefore ethnic inequality by population size.

3. Ethiopian territory is apportioned by ethnicity which aims to carve up the country into two or three bigger sovereign states leaving some 80 ethnic groups stateless with the fate of being incorporated into the bigger states which is totally unacceptable in the context of ethnicism.

4. The ethnic political arrangement has already caused ethnic genocide, ethnic cleansing and a bloody civil war which is still ranging at the time of writing.

5. The economy is crumbling, and inflation, unemployment and currency depreciation are at an all-time high.

6.Abiy is trying to mask the underlying political and economic chaos and mayhem by displaying fake megaprojects on TV; only the other day he was seen playing football on a medium-size Premier League type artificial turf pitch he ordered built even as hundreds of Ethiopians are perishing in the civil war his OPDO/OLF and Tplf deliberately created.

The potential sources of change as usual are the following:

1.The national military.

2. A splinter group within the government.

3. A Fano-like armed opposition group.

4. A spontaneous or organized popular uprising.

5. A foreign-orchestrated operation.

6. A combination of two or more of the above.

If corrective measures are not taken through the above-mentioned ways, Ethiopia will enter a period of permanent chaos and instability marked by civil war, genocide, ethnic cleansing, mass emigration, dislocation and untold economic suffering in which death may be preferred over life as a final solution!

“Economic sanctions are increasingly being used to promote the full range of American foreign policy objectives. Yet all too often sanctions turn out to be little more than expressions of U.S. preferences that hurt American economic interests without changing the target’s behavior for the better.” Brookings POLICY BRIEF #34, June 1, 1998

“Modern-day economic sanctions and blockades are comparable with medieval sieges of towns with the intention of forcing them to surrender. Twenty-first century sanctions attempt to bring not just a town, but sovereign countries to their knees. A difference, perhaps, is that twenty-first century sanctions are accompanied by the manipulation of public opinion through ‘fake news’, aggressive public relations, and a pseudo-human rights rhetoric, to give the impression that a human rights ‘end’ justifies the criminal means.” Alfred de Zayas, UN Human Rights Council Independent Expert on the promotion of a democratic and equitable international order.

The US normalized sanctions to enforce submission. It sanctioned Haiti, Russia, Eritrea, and Ethiopia. These sanction that harm ordinary citizens most and contribute to the rise of authoritarianism and terrorism take hold without protest from members of the UN General Assembly let alone the UN Security Council where the US plays an imperial role.

Punitive sanctions do not buy friends for the American people. Rarely if ever do sanctions promote peace, respect for human rights or democratic governance. Studies show that recurrent use of sanctions to advance US foreign policy interests is, in the words of Brookings, “Too much of a bad thing.”

When the USA and the EU impose sanctions on Ethiopia and Eritrea in favor of an insurgency like the TPLF, these tools diminish the prospect of durable peace in the entire Horn and Eastern Africa. They undermine Ethiopia’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, the unity of the country’s diverse population and degrade Ethiopia’s determination to eradicate poverty and accelerate sustainable development.

It is contradictory to impose undue diplomatic pressure and imply more punitive sanctions on sovereign Ethiopia; and claim these are being done to advance human security, peace and stability.

Whose “peace” agenda is it anyway?

The Ethiopian people deserve peace. The Government of the United States, the EU and the rest of the international community can and must do what they can to support Ethiopia that is fighting the terrorist and treasonous TPLF and its enablers.  Rhetoric aside, this is not happening.

I am sure you are as baffled as I am by the modalities, events, and media coverage of the mediation for “peace in Ethiopia” in South Africa. The prominence of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is concerning.  His proactive engagement gives the unmistaken impression that, the US is not just an observer; but a “mover and shaker” of the “peace” process.  This leads me to pose the following questions:

- Is it an Ethiopian or American agenda?

 

- Why is the US no longer an impartial observer like IGAD but a huge presence directing the process and inevitably influencing the outcome itself?

 

- Why did Secretary Blinken call or meet with foreign leaders: Kenya, South Africa, the UAE, Canada; and what motivated him to place a call to Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed?

 

- What is behind the undue pressure on Ethiopia and for whose benefit?

It is critical to remember that US Secretary of State Blinken acknowledged TPLF instigated the third war on August 24, 2022. All told, TPLF is responsible and accountable for the deaths of more than 500,000 Tigrean-Ethiopians and tens of thousands of non-Tigrean civilians. TPLF forced Ethiopia’s National Defense and coalition forces to defend the country’s sovereignty, territorial  integrity as well as the safety and security of all Ethiopians including Tigreans. This responsibility to defend Ethiopia is enshrined in the UN Charter and covenants of the African Union.

So, the Ethiopian Federal Government position, namely, for peace to occur, TPLF must disarm is unassailable. There cannot be two military establishments (armies) in the same country. By all credible accounts, Ethiopian National Defense Forces (ENDF) have taken control of much of Tigray and are closing in on Mekele, the regional capital. ENDF surgical operations spared lives, institutions, and landmarks. ENDF has begun rebuilding roads, bridges and other physical and economic infrastructure destroyed or damaged by TPLF deliberately.

All indicators on the ground show positive developments. I believe, the sooner TPLF gives up arms and surrenders; the sooner the restoration, rehabilitation, and the opening of all services process—banking, telecom, electricity, trade, and the like will begin. Tigrean Ethiopians and the rest deserve to see this happen.

The military game is over

By all accounts, including Western pro-TPLF champions Rene’ Lefort, Martin Plaut, Alex de Waal the TPLF military machine is degraded. Thousands of TPLF military officers and combatants have surrendered.  Reliable sources say TPLF is ready to surrender. So, the US, EU, UN, and AU must take this remarkable development into account.

I commend South Africa for hosting the mediation for “peace” in Ethiopia.

Discussions for peace that started on October 22, 2022 involve the Federal Government of Ethiopia and the leadership of insurgent TPLF. In line with the doctrine of “solving African problems by Africans,” former President of Nigeria Olusegun Obasanjo is appointed by the AU to lead the three-person Africa team. This team must be allowed to do its job without undue pressure or interference from the US or the EU or Egypt or any external power.

Just last weekend, one million Ethiopians demonstrated in Addis Ababa and hundreds of thousands in major cities throughout Ethiopia supporting the ENDF and urging the US not to interfere in Ethiopia’s domestic affairs. Their voices matter. The West cannot afford to dismiss them. Their voice underscores the depth and breadth of hatred for TPLF that caused the mayhem, including the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent Tigrean Ethiopians.

By his utterances and his fearful insinuations against Ethiopia, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken deepens the crisis. As mentioned earlier, Secretary Blinken called the President of Kenya, the Foreign Minister of South Africa, the head of the UAE and the Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed. He met with Musa Faki Muhammad, Chairperson of the African Union in Canada.

What is the US demanding?

- Blinken wants the Ethiopian army to leave Tigray, implying Tigray is not a core part of Ethiopia.

Tigray is an integral part of Ethiopia. This demand is gross interference in the domestic affairs of an independent African state. It undermines Ethiopia’s territorial integrity.  This call is unreasonable and unacceptable. The goal is to save the TPLF, an American lackey.

- Blinken wants Eritrea out of Ethiopia, He demands that Eritrea and Ethiopia must stop cooperating in the war against TPLF.

Ethiopia’s relations with Eritrea or any other country is not America’s business. Neither Ethiopia nor Eritrea is an American colony. They are independent states attacked by the TPLF. both countries have the right to defend themselves.

It saddens me to note that, instead of respecting Ethiopia’s sovereign rights and instead of demanding TPLF gives up armed insurgency, the USA is forcing Ethiopia to halt military operations as a precondition for peace; agree to US pressure or face severe sanctions.

US relentless pressure and threat of more sanctions on Ethiopia is pushing Africa’s “Motherland” to cave in, abandon its celebrated independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity or defy submission. In effect, the USA is forcing Ethiopia to reconsider its relations with the West in general, especially with the USA. This is tragic and consequential. History will judge the Government of the US harshly.

- Blinken has politicized and compromised the mediation for “peace” process.

It is my considered opinion that the peace process is no longer an Ethiopian agenda.  It is a US Government agenda.  I am convinced Ethiopia will win the war. I am at the same time fearful of the dire consequences, including severance of relations that might follow if Ethiopia does not do what the US wants.

Nothing has united the Ethiopian people better as have two major developments over the past decade: a) The Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) that is on the verge of completion and b) The war against the terrorist and treasonous TPLF and its foreign enablers that Ethiopia is winning on the war front. Both show national resolve and determination against formidable odds. Ethiopia has prevailed on both fronts.

