ያፈጠጠብን ችግር - አንዱ ዓለም ተፈራ

በኢትዮጵያ ያለው የፖለቲካ ሀቅ እንድ መልዕክት አለው። ዛሬ እዚህ ቦታና በዚህ መንገድ፣ ነገ እዚያ ቦታና በሌላ መንገድ እያለ፤ የተለያዩና ያልተያያዙ የሚመስሉ ቀውሶች በፖለቲካው መድረክ ተስፋፍተዋል። እኒህ ኩነቶች አንድነት ያላቸውና የዚህ መልዕክት አካል ናቸው። በሥልጣን ላይ ያለው መንግሥት ኃላፊነቱን እየተወጣ አይደለም! የመንግሥት ዋናው ኃላፊነት፤ ሰላምን ማስፈን፣ ሕዝብን አንድ ማድረግና በማንነቱ እንዲተማመንና እንዲኮራ ማድረግ፣ ልማትን ባገር መገንባት፣ የመሳሰሉት ናቸው። አሁን በአገራችን ያለው ሀቅ፤ በየቦታው በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ግጭቶች ተጧጥፈዋል፣ ክልሎች ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ በሚያለያዩዋቸው ጉዳዮች ላይ በማተኮር፤ የበላይነትን ለማግኘት የሚችሉትንና ያመቻቸውን ሁሉ ማድረግ፣ በመረዳዳትና ሁሉን ሊጠቅም በሚችለው መንገድ ከመጓዝ ይልቅ፤ “ሌሎችን በመጉዳት፤ ራስን መጥቀም!” ወይንም በሌሎች ላይ በመወጣጣት የራስን የበላይነት ለመጫን ሩጫ ነው። የየክልሎች መሪዎች በአብዛኛው የግል ጥቅማቸውን እንጂ፤ የሚወክሉትን ሕዝብ ጥቅም ቦታ አልሠጡትም።

መልዕክቱ፤ ተጠልቶ የተባረረው የትግሬዎች ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር መንግሥት፤ ከመሪዎቹ መወገድ በስተቀር፤ ስርዓቱ እንዳለ ስለተቀመጠ፤ ችግሮች ተባብሰዋል ነው።  ይህ ማለት፤ የመሪዎቹ መለወጥ እንጂ፤ የስርዓቱ መቀጠል የተረጋገጠ መሆኑ ነው። ያለፉት መሪዎች የተጠሉትና የተባረሩት ትግሬዎች ሰለሆኑ አልነበረም። ሕዝቡ ተነሳስቶ ያባረራቸው፤ “ትግሬዎች መጥፎዎች ናቸው!” ብሎ አልነበረም። “ትግሬዎች ከሚገዙኝ ሌሎች ይግዙኝ!” ብሎ አልነበረም። ሕዝቡ ያለው፤ “ከፋፋይ፤ በቋንቋና በትውልድ የተመሠረተው የትግሬዎች ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር ፖለቲካ፤ ኢትዮጵያዊ አይደለም!” “አትከፋፍሉን!” “እኛ ኢትዮጵያዊያን አንድ ሕዝብ ነን!” ብሎ ነበር።

አሁን ያለው መንግሥት፤ ያለፈው የትግሬዎች ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር መንግሥት ተቀጥላ ብቻ ሳይሆን፤ ራሱን ችሎ እሱን የተካ አካል ነው። እናም የተወገደው ፖለቲካ ጠበቃና አቀንቃኝ ነው። ያገራችን ችግር፣ እየጎደሩ ያሉት ግጭቶችና የማያባራ ሰላም የማጣት ጉዳይ፤ ከዚህ ይመነጫል። ለዚህ መፍትሔ ከመሻታችን በፊት፤ ይሄንን አጥብቆ መረዳት ግድ ይላል። ከዚህ በኋላ ነው ማፍትሔ ማቅረብ የሚቻለው። ላስምርበትና፤ አሁን ላለው ያገራችን የፖለቲካ ችግር መንስዔው፤ የትግሬዎች ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር መሪዎች ቢወገዱም፤ የፖለቲካ እምነታቸው፣ የአስተዳደር ስልታቸው፣ መንግሥታዊ መዋቅሩ፣ መከፋፈሉና መፎካከሩ፤ እናም ባጠቃላይ የዚህ ሁሉ ማሳረጊያው፤ በቦታው ያስቀመጠው ሕገ-መንግሥት እንዳለ መቀመጡ ነው።

ባገራችን በዚህ መቀጠል ተጠቃሚ የሆነ አካል በሥልጣን ላይ አለ። ይሄ አካል፤ ያለው ስርዓት መቀጠሉን እንጂ መፍረሱን አይፈልግም። ስለዚህም፤ ባገራችን ያለው የፖለቲካ ችግር፤ እየተባባሰ ይሄዳል እንጂ አይሻሻልም። የሚያሳዝነው ነገር፤ የመንግሥቱን ሥልጣን የጨበጠው አካል፤ የነበረው ስርዓት ቢወገድና የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ወደ አንድነቱ ተመልሶ ኢትዮጵያዊ ቢሆን፣ ሕገ መንግሥቱ ይሄን የሚያጽድቅ ሆኖ ባገር ሰላም ቢሰፍን፣ የበለጠ ተጠቃሚ መሆኑን አለመገንዘቡ ነው። ነገር ግን፤ ይህ አካል፤ በትግሬዎች ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር ፓለቲካ የተፈጠረና አማኝ ስለሆነ፤ ከያዘው መንገድ በምንም ተዓምር አይወጣም። መፍትሔ የሚባል ነገር ለዚህ አካል አይቀርብም። መደረግ ያለበት፤ ሕዝቡ ራሱ፤ ወደራሱ እንዲመለከት መንገድ መቀየስ ነው። አማራው ለምኖ የባህር ዳሩን መንግሥት አማራ አይደርገውም። የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ አቤቱታ በማቅረብ የፌዴራሉን መንግሥት ኢትዮጵያዊ አይደርገውም። በክልል ተጎድጉደን ኢትዮጵያዊነትን አናራምድም።