I shall conclude this commentary by commending a friend of Ethiopia, Graham Peebles. In his timely Op-ed “A Loud and Clear Lesson – For Ethiopia and the World” on October 28, 2022, he reminds the West:

“First things first: as I write so-called peace talks are underway between the democratically elected government of Ethiopia and The Terrorist TPLF. That in itself is a bizarre sentence, and prompts an array of related questions, and issues around law and order, justice, national governance. To be clear, the TPLF have never wanted peace, and are not in South Africa to find a way to end the conflict that they started and perpetuated for two long and deeply painful years. They want power, they have engaged in talks because they have been defeated, but talks about what?

Holding hands with the TPLF men at, or more likely, under the table — out of sight — are US/UN ‘observers. The reason for their attendance is, one assumes, to ensure TPLF bosses are kept out of prison and allowed to slip away in the night and find amnesty somewhere. Canada has been mentioned as a possible destination, although why the Canadians (or anyone else in fact) would want them is a mystery. A cell in the Hague would be my choice as they eke out their days waiting to be tried in the International Criminal Court.”

There is no plausible moral or ethical or human rights argument I can find for the Government of the United States to defend and save a terrorist and treasonous group that sent tens of thousands of Tigrean child soldiers to their deaths.

I urge the Biden Administration to stop gross interference in the domestic affairs of one of the most important countries in Africa, Ethiopia. It is in America’s self interest to abandon TPLF now and side with Ethiopia and its 120 million citizens.

ራሳችሁን፤ ወገኖቻችሁንና ጓደኞቻችሁን እንደምትወዱ ሌሎችም እንደዚሁ አፍቃሪዎች አሏቸዉ። የአንዱ ህይወት ከሌላዉ ፈጽሞ አይበልጥም፤ አያንስም። በእግዚአብሔር ለምናምን ሁሉ እርሱ በአምሳሉ የፈጠረን ህዝቦች ነን። የማሰብ አእምሮ ሰጥቶናል። ክፉና ደጉን እንድንለይ አብቅቶናል። ግን የዜጋ ደም በከንቱ እየፈሰሰ ይገኛል። ቅዱስ ሕይወት በገፍ እየጠፋ ይገኛል። ከዋናዎቹ ሕግጋት መካከል ‘አትግደል’ ይላል፤ ‘ባልንጄራህን ከራስህ አስበልጠህ ዉደድ ይላል’። ዛሬ ግን ሰዉ እንደቅጠል በግፍ እየረገፈ ይገኛል። እንደዚህ ዓይነቱ ዝርፊያ፤ ማፈናቀልና መግደል ከዬት የመጣ ነዉ? ሕግና ሥርዓት በሚከበሩባቸዉ ሀገራት ዉሾችና ድመቶች እንኳ መብት አላቸዉ። የአስተዳደሮች ብልሹነት እንደሆነ እንጂ በጭቁኑ ህዝባችን መካከል ጠላትነት አልነበረም። ይሄ አማራ፤ ይሄ ኦሮሞ፤ ይሄ ትግሬ፤ ወዘተ የሚለዉ ክፍፍል በቅርቡ የተፈጠረ የከፋፍሎ መግዣ ተንኮልና የዉሸት ትርክት ነዉ። ያለዉን ተካፍሎ ጥሮ ግሮ የሚያድር ብርቱ ህዝብ ነበር። አሁን ከመተላለቃችን በፊት ያንን መልካም ምግባር መልሰን መገንባት ይኖርብናል። መፍትሔ የሚመጣዉ ሕገ መንግሥቱ ሲሻሻል፤ በዜጎች መካከል ጥሩ ጉርብትናና ወዳጅነት ሲኖር፤ ዜጎች በነፃ ተዟዙረዉ የመስፈር፤ የመሥራት፤ የመነገድ፤ ወዘተ መብታቸዉ ሲጠበቅላቸዉ ነዉ። ለብዙ ሺ ዓመታት በሰላም የኖርነዉ በዚያ መልክ ነበርና።

 

3ኛ/ ሰላም ሳይኖር ዕድገት አይታሰብም

ሁል ጊዜ ስንደምናገረዉ፤ ቸሩ አምላካችን መርጦ የፈጠራት ሀገር ናት። ሁሉንም አሟልቶ ሰጥቷታል፤ የምድራችን ስፋት፤ የወንዞቻችን፤ የሃይቆቻችንና የጅረቶቻችን ብዛት፤ የህዝባችን ታታሪነት፤ ብርታትና ፈሪሃ እግዚአብሔር ያደረበት መሆኑን ስመለከትና ዛሬ የወደቅንበትን ደረጃ ስመለከት እጅግ በጣም አዝናለሁ። ዛሪ በዓለም ላይ ከሁሉም በታች ሆነን በአሳፋሪ ደረጃ ላይ እንገኛለን። በልጅነታችን ስንማርና ለዲሞክራሲ ስንታገል ዉዲቷ ሀገራችንን ከራስዋም አልፋ ለጎረቤት ሀገሮች ጭምር የዳቦ ቅርጫት ለማድረግ ነበር። ይቻልም ነበር።

ገበሬዉ በሰላም ወጥቶ ካላረሰ መልካም ምርት ከዬት ይመጣል? ነጋዴዉ በነፃ ተንቀሳቅሶ ካልነገደ እንዴት ሊያተርፍ ይችላል? ተማሪ በነፃነት ወጥቶ ጥሩ ትምህርት ካላገኘ ህይወቱ እንዴት ሊሻሻል ይችላል? እስከመቼ ድረስ ይሰደዱ? ይሰቃዩ? ይዋረዱ? አሁን እኮ ያልተበተኑበት ምድር የለም። በመንገድ፤ በበረሃና በባህር ላይ የቀሩትም ብዙ ናቸዉ።

በመፍትሔ ምትክ ችግር መፍጠር ለምን አስፈለገ? በዕድገት ምትክ ዉድመት ለምን ተመረጠ? የዉሸት ትርክትና መርዝ ከመርጨት ሃቆች ለምን አይመሰከሩም? የሕገ መንግሥቱ ከፋፋይ መዘዞች ሀገር ለማፍረስ እንጂ ለመገንባት አይደለም። ጠንካራ አንድነትን ሳይሆን ከዞን ወደክልል፤ ከክልል ወደመገንጠል፤ ወዘተ የሚጋብዝ ሀገር አፍራሽ ነዉ። በዚህ መልክ ከቀጠልን ግድቡ እራሱ ብዙ ዋስትና አይኖረዉም።

 

4ኛ/ ህብረት ከሌለን በዉጪ ታሪካዊ ጠላቶች እንጠቃለን።

የዉጪ ታሪካዊ ጠላቶቻችንን ፍላጎት በደንብ እናቃለን። በነፃነታችንና በብርታታችን ምክንያት ቂም ከያዙብን በጣም ቆይተዋለል። አፍሪቃን በባርነትና በቅኝ አገዛዝ የበዘበዙ ኃይሎች አይተኙልንም፤ ለምን? አፄ ቴዎድሮች በመቅደላ እጅ አልሰጡም። አፄ ዮሐናስ በመተማ ላይ ህይወታቸዉን ሰዉተዋል። በአፄ ምኒልክ መሪነትና በጠቅላላዉ ህዝባችን ትብብር በአድዋ ላይ አሳፍረናቸዋል። በማይጨዉ ወረራ ዘመን ጎበዝ አርበኞቻችን ለ5 ዓመታት ከባድ ትግል በማድረግና ከባድ የህይወት መስዋዕትነት በመክፈል የዉድ ሀገራችንን ነፃነት አስጠብቀዉልናል። ለአፍሪቃዉያን ከቅኝ አገዛዝ ነፃ መዉጣት ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ አድርገናል። ካሪቢያኖች ቀና ብለዉ እንዲሄዱ ኩራት ሰጥተናቸዋል። ትብብር በነበረን ወቅት በእግዚአብሔር ኃይል እነዚያን ድሎች ሁሉ ተጎናጽፈናል። በውስጣችን ስንከፋፈልና ስንባላ ግን ለጥቃት እንዳረጋለን። በ1991 ዓ/ም በለንደን ላይ ስብሰባ ጠሩ፤ መሪዉ ሄርማን ኮህን ነበር። በስብሰባዉ ላይ ኅብረ-ብሄራዊ ፓርቲ እንዲሳተፍ አልተፈቀደም። ለሦስት ቀናት የታሰበዉ ኮንፈረንስ በግማሽ ቀን ተጠናቀቀ፤ ወያኔ ወደ አዲስ አበባ፤ ሸዓቢያ ወደ አስመራ። ይሄንን ያደረጉት ለትግራይና ለኤርትራ ህዝብ በመቆርቆር ሳይሆን ኢትዮጵያን ለማፍረስ ነበር።

ግብፅ እንኳን የኛን ዉሀ እየጠጣችና በኛ አፈር እያመረተች ምስጋና የሚባል ነገር አታዉቅም። እኛ ዉሃና አፈር አልከለከልናት። እርሷ ግን ወንዛችንን ገድበን ከጭለማ እንዳንወጣ ታስፈራራናለች። ሱዳን ከርሷ ጋር በመተባበር ድንበራችንን እየደፈረች ትገኛለች። መፍትሔዉ ዉስጣዊ አንድነትና ሰላም ማስፈን ብቻ ነዉ። በ21ኛዉ ክፍለ ዘመን ዉስጥ መሆናችንን ባንዘነጋ መልካም ነዉ። ካለዚያ ታሪክም እግረዚአብሔርም ይፈርዱባቸዋል፤ ልጆቻቸዉም ያፍሩባቸዋል።

ስለዚህ አሁን በሰላም፤ በልማትና በዕድገት ላይ እንድናተኩር አደራ እላችኋለሁ። እግዚአብሔር ይጨመርበት።

ያለፉትን አራት ዓመታት የመራውን ግለሰብ አብይ አህመድን ብንመለከት በሕዝብና በአገር ስም የሚሰጠውንም ሆነ በብድርና በእርዳታ የሚገኘውን ገንዘብ እንደ ግል ሃብቱ ሲበትን፣ለምን  እንዲህ ይሆናል ብለው የጠዬቁትን ምን አገባችሁ እያለ ሲሳደብና ሲያንጓጥጥ ማዬቱ የተለመደ ነው

የዛሬ ወር ገደማ የተከበረው የመስቀል በዓልን አሰመልክቶ ጠ/ሚ አብይ እንኳን አደረሳችሁ መልእክታቸው ላይ እንዲህ ብለውን ነበር፡፡ “ …እንጀራችንን የበሉ ተረከዛቸውን አንስተውብናል…”ጠ/ሚ ይህን አባባል ቀጥታ ከመጽሐፍ ቀዱስ ነው የወሰዱት፡፡ ይህውም በመዝሙረ ዳዊት መዝ 40(41)፣9ና ዬሐ 13፣18 ካለው ነው፡፡

ደግሞም የሰላሜ ሰው፣ የታመንኩበት፣ እንጀራዬን  የበላ፣ ተረከዙን በእኔ ላይ አነሳ፡፡

ይህ ጥቅስ ትንቢታዊ ሲሆን ከአንድ ሺህ አመት በኋላ በክርስቶስ ላይ ይሁዳ በፈጸመው ክህደት ትንቢቱ ተፈጽሞል፡፡ በዬሐንስ ወንጌል ላይ ስለዚሁ ትንቢት ፍጻሜ ተጽፎ ይገኛል፡፡ ይሁዳ ከአስራ ሁለቱ ሐዋሪያት አንዱ የነበረና በገንዘብ ተደልሎ ክርስቶስን አሳልፎ የሰጠ የክርስቶስ ቅርብ ሰው ነበር፡፡

ጠ/ሚሩ እስከ አሁን ባደረጉት የስልጣን ጉዞ በተለይም በቅርብ ግዜያት፣ ከወያኔ ጋር ሶስተኛው ዙር ጦርነት ከተነሳ ቦኋላ በጣም ቅርብ በሆኑ ባለስልጣናቶቻቸው(Inner circle) የተከዱ እንደሆነ ነው ጥቅሳቸው የሚናገረው፡፡ ይህን የመዝሙረ ዳዊት ጥቅስ የፃፉበት መልእክት አግባብ የሚያመለክተው የአሁን ሁኔታን ነው፡፡ እንግዲህ በዚህ በጦርነት መኃል እያለንና ከዚያ በኋላ ጠ/ሚ የሚቀንሷቸውን ባለስልጣናት መጠበቅ ለመተዛዘቢያነት ተገቢ ነው ባይ ነኝ፡፡

የብሔር ፖለቲካ ኢትዮጵያን መምራትና የህዝቡን ኑሮ ማመስ ከጀመረበት ግዜ አንስቶ ጠ/ሚ የጠቀሱት ጥቅስ ለማን በትክክለኛው አግባብ ይሰራል ብለን ብንጠይቅ ለአነድ መሕበረስብ ሆኖ እናገኘዋለን፡፡ ከ1983 ዓ.ም. በኋላ ኢትዮጵያ ላይ በፖለቲካና ኢኮነሚ ረገድ ስልጣንን የተቆጣጠሩ ሶስት ኃይሎች ተመልክተናል፡፡ ሻብያ (1983 ዓ.ም. - 2000ዓ.ም.) ወያኔ (1983ዓ.ም. – 2010ዓ.ም.) ኦሕዴድ- ብልጽግና (2010ዓ..ም.- እስከ አሁን) በየተራ ኢትዮጵያ ላይ ርስትና ጉልት ሰርተው ሲፈራረቁባት ቆይተዋል፡፡

ሻቢያ የኢትዮጵያንን ኢኮኖሚ እንደ ሬድሲ(Red Sea) ባሉ ታላላቅ የኢኮኖሚ ተቋማት ተጽኖ ስር ሊያደርግ ቢሞክርም በወያኔ የአይንህ ቀለም አላማረኝም ምት ተመትቶ ከኢትዬጵያ ሰማይ ስር ተሰውሮ ስንብቷል፡፡ ወያኔ ሻብያን ሲመታ ከአጼ ኃይለስላሴ ዘመን ጀምሮ ኢትዮጵያ ሃገራችን ናት ብለው የሞቱላትና የተጉላሉላትን ኤርትራውያን ሃብትና ንብረት ከስራቸው ነቅሎ አፈሩን አራግፎ ነው ያስወጣቸው፡፡ ያን ግዜም ከኤርትራዊያን ጋር ሲነግዱ የነበሩ ኢትዮጵያውያን የኤርትራውያኑን ንብረት ወርሰው ለወያኔ አስራት አበርክተው ህይወት ቀጠለ፡፡

በኋላ ግን እኒሁ ሲሶው ለወያኔ ያሉ ሰዎች የወያኔ የማፍያ አሰራር መሸከም እንዳቃተቸው ይናገሩ ነበር፡፡ በተለይ አዜብ መስፍንን አልቻልናትም እሷ እኮ ሃያ ሚሊዎን ብር ባንክ ካለህ ቀጥታ መጥታ አዲስ የቢዝነስ መስመር ይከፈትልሃል ብላ 65% ለኔ 35% ይበቀሃል የምትል ነች ይሏት ነበር፡፡ ይህን አንድ ፒያሳ አካባቢ ይነግድ ከነበረ ስልጤ ኢነቨስተር ሰምቼለሁ፡፡ አረ መርካቶ ብትሄዱ ለተሳካለት ነጋዴ ሁሉ የሚባል አባባል ነበር፡፡ የእሱ/እሷ ንስሃ አባት እኮ ጄነራል እንትና  ነው ይሉኃል፡፡ ስንቱ የትግራይ ጄነራል ነገደ እንዲሁም በትግራይ ስም ተነገደ፡፡

አሁን በኦህዴድ-ብልጽግና ዘመን ነገሩ ልዩ ነው አሉ፡፡ አሉ ያለኩበት ምክንያት ከሃገር ውጭ ስላለሁ፣ የአይን እማኝነት መስጠት አልችልምና ነው፡፡ ነገር ግን በወሳኝ የሃገሪቱ ኢኮኖሚ ቦታወች ላይ የተሸሙትን ባለስልጣናት ስብጥር ስንቃኝና ንግግራቸውን ስንገመግም “የአሁኑ ይባስ” የሚለው አባባል ጆሮዬ ላይ ከበሮውን ይመታል፡፡

ፈረሰኛውና አድራሹ፣ ድሉን ግን ሁሌ ጋላቢው ስለሚቀማው ያ ማሕረሰብ አንዳንድ ነገር ልበል፡፡ አምሐራ ለሚለው ስያሜ አም ማለት ተራራ ነው፣ ሐራ ደህሞ ህዝብ፡፡ ስለዚህም አምሐራ ማለት የተራራ ላይ ህዝብ ነው ብለው የሚበይኑ አሉ፡፡ በዚህ እረገድ የቀድሞው ፕሬዚደንት መንግስቱ ሐ/ማሪያም ይጠቀሳሉ፡፡ ይህ ትረጉም እሳቸው ስልጣ ከመያዘቸው በፊትም የሚነገር ነበር፡፡ ምናልባት ስለዚያ ትርጉም ገለጻ የሰጣቸው ዘመዳቸው ዶ/ር ካሳ ከበደ ሳይሆን አይቀርም፡፡ ዶ/ር ካሳ ከበደ እስራኤል ሃገር የተማረና በመጨረሻም ደርግ ሲወድቅ በኦፕሬሽን ሰለሞን ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ የነበሩትን  ኢትዮጵያውያን ቤተ እስራኤሎች በአይሮፕላን ይዞ እስራኤል የገባ ነው፡፡

አማራ ማለት እኛ ነን የሚሉ ትግሬዎችም አሉ፡፡ በሽሬና ተምቤን አካባቢ ያሉ ትግሬዎች ከሶስትኛው ክፍለ ዘመን ጀምሮ ከአክሱም ወደ ደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ስንሄድ አማረብን ስንል በትግሬኛ አማርና አልን ይላሉ፡፡ ይህ በእንዲ እንዳለ ወያኔ አማራውን ይዞ ይጓዝ የነበረው ግን አቅፎ ሳይሆን አሰናክሎ ነበር፡፡

እርግጥ ነው ወያኔ ስለ ወንድሙ አማራ በማኒፌስቶ ደረጃ ምንም ክፉ ያውራ ምን አማራው ግን መንትያ ወንድሙ ነበር፣ ነውምም፡፡ ሁለቱም የአንድ ግዕዝ ልጆች ናቸው፡፡ ግዕዝ ‘ወልደ’ ወይንም ልጅ ይላል፡፡ ትግሬው ል የምትለውን ፊደል ይገድፍና ወድ-ወዲ አንተ ልጅ ይላል፡፡ አማራው ደግሞ ወ የምተለውን ፊደል ገድፎ ልድ-ልጅ ይላል፡፡ ልጅ ሲጻፍ በውስጡ ከሚይዘው አናባቢው ፊደል ጋር በመሆኑ ለእጀእ ስለሆነ ለእጅ ከሚለው ኢጀ በጉራጌኛ ደግሞ አንተ ልጅ ማለት ይሆናል፡፡ እንግዴህ ከገባህ ሁሉም ሰፈር ያለህው አንተ ልጅ ስማ፡፡

ወያኔ ወደ ቤተ መንግስት ያደረገውን ጉዞ ቀና ያደረገለት አማራው ነው፡፡ አማራው ተሸክሞ አደረሰው ከዚያም የወያኔ የቤተሰብ አገዛዝ (Oligarchy) ቀጠለ፡፡ ዛሬ ላይ የምናየው ትግሬ ሁሉ በወያኔ ዘመን እንደተጠቀመ የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ እንዲሰማው አድርገው ከስልጣን ተገፈተሩ፡፡ ነገሩ ጎጃሞቹ ወገኖቼን እንዳላሰከፋ እንጂ፤ በላይ በገደለ ጎጃሜ ዘፈነ፣ አይነት ነገር ትንሽ አያጣም፡፡

አማራው በወያኔ ዘመን ምን አገኝ ብለን ብንጠይቅ፣ በግፍና መከራ ስደት፣ አንገት አቀርቅሮ መኖርና ሁለተኛ ወይም ሶስተኛ ዜግነትን ነው፡፡ በህዝብ ቆጠራ ላይ የጠፉ አማሮች እስከ አሁን አልተገኙም፡፡ የአማራ እናቶች ሁን ተብለው እንዲመክኑ ተደርገዋል፡፡ በየባዶ ምናምኑ ቁጥሩ ብዙ ሺህ የሆኖ አማሮች ተሰውረው ጠፍተዋል፡፡ ምኑ ቅጡ…

በብልጽግና ዘመን ደግሞ፣ ኦቦ ሽመልስ አብዲሳ እንደነገሩን ኦሮአማራ የሚባል የማደናበሪያና የማስመሰያ ድልድይ ፈጥረው አማራውን መሸጋገሪያ ያደረገ የኦህዴግ ተወከልት በአማራ ምድር ላይ ተፈጠሩ፡፡ ይሄ ድልድይ፣ ይሄ ፈረስ ማን ነው ብለን እራሳችንን ከጠየቅን የው መልሱ የሚሆነው የአማራ ብልጽግና ነው፡፡

ኦሮሙማው እስከአሁን ትርጉሙ ሊገባኛ ባይችልም፣ ለስልጣን ከበቃ ቦኋላ የአማራውን ሃብት ንብረት ማቃጠል፣ ሴቱን መድፈርና ግድያው በተለይ በኦሮሚያ ደርቶ አይተናል፡፡ ወያኔ ከስልጣን ከመወገዱ በፊት “የኦሮሞ ደም የኔ ደም ነው!” ብሎ የወጣው ጎነደሬ - አማራው፣ ዛሬ ከሽግግር በኋላ ልጆቹ ተነውረዋል፡፡ ያውም በወለጋ እንደሰማንው የስድስት አመት ልጅ “ወላሂ፣ወላሂ ከዚህ በኋላ አማራ አልሆንም” እስክትል ድረስ፡፡ ዋ!

ኦሮሙማ ለምን ተፈጠረ ብለን ብንጠይቅ አብዮታዊ ዲሞክራሲን ለመተካት ነው፡፡ ጀዋር መሃመድ እራሱ ኦሮሙማ ርእዮት አለም(Ideology) ነው ብሎናልና፡፡ አንድ ግዜ በብሔራዊ ቤተ መዛግብት የአምባሳዳር ብርሃኑ ዲነቃ መጽሐፍ “ቄሳርና አብዬት ” ይገመገም ነበር፡፡ በመጽሐፉ ላይ ጽሁፍ አቅራቢው፣ ቢነጋ ተወልደ የተባለ ዲፐሎማት ነበር፡፡

ቢነጋ የኢ.ን.ሳ መሪ የነበረው የብንያም ተወልደ ወንድም ነው፡፡ በቱርክ የኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲ ሶስተኛ ሰው ሆኖ ሰርቷልም፡፡ እሱ ጽሑፉን ሲያቀርብ እኔ አወያይ ነበርኩ፡፡ ከዚያ ግምገማ በኋላ አንድ ሶስት ቀን ከዚህ ልጅ ጋር ተገናኝተን ነበር፡፡ በወተደሩ ውስጥ ያለውን ሙስና በጣም ተጸይፎ ሲናገር ሰምቼለሁ፡፡ ስለ አብዮታዊ ዲሞክራሲም እንድህ ብሎ ነግሮኛል፡፡ በካፒታሊዝም ርእዮት አለም የሚደረግ ትግል የትም ደርሶ አያውቅም፡፡ ስለዚህም አብዮታዊ ዲሞክራሲ የወያኔ ህዝብን ማሰባሰቢያና ማታገያ መስመር ነው፡፡ እነ አቦይ ፀሃዬ አብታዊ ዲሞክራሲ ከማታገያ መስመር ውጭ ምንም እንዳለሆነ ነው ይነግሩን የነበረው፡፡ አይገርማችሁም ኦሮሙማ የአብዮታዊ ዲሞክራሲ ምትክ ሆኖ ብቅ ማለቱ?

አማራው ለምን በሌላ ወገኑ ላይ ይታመናል? ሁል ግዜስ እየተከዳ እስከመቼ ይኖራል? ደግሞም የሰላሜ ሰው፣ እንጀራዬን ከእኔ ጋር የበላ፣ ተረከዙን በእኔ ላይ አነሳ ሲል በነፍሱ ይቃትታል? እያሉ ወገኖች መጠየቅ ሲጀምሩ ኦፌኮዎች(ኦሮሞ ፍድራሊስት ኮንፍረንስ) እንዳሉን ኢትዬጵያ ጸንታ ያለችው በአማራ ትዕግስት አይደለምን እያሉ ቀልድ ይሁን እውነት፣ ወለፈንዴን ይዘምራሉ፡፡የአማራን የጽናትን ምስጢር ግን ላካፍላችሁ፡፡

አማርኛ የደቡብ ሴም ቋንቋዎች ከሚባሉት ጉራጊኛ፣አርጎባኛና ሃርሪ ጋር የሚመደብ ቋንቋ ነው፡፡አማርኛ በመዝገበ ቃላቱ የያዛቸው ቃላቶች እስከ ሰባ በመቶ የሚያክለው ሴማዊ ቃላት ቢሆኑም፣ብዙ ቃላቶችን ከአገውኛ፣ ኦሮሚኛ፣ሲዳማኛ፣ወላይተኛ …ወስዷል፡፡በስዋሰው (Grammar) ህጉም ከብዙ ኩሻዊና ኦሞዊ ቋንቋዎች ጋር ይዛመዳል፡፡

ይህ ለምን ሆነ ካልን ደግሞ? ከ 330ዓ.ም. እስከ 1890ዎቹ ድረስ ከ1500 አመታት በላይ ከሰሜን ከአክሱማዊው ግዛት ወደታች እስከ ከፋና ሐረር የተደረገ ታላቅ ፍልሰትና ቅልቅል በመኖሩ ነው፡፡በኋላም 16ኛው ክ/ዘመን ላይ የምናያው ኦሮሞ ከደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ተነስቶ ወደ ላይ ያደረገው ጉዞ የዚሁ ክፍል አካል ነው፡፡

በ13ኛው ክ/ዘመን ሞቶሎሚ የሚባል የወላይታ ንጉስ አስከ ሰሜን ሸዋና ጎጃም ድረስ ያደረገው የግዛት ማስፋፋት ከኢትዮጵያ ህዝቦች ስብጥርና ድብልቅልቅ ጋር አብሮ የሚገለጥ ነው፡፡ የሚገርመው ነገር የጎጃም አገዎች ጭፈራ በመጠኑም ቢሆን የወላይታን ጭፈራ ይመስላል፡፡ የሰሜን ወሎ አገዎች ጭፈራ ግን ያው የአማራ ድለቃ አይነት ነው፡፡

አቡነ ተክለሐይማኖት የሚባሉና የሸዋ ቡልጋ ተወላጅ የ12ኛው ክ/ዘመን የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ቤ/ክ ቅዱስ  በዚያን ግዜ እናታቸው በምርኮ ወደ ወላይታ ሄዳ እንደነበር ገድላቸው ያትታል፡፡ በኋላም እኚሁ ቅዱስ ከረድእዎቻቸው ጋር የወንጌል ብርሐንን   በወላይታ፣ ጋሞ እስከ ደቡብ ኦሞ፣ በአሪሲና ሃድያ… ሁሉ መስበክ ችለው ነበር፡፡ ለዚህም ስራቸው የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ቤ/ክ ብቻ ሳትሆን የካቶሊክም ቤ/ክ ከቅዱሳኗ አንዱ አድርጋ ትወስዳቸዋለች፡፡ ወንጌላውያን  የፐሮትሰታንት እምነት ተከታዮችም የወንጌል አርበኝነታቸውን መስክረው የጻፉት ጽሑፍ አለ፡፡

ኢትዮጵያን ስተዲስ ውስጥ የፊሎሎጂ የዶ/ት ትምህርታቸውን ሲሰሩ የነበሩ መ/ር ደሴ የአማርኛን ጥንታዊነት የሚያስረዳ ጽሑፍ ሲያቀርቡ በኢንስትዩቱ ታደሚ ነበርኩ፡፡ እሳቸው እንደሚሉት በአንዳንድ የአክሱም ሐውልቶች ላይ ‘እኔ’ የሚል ጽሑፍ ተጽፎ መገኘቱን ጠቅሰውና ይህም አማርኛ በመሆኑ፣ ስድስተኛ ክ/ዘመን ላይ በትግራይ ውስጥ በተተረጎመው ገሪማ ወንጌል ውስጥ ብዙ የአማርኛ ቃላት በመገኘታቸው አማርኛ በ5ኛው ክ/ዘመን በነ አፄ ካሌብ ዘመን ጀምሮ በአክሱማውያን ወታደሮች ዘንድ መናገር ሳይጀመር እንዳልቀረ ሃተታ አቅርበው ነበር፡፡ ይህ ጽሑፍ የቀረበው ከዘጠኝ አመት በፊት ነበር፡፡

እኔ ባለኝ መረጃ አማራ የሚባል ህዝብ እንዳለ ለመጀመሪያ ግዜ ከአረቦች የሰማንው በ10ኛው - 11ኛው ክ/ዘመን ባለው ግዜ ውስጥ ነው፡፡ በደጋማው የየመን ግዛትና በቀይ ባህር ዳርቻ መካከል በዚያን ግዜ ነጂድ አልአማሐራ የተባሉ አሁን ካለው ወሎ ክፍለ ሃገር ሄደው የመንን የገዙ ህዝቦች እንደነበሩ በዚያን ግዜ የነበሩ አረቦች ጽፈዋል፡፡ ያም የሆነው በ2ኛዋ የየመን ንግስት ሳባ፣ ቢልቂስ ዘመን ግዜ ነበር፡፡ ከ1021 ዓ.ም. - 1159ዓ.ም.ከነገሱት የአማራ ነገስታት መካከል ቃዲ አቡ መሃመድ ስሩር አማራ አልፋቲክ ዝናው ገኖ ይነገርለታል፡፡ አምሃራ የሚል የጥንት የቦታ ስም በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ሰፍሮበት የሚገኝ ቦታ ቢኖር የዛሬው ወሎ ነው፡፡

አማርኛ ቋንቋ ሁለት የተለያዩ ቋንቋዎች ለመጀመሪያ ግዜ ሲገናኙ በሚፈጥሩት ውስን የሆነ የመጀመሪያ ግዜ የመግባቢያ ሂደቶችና(Pidginization) የሁለት ቋንቋ ማለተም የሴምና የአገው(ኩሽ) ቋንቋ ውህድ ሆኖ(Creolization) በአክሱም ወታደሮችና በአገው(ላስታ ቤተመንግስት) ውስጥ ይነገር ነበር፡፡ በኋላ የሰለሞናዊው ስርወ መንግስት እየተስፋፋ ሲሄድ ከ12ኛው ክ/ ዘመን በኋላ የቤተ መንግስት ቋንቋ ሆነ፡፡ ይህን ነው እንግዲህ የቋንቋ ሊቃውንቱ የሚነግሩን፡፡ ከዚያም ጀብዱ የሚል የኦሮሞ ቃል ሲወርስ ከ ፊደል “ደ” ፊደል ጀ ፈጠረ፡፡ ጨጨብሳ የሚለውን ቃል ለማናገርም ከፊደል “ጠ” ፊደል “ጨ”ን ፈጠረ፡፡ መቼ ቋንቋዎቹ ተጣሉና ፖለቲከኞቹ እንጂ፡፡

የሰለሞናዊ ስርወ መንግስት ከአጼ ይኩኑአምለክ (1262 ዓ.ም.) እስከ አጼ ኃይለስላሴ(1966 ዓ.ም.) ድረስ የዘለቀ ነው፡፡ በእዚህ ስርወ መንግስት ውስጥ ሁለት ታላቅ አጼዎች ኤርትራን፣ኢትዮጵያን፣ጅቡቲንና ከፊል ጎረቤት ሃገር ሶማሊያን በመግዛት ይታወቀሉ፡፡ አጼ አምደጽዮንና አጼ ዘረያቆብ ዋንኛው ናቸው፡፡ ሁለቱም አማርኛ ተናጋሪ ቢሆኑም ስለ እናት አባቶቻቸው ስንናገር የአሁኑ የብሔር ብያኔ አይመለከታቸውም፡፡

የአምደጽንን አክሱማዊ ጦርነት ስልትና ባለቱን ብሌንሳባንና የዘረያቆብ ከአክሱም ተፈልጎ መጥቶ ሸዋ ላይ መንገሱንና ሚስቱን የሃድያዋን ንግስት እሌኒ ስናስብ አሁን በግርድፉ አማራ የተባለው ሁሉ የማሌሊት - ወያኔዎችን የሰታሊን ብያኔ ሰለባዎች ሆነው ነው የምናገኛቸው፡፡ እኒህ ነገስታት ከአክሱም ጽዮንና በኤርትራ ከሚገኘው ደብረቢዘን ጋር ታላቅ ቁርኝት የነበራቸው ናቸው፡፡

የሸዋው ደብረ ብርሃን ከተማ ከስድስት መቶ አመት በፊት ሲመሰረት በሺህ የሚቆጠሩ መነኮሳትና በብዙ አስር ሺህ የሚቆጠር ህዝብ ከኤረትራና ትግራይ መጥተው በሸዋ ሰፍረዋል፡፡ አንድ ግዜ በኤርትራ ቲቪ፣ ያውም ኢትዮጵያና ኤርትራ በተጣሉበት የመጀመሪያው አስር አመታት፣ በኤርትራ ገዳማት(ከደዋርባ ጀምሮ…)  ከአምደጽዮን ጀምሮ እስከ አጼ ናኦድ ግዜ ድረስ ከኢትዮጵያውያን ነገስታት ለኤርትራ ገዳማት የተበረከቱ ንዋየ ቅድሳትን በዘጋቢው ፊልም ውስጥ ተመልክቼለሁ፡፡

እውነት ነው አማራው የዳበረና የበለጸገ ቋንቋ ተናጋሪ ነው፡፡ አማርኛ ተናጋሪዎች ባይትዋርና ግዞተኛ ሲሆኑ መቶ አመታት አልፏቸዋል፡፡ በ1630ዎቹ በፈረንሳይ ሃገር በእንግልት የሞተው ጎነደሬው- አማራ ታሪክ አሳዛኝነቱ ልብ የሚነካ ነው፡፡ ፀጋ ክርስቶስ በ1602 ዓ.ም. በጎንደር የተወለደና አባቱም ንጉስ ያቆብ በመባል ይታወቃል፡፡ ፈረንጆቹ ይህን ሰው (Zaga Christ)  ብለው ነው የሚጠሩት፡፡ አባቱን ንጉስ ሱሶኒዎስ ከገደለበት በኋላ እናቱ ወንደሙ ቆጽሜና እርሱን ለማትረፍ በሁለት አቅጣጫ ትልካቸዋለች፡፡ ፀጋ ክርስቶስ በሱዳን፣ግብጽ፣ግሪክ፣ጣልያን አድርጎ ፈረንሳይ ይደርሳል፡፡ ቆጽሜ ደግሞ ወደ ደቡብ አፍሪካ ተሰዶ እስከ ኬፕ ታዎን መድረስ ችሏል ይባላል፡፡

ፀጋ ክርስቶስ አውሮፓ በነበረበት ግዜ ተከራካሪ መንፈስ የነበረው ልዑል ነበር፡፡ አውሮፕያውያኑን በነበረው የአክሱም-ላሊበላ ስልጣኔ ይሞግት ነበር፡፡ ያው እኛ ከናንተ የምንሻለበት መንገድ አለ እያለ ነበር ሙግቱ፡፡ በኋላ ሲሞት ፈረንሳይ ውስጥ መቃብሩ ላይ እንዲህ ብለው ጻፉለት፡፡ “እዚህ የአብሲኒያው ንጉስ አርፏል፣ እውነተኛ ይሆን ወይም አስመሳዩ” የተቀበረውም ከፖርቱጋሉ ልዑል ጎን ነበር፡፡

የቆጽሜ ታሪክ አነጋጋሪ ነው፡፡ ከንባታና ሃድያ ውስጥ የሱ ልጆች ነን የሚሉ አሉ፡፡ እኔ እራሴ ከሃያ አምስት አመት በፊት በአካል አግኝቼ ያዋራዃቸው ከንባታዎች አሉ፡፡ እነሱ እንደሚሉት አቤቱ ሁንሐመልማል ከሱሶኒዎስ ተጣልቶ ወደ ደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ በመጓዝ፣ በዚያ ከነበሩ ህዝቦች ጋር በመደባለቅ የጥምር ንግስና ግዛት መስርቶ ነበር፡፡ ለእኒህ ህዝቦች አሁን አማርኛ ሁለተኛ ቋንቋቸው ነው፡፡ የአማራና ትግሬ ዝርያ ከስድስት መቶ አመት በፊት አለብን የሚሉ ህዝቦች፣ በወላይታ(ሃይዞ፣ መንዜ፣ ወሎ፣ ካውና…)፣ በጋሞ፣ አማሮ፣ ሲዳማ.. ይገኛሉ፡፡

ሲዳማዎቹ እንደሚሉት አሁን የምንናገረው ቋንቋ ሆፊኛ ነው፡፡ ድሮ ግን የሴም ቋንቋ ተናጋሪዎች ነበርን ነው የሚሉት፡፡ እኔ እንደ እድል ሆኖ በ1988 ዓ.ም. ሲዳማ፣ ሃገረሰላም(ሁላ) ውስጥ የሂሳብ መምህር ሆኜ አገልግያለሁ፡፡ ሰላምታቸው፣ ዳዬ ቡሹ ነው፡፡ መልሱም አነራ ዳኤ፡፡ ሰላምታ ሰጪው፣ አፈር ልሁንልህ ሲልህ መልስህ፣ እኔ ልሁን ነው፡፡ መቼም የአማራና ጉራጌ ነገር አፈር ስሆንልህ አይደለምን? እንግዲህ የጉራጊኛውን ሰላምታ እናስታውስ፣ እግረኛ አፈር፣ አነም፡፡

የኡጋንዳው ፕሬዚደንት ልጅ ሌ/ጀ ሞሆዚ በቅርቡ እኔ የሚኒልክ 2ኛው ዘር ነኝ ሲሉ ዝም ብለው አይደለም፡፡ አጼ ኃ/ስላሴ እ.ኤ.አ. 1964 ዓ.ም. ኡጋንዳን ሊጎበኙ ሲሄዱ የኡጋንዳው ጠ/ሚ ለፓርላማ ባደረጉት ንግግር፣ በደምና ስጋ የሚዛመዷቸው የኢትዮጵያው ንጉስ፣ አጼ ኃ/ስላሴ በመካከላቸው በመገኘታቸውን የተሰማቸውን ደስታ ገልጸው፣ በሁለቱ ሃገራት መካከል አለ ስለሚባለው አንድ አያትን መጋራት አፈ ታሪክ አውስተው ነበር፡፡

ሩዋንዳ ውስጥ የሚገኙ ቱሲዎችም እራሳቸውን እንደ ቤተእስራኤል የመቁጠር ዝንባሌ ነበራቸው፡፡ ይህን ሩዋንዳ ኤምባሲ ውስጥ ከሩዋንዳው አታሼ፣ እስራኤል ሄደው የሰለጠኑ ነበሩ፣ ሰምቼአለሁ፡፡1993ዓ.ም. ኢትዮጵያ ኤርፎረስ ውስጥ የሰለጠኑ ሩዋንዳዊያን በሚመረቁበት እለት ኤምባሲ ውስት በእንግድነት በተገኘሁበት ግዜ ነው ሩዋንዳዊያን በሙሴ ዘመን ቤተእስራኤሎቹ ወደ ደቡብ መጥተው እስከ ሩዋንደ መስፈራቸውን ሲናገሩ የሰማሁት፡፡ ለሁት ሶስት አመት ገደማም ከሩዋንዳዎቹ ጋር ግንኙነት ነበረኝ፡፡

አክራሪ ሁቱዎች በሩዋንዳው ዘር ጭፍጨፋ ግዜ ቱሲዎችን ሲገድሉ፣ ወደ መጣችሁበት ስፍራ ተመለሱ እያሉ ቪክቶሪያ ሃይቅ ውስጥ ይከቷቸው ነበር፡፡ ምክነያቱም ከቪክቶረያ ሃይቅ የሚነሳው ነጭ ናይል ሱዳን ካረቱም ላይ  ከበሉ ናይል(አባይ) ጋር ይገናኛልና አስከሬናቸውን ወደ ኢትዮጵያ መመለሳቸው ነበር፡፡ የዘር ጭፍጨፋው ካበቃ በኋላ ሩዋንዳዎች ይህን መገለል ለማጥፋት አረንጓዴ፣ቢጫ ቀይ ባንዲራቸውን ወደ ሰማያዊ ባንዲራ ቀይረዋል፡፡

ከመቶ አመት በፊት ልጅ እያሱ በነገሱበት ወቅት ከኢትዮጵያ ሄደው ታንዛኒያ የሰፈሩ ኢትዮጵያውያን አሉ፡፡ ኛቱሬ(?) ተብለው ነው የሚታወቁት፡፡ እኒህ ከወሎና ጎነድር የሄዱ ህዝቦች አሁንም ድረስ ስማቸው፣ ሺህበሺ፣ አመዴ፣ አሰጎዶም…ነው፡፡ አሁንም ድረስ የአያቶቻቸው መነሻ የሆነው ቦታ በስም ጎንደርና ወሎን ይጠራሉ፡፡ አያቶቻቸው የሚበሉት ምግብ ጢፊ(ጤፍ) እንደነበር ይናገራሉ፡፡ በአጼ ኃ/ስላሴ ዘመን ለመመለስ ሞክረው አልተሳካላቸውም፡፡ ታንዛኒያን ከኮሎኒስት ኃይሎች ለመታደግ ትልቅ ተጋድሎ ያደረጉ ነገድ ናቸው፡፡ ስለነዚ ህዝቦች 120 በተባለው የእሁድ መዝናኛ ፐሮግራም ዶክመንተሪ ተስርቷል፡፡

በአለማችን ትልቁ ተራራ ኪሊማነጃሮ በታንዛኒያና ኬኒያ ድነበር አካባቢ ይገኛል፡፡ ወደ ተራራው የሚወጣው ግን በታንዛኒያ በኩል ነው፡፡ በታንዛኒያ የሚገኙ ጎሳዎች በኢትዮጵያ የሚነገረውን የንጉስ ሰለሞንና የንግስት ሳባ ልጅ ቀዳማይ ምንሊክ ታሪክ የራሳቸው አድርገው ይተርካሉ፡፡ ቀዳማይ ምንሊክ ሊሞት ሲል ከአባቱ የወረሰው ቀለበት ሾልኮ ኪሊማነጃሮ ተራራ ላይ እንደጠፋና ወደ ፊት በሚመጣው በሰለሞን አልጋ ወራሽ እሲኪገኝ ድረስ በዚያው እንደሚቆይ ይተርካሉ፡፡

ሌላው የፀጋ ክርስቶስ አይነተት የአጼ ቴውድሮስ ልጅ የነበረው መሸሻ ቴውድሮስም ይኸው እጣ ፋንታ ደርሶበታል፡፡ በእነግሊዝ ሰራዊት ተማርኮ ወደ ህንድ ከሄደ በኋላ በዚያ የንጉስ ናዚም ጠባቂ ዘብን ተቀላቀለ፡፡ ስሙም ተቀይሮ ሱለይማን ቢንሃፍቱ በመባል ነበር የሚታዋቀው፡፡ እ.ኤ.አ. 1882ዓ..ም. ላይ ከኢጥዮጵያ ደብዳቤ ስለደረሰኝ ብሎ ግንባሩ ላይ ያለውን የመስቀል ምልክትና የማረኩትን ሰዎች ስም ጠርቶ ተመልሼ ሄጄ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ መንገስ አለብኝ ሲል የእንግሊዝ አገዛዝን በህንድ ጠይቆ ነበር፡፡ እንግዲህ ከመቶ አመታት በፊት በስደት የተጀመረው የአማራው እንግለልት አሁንም በሃገር ውስጥ እንደቀጠለ ነው ከላይ ከተነሱት ታሪኮች የምንረዳው፡፡

ሶሶሎጂስቱ፣አስተማሪውና ጸሐፊው ፕ/ር ዶናልድ ሌቪን፣ ግሬተር ኢትዮጵያ በተባለው መጽሐፋቸው፣ ስለ አማርኛ ቋንቋ እንዲህ ብለው ጽፈዋል፤

ጥናቶች እንደሚያረጋግጡት፣ በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ከሚነገሩ አብዛኞቹ ቋንቋዎች አስራ ስምንት የድምጽ ቅንብር መስመሮች(Phonological Marks) ውስጥ አማርኛ አስራ ስድስቱን ይይዛል፡፡ እንዲሁም የሃገሪቷ ቋንቋዎች ካለቸው፣ የቃል አረፍተ ነገር ምስረታ ስምነት ህጎች(Syntax)  ስድስቱ አማርኛ ውስጥ ይገኛሉ፡፡ ይህን ካሉ በኋላ፣ አማርኛን ኢትዬጵያ ውስጥ ካሉ ቋንቋዎች የተለየና አይነተኛ ነው ይሉታል፡፡

ተርጓሚና ሃያሲ የነበሩት ሳህለስላሴ ብርሃነማርያም (የጉራጌ ተወላጂ ናቸው)፣ ኢህአዲግ ስልጣን እንደያዘ አንድ ነገር ተናግረው ነበር፡፡ እኚህ ሰው አሜሪካን ሃገር የተማሩ ነበር፡፡ በጣልያን ባህል  ኢንስቲቱይት ውስጥ ፔን ኢትዮጵያ 2005ዓ.ም. ባዘጋጀው፣ ትርጉምን በተመለከተ ፕሮግራም ላይ  የእሳቸው አወያይ ሆኜ በመቅረቤ ትልቅ ደስታ ነው የሚሰማኝ፡፡ እሳቻው ምን አሉ? “አማርኛን ለምን ኢትዮጵያኛ ብለን ይዘን አንቀጥልም?” በግዜው ወያኔ - ኢህአዲግ ይህ ቃል አቀረሸው፡፡ ይህ የሆነበት ምክንያትም የጽዮን ልጆች በስታሊን በትር ኮሚኒዝም ፍቅር ተይዘው የአልባኒያ ኮሚኒስቶች ስለነበሩ ነው፡፡

አማራው የሁሉም እልዳልሆነ ሁሉ እንደ ብሔር ተዋርዶ ይመታ ጀመር፡፡ በቋንቋ ረገድ ስመለከተው አማርኛ(አማራ) ከብሔርነት ከፍ ያለና ከኢትዮጵያዊነት ለጥቆ የሚገኝ ነው፡፡ አማርኛ ቋንቋ እንጂ ሌላ ማንነት የለውም፡፡ ኦሮሞውም ከገባው ያው ነው፡፡ ማንኛውም ሰው ከሁለት እናትና አባት ይፈጠራል፡፡ አራት አያቶች፣ ስምንት ቅድመ አያቶች፣ አስራ ስድስት ቅም አያቶች… የ አንድን ትውልድ ዘመን በሰላሳ እድሜ ብናባዛው አያት ቅድመ አያት እያልን አስር ግዜ ወደ ላይ ብንሄድ፣ አስረኛው መስመር ላይ 1024 ሰዎች እናገኛለን፡፡ በአጠቃላይ ድምሩ ደግሞ 4094 ሰዎች የኛ አያቶች መስመር ውስጥ ይገኛሉ፡፡

ጥያቄው የሚሆነው እንደ ኢትዮጵያ ባለች ሃገር ውስጥ፣ ብዙ ፍልሰትና ጦርነት በተደረገባት፣ የሰሜኑ ደቡብ፣ የደቡቡ ሰሜን በሄደባት፣ ምስራቅና ምእራቡ በተቀላቀለባት፣ አንድ ሰው የዛሬ 300 አመት ገደማ 4094 ሰዎች አያቶቹና ቅም አያቶቹ በውስጡ ይዞ በሚገኝበት ሃገር፣ ስንቱ ውስጥ ምን ያህል ቋንቋ ይነገራል ነው? እንግዲህ የምትበጠብጡ ኦሮሞዎች፣ትግሬዎች፣አማሮች… መልስ ስጡን፡፡

እራሴን በተመለከተ የአፍ መፍቺያ ቋንቋ እንጂ ብሔር የለኝም፡፡ ሁሉኑም ነኝ ባይ ነኝ፡፡ የዲ.ኤን.ኤ ውጤትም ያን ነው ያሳየው፡፡ አሁን የምኖርበት ካናደዳ ከመጣሁ ቦኋላ የዛሬ አምስት አመት ገደማ የዲ.ኤን.ኤ ምርመራ በማይሄሪቴጅ በኩል አደረግሁ፡፡ የምስራቅ አፍሪካ-ኢትዮጵያም ሰው አይደለሁ ነገሩ እንዲ ሆነ፡፡ 63.2% የኢትዮጵያ ቤተ እስራኤል፣ 17.4% ሶማሌ፣ 10.3% ሰሜን አፍሪካ፣ 7.4% መካከለኛው ምስራቅ 1.7% ናይጄሪያ ሆኖ ተገኘሁ፡፡

ይህች የናይጄሪዋ ዘር ፍላታ እየተባሉ ከሚጠሩት፣ ከናይጄሪ እየተነሱ ጎንደርን ከሚወሩት አሁንም ድረስ ከሉ ዘላን ህዝቦች የገኘሁት ይመስለኛል፡፡ ወቼ ጉድ ነገሩ በእዚህ መቼ አበቃ፣ ሁለት የዲ፣ኤን.ኤ ካሲን እህቶች መጡ፡፡ አንዷ ኤርትራዊት በሁለት አመቷ ወያኔ ካአዲስስ አበባ ያባረራ ትግሬ ነች፡፡ ሌላኛዋ ደግሞ  ሞስሊም ኦሮሞ  ነች፡፡ እንደ ቅድመ ተከተላቸው 48%ና 30% ቤተ እስራኦል ናቸው፡፡ ሁለቱም ውስጥ የሶማሌ ዲ.ኤን.ኤ አለ፡፡ የሰሜን አፍሪካ ዝርያም አላቸው፡፡ ከዚያ ቀድሞ የነበረ ቢሆንም ነገር ግን በዘጠነኛው ክ/ዘ ላይ የጥንት ጥቁር ግብጻውያን ህዝቦች በስደተ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ መጥተው ነበር፣ በተለይም ወደ ዛሬ ሸዋና ወሎ፡፡ እንግዲህ ታሪክ እንደሚነግረን የሱማሌ ወታደሮችን አስከትሎ ወደ ደጋ ኢትዮጵያ በ15ኛው ክ/ዘ የዘመተው ግራኝ አህመድም የሞተው ንፋስ መውጪያ ጎንደር ላይ ነው፡፡

እሚገርማችሁ ነገር 73% የቤተእስራኤል ዝርያ የሆነ የጋሞ ገጠርማ አካባቢ ተወላጅ አግኝቼለሁ፡፡ የደኤ.ኤን.ኤ ውጤቴን ለአንድ በዚሁ ሰሜን አሜሪካ ለሚኖር የኦሮሞ ተወላጂ ነግሬው ሁሉም ህዝብ በዘረመሉ አንድ ነው፡፡ ስለዚህም በብሔር ፖለቲካ መስመር መሰለፍ ይቸግረኛል አልኩት፡፡ እንግዲህ ይሄ ሰው ከሃገርቤት ጀምሮ እዚህ ድረስ የተማረ ነው፡፡ ነገር ግን መልሱ “ዲ.ኤን.ኤ የሚባለው ቡልሽት ሳይንስ ነው” ሆነ፡፡ የሚገርማችሁ ነገር እሱ እራሱ የአክሰቱን ልጅ ወንደሜ ነው ብሎ ለማመምጣት ፎረም ሞልቶ ልጁ ደ.ኤን.ኤ ሲመረመር የእህት ልጅ እንደሆነ ተረጋግጦ፣ ጉዳዩ ውድቅ ሆኖበታል፡፡ እንዲህ ያሉ ወድቅ የተደረጉ ጉዳዮች በዚህ ሰሜን አሜሪካ ብዙ ናቸው፡፡

እንግዲህ ጎበዝ ምን እናድርግ እዚህ በአሜሪካና አውሮፓ የሚገኙ የብሔር ፖለቲከኞች ተደብቀው የዲ.ኤን.ኤ ምርመራ ያደርጋሉ ግን ውጤቱን አይናገሯትም፡፡ ከወለጋ እስከ ሃረር፣ ከአጋሜ እስከ ቦረና በጎፈንድሚ አሰመርምረን፣ በዘረመል ደረጃ አንድ መሆናችንን ለማረጋገጥ ፍቃደኘነቱ ካለ ብትጠይቁልኛ፣ ለሃገር ሲባል የማናረገው ነገር የለምና ስራውን ለመስራት ዝግጁ ነኝ፡፡

የአማራ እንክርትን ሳስብ፣ የኤርትራ ጀነራሎችና አቦ ሌንጮ ባቲ ሁሌም ትዝ ይሉኛል፡፡ ኤርትራ ነፃ ለመውጣት  በምትፈልግበት ግዜ ሁን ብለው አማራን የሚያጠለሽ ታሪክ እየፈጠሩ ያወሩ እነደነበር፣ ያም ለትግላቸው ውጤት እነዳሰገኘላቸው ተናግረው፣ አሁን ግን የፀፀታቻው መኆኑን ተናግረው ይቅርታ ጠይቀዋል፡፡ አቶ ሌንጮ ባቲም፡፡ የኦሮሞን የብሔር ትግል ወደ ላይ ለማምጣት ኢትዮጵያ የሚለውን አስተሳሰብ ዲኮንስትራክት ያደርጉ እንደነበር ነግረውናል፡፡ እንዲህም ብለው ተናገሩ፣ አሁን የኔን መልክ ብታይ ከአማራ መልክ በምን ይለያል ሲሉ ጠየቁና አማራና ኦሮሞውን ያጋመደ አንድች ኃይል እንዳለ እንድንደርስበት ጥያቄውን ክፍት አድርገው ተውት፡፡

ወያኔ ግን እስከአሁን ትግሬው ልዩ ህዝብ እንደሆነ እነደሰበከች ትገኛለች፡፡ በስታሊን በትር አማረውን ስትደበድብም ኖራለች፡፡ የሚገርመው ነገር አብዛኞቹ የኦሮሞና ትግራይ ነባር ታጋዮች እንደ መኢሶን፣ ኢህአፓ…የመሳሰሉ ኮሚኒስት ፓረቲዎች አባል የነበሩና ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ያለው የመደብ ትግል ነው ብለው የሚያምኑ ነበሩ፡፡ ሲዋጉም የነበረው ለመደብ ትግል ነበር፡፡ በዚያ አልሆን ሲላቸው ነው ከመደብ ጨቆና ወደ ብሔር ጭቆና ትርክት እራሳቸውን የሸጋገሩት፡፡

ሸጋ ሆኖ የለውጡን ጉዞ የጀመረው የአብይ መንግስትም ቀስ በቀስ ወደ በላኢሰብነት ሲቀየር ተመልክተንዋል፡፡አማራውን ይዞ ተነስቶ በየፌረማታው ላይ የኋልዮሽ እየረገጠው ይገኛል፡፡ ስለአማራ ትንሽ ምክነያተዊነት ያሳዩ ኦሮሞዎች እንኳን አልቀረላቸውም፡፡አቶ ሌንጮ ባቲ በሆነ ምልኩ ከዚህ ይመደባሉ ባይ ነኝ፡፡ የቅርብ የነበሩ ሰዎችን ማራቂያ የሆነው አምባሳደርነት ተሰጥቷቸው በሳውዲ አረብያ ይገኛሉ፡፡

ሰዎች ማንም ይበሏቸው ማን ጀነራል ባጫ ደበሌም እንዲሁ የኬንያ አምባሳደር ሆነው ይገኛሉ፡፡ ብራቅ በሆነው ድምጻቸውና ሞገሰቸው ሲናገሩ የልብ ያደርሳሉ፡፡ ታዲያ አንድ ቀን በቴሌቪዥን ቃለመጠይቃቸው ላይ፣ እኛ ከአማራ ልጆች ጋር በአንድነት እየተጫወትን ልዩነታችንን ሳናውቅ ነው ያደግነው አሉ፡፡ ከዚያም ብዙ አልቆዩም አምባሳደር ሆነው ተሸሙ፡፡ ይህቺ ሃገር ጥሩ ኦሮምኛና አማርኛ ተናጋሪዎች አልበረከትላትስ አሉ? ሌንጮ ባቲ፣ ጀ/ል ባጫ ደበሌ፣ ኢነጂነር ስለሺህ በቀለ(የአሁኑ የአሜሪካን አምባሳደር)…

እንደእውነቱ ከሆነ የኢትዮጵያ ብሔር ብሔረሰቦች አውቀውት ሳይሆን በሂደት አማርኛ ቋንቋ ፈጥረዋል፡፡ ይህ የሆነው ደግሞ በማንኛውም የአለማችን ክፍል የሚገኙ ህዝቦች በተፈጠሩበት መንገድ ነው፡፡ የመጣው የብሔር ፖለቲካ ሁሉ ግን አማራውን እየተጠቀመበት ረግጦት ያልፋል፡፡ ከብሔር በላይ የሆነው አማራው ሲጠቃ ደግሞ ወርዶ በብሔር መልክ ተደራጅቶ እራሱን የመከላከል መብት አለው፡፡ ያም ለኢትዮጵያን ሁሉ ቀን ወጥቶላቸው የዜግነት ክብር አስኪያገኙ ድረስ ማለት ነው፡፡

እዚህ ላይ አንድ የሆሊውድ ሙቪ ላይ ያሁትን ነገር ላከፍለችሁ፡፡ ፊልሙ አድቬንቸር ነው፡፡ በፊልሙ ውስጥ የደቡብ አሜሪካ ጫካን የሚያውቅ ገፀባህሪ አለ፡፡ በእሱ እውቀት ላይ ተመርኩዘው የሚከተሉት ሰዎችም አሉ፡፡ አንድ ቀን በምሽት እሳት ማብራት ፑማዎችን(የነብር ዝርያ ነው) እንዴት ወደ ሰው እንዳይቀርቡ እንደሚያረጋቸው ይነግራቸውና ከዚያ ውጭ ግን ለአንድ ፑማ ሰውም ሆን ዛፍ ላይ የሚነጠለጠለው ዝንጀሮ በአንድ እይታ ምግብ አድርጎ እንደሚያቸው ይነግራቸዋል፡፡

ብሔር ነኝ ብሎ የሚያስብ ሰውም እንዲሁ ነው፡፡ እናትና አባቱ ምን ቋንቋ ተናጋሪዎች ነቸው ብሎ ይጠይቃል፣ ከዚያም ይህ ሰው አማራ…ብሎ ሰይሞ ወይ ቤትህን ያቃጥላል፣ ወይ ልጆችና ሴቶችን ይደፍራል፣ ሃብት ንብረትህን ይዘርፋል… በአንድ ሰው ሶስተ መቶ የአያቶች ግዜ ወደ ኋላ ስላለው 4096 ሰዎች ዝርያ ለመጠየቅ ግዜውም እውቀቱም የለውም፡፡

ብሔር ሆነን ስንባላ ይዃው ሃምሳ አመት ገደማ አለፈን፡፡ አሁን ደግሞ በታሪካችን በአጭር ግዜ ብዙ ሰው ያለቀበትን ጦርነት አደረግን፡፡ ድሉም ድርድሩም በአንድ ላይ እየተካሄደ ነው፡፡ ከስድስት ወር ወይም ከስምንት ወር ቦኋላ ምን ይሆናል? ብቻ ሴትዮዋ እንዳለችው፣

ወያኔ አምጦ ተጨንቆ የወለደው ልጅ፣ እሳት ሆኖ እይበላው ነው፡፡ ቀጥሎስ የወያኔ የበኩር ልጅ የሆነው ኦህዲድ- ብልጽግና(ብአዴን ብኩረናው ኮርቻ በመሆን ሸጧልና) እጣ ፋንታው ምን ይሆናል? አይ ብልጽግና እጅህ ከምን? ደም በደም ሆኗል ነገሩ፡፡

ጠ/ሚ አብይ በመስቀል ባእል የነገሩንን …ተረከዛቸውን አነሱብን… ነገር ስንቋጭ እንዲህ ተብሎ ትንቢት የተነገረለት ይሁዳ ክህደቱን ከፈጸመ በኋል ራሱን ሰቅሎ ነው ህይወቱን ያጠፋው፡፡ እሺ ወያኔ በዚህ መንገድ ራሱን በማጥፋት ተሸኘ እንበል፣ ብልጽግናስ?