በትክክል መፍትሔ ተገኝቶ ወደ ሰላምና መረጋጋት እንድንጓዝ፤ ፓርቲ መመሥረት፣ ጠመንጃ ማንገት፣ “እነሱ እንዲህ አደረጉና እኛም እንዲህ እናድርግ!” የሚለው መንገድ አያዋጣም። የነገዋ ኢትዮጵያ መገንባት ያለባት፤ በያንዳንዳችን ልብ ውስጥ ነው። እኒህ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ተገናኝተን፣ ቁጥራችን አይሎ ሲገኝ፤ ከፊታችን የሚቆም ምንም ኃይል አይኖርም። መነሻውና መድረሻው፤ ኢትዮጵያዊያን በኢትዮጵያዊነታችን አምነን መቆማችን ነው። አንድ የሚያደርገን፤ ሃይማኖታችን፣ የትውልድ ቦታችን፣ የምንናገረው ቋንቋ፣ በደም ቧንቧችን ውስጥ የሚፈሰው ደም መነሻ ምንጩ፣ ወይንም የሀብታችን ልክ አይደለም። እኒህ የየራሳችን ሆነው ይቀመጣሉ። ኢትዮጵያዊነታችን ግን፤ የጋራ ማንነታችን ነው። ያ ብቻ ነው፤ ርስ በርሳችን ለምናደርገው የፖለቲካ ግንኙነት መሠረቱ።

በርግጥ አሁን ያለው የትውልድና የቋንቋ ፖለቲካ አያፈናፍንም። እናም ያለው ምርጫ፤ ይሄ የፖለቲካ ስርዓት ራሱን የሚያመክንበትን መንገድ መዘየድ ነው። ቀላል አይደለም፤ ነገር ግን፤ አገራችን የምትድንበት መንገድ ይሄ ብቻ ስለሆነ፤ ወደ መፈራረስ ከመንጎዳችን በፊት፤ ይሄን ማድረግ ግዴታችን ነው። አማራው ክፍተኛ የሆነ፤ ሕልውናውን ፈታኝ ሆኖ የሚያሰጋው ዘመቻ እየተካሄደበት ስለሆነ፤ ራሱን ማዳን አለበት። እንዴት ለሚለው፤ በውስጡ ውይይቶችን በማድረግ የሚዘይድበት ይሆናል። በኔ እምነት፤ የአማራው ዕጣ ከሌሎች አናሳ የትውልድና የቋንቋ ክልሎች ዕጣ ጋር የተሳሰረ ነው። አማራው ከኒህ ጋር ማበር አለበት። አማራው፤ የትግሬዎች ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር በከለለለት መሬት የተወሰነ አይደለም። ኦሮሞውም፣ ሶማሌውም፣ አፋሩም፣ ሲዳማውም፣ ሁሉም በየተከለለላቸው መሬት የታጠሩ አይደሉም። የአዲስ አበባ ጉዳይ ከዚህ ጋር የተሳሰረ ነው። የየግጭቶቹ አንዱ ጉዳይ ይህ ነው። ለዚህ መፍትሔ ደግሞ ኢትዮጵያዊነት ነው። አማራው በየቦታው፤ በሌሎች ክልል መሪዎችና በጎን ባስታጠቋቸው ቡድኖች እየታደነና እየተገደለ ነው። እስላሞች በእምነታቸውና በኢትዮጵያዊነታቸው የተነሳ፤ ከፍተኛ በደል ደርሶባቸዋል። የእስልምና ተከታዮች በአማሮች ውስጥ፣ በኦሮሞዎች ውስጥ፣ በጉራጌዎች፣ በሶማሌዎች፣ በአፋሮች፣ በያንዳንዱ ክልል ውስጥ አሉ። በእስልምና ተከታዮች የደረሰው በደል፤ በመላ ኢትዮጵያዊያን የደረሰ በደል ነው። የኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሒዶ ቤተክርስትያን ተከታዮች በያንዳንዱ ክልል ውስጥ ይገኛሉ። በነዚህ ላይ የደረሰው በደል፤ በኢትዮጵያዊያን ላይ የደረሰ በደል ነው። በመሬት ይዞታ፣ በሃይማኖት ተከታይነት፣ በማንነት ላይ እየደረሰ ያለው በደል፤ የመላ ኢትዮጵያዊያን በደል ነው። ይሄንን መገንዘብ ያለብን እኛ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ነን። በሥልጣን ላይ ያሉትና አሁን ተጠቃሚ የሆኑት፤ ያቀፉትን ስርዓት ይለውጣሉ ብሎ መጠበቅ፤ ከእባብ እንቁላል እርግብ መጠበቅ ነው። እኔ ይሄን አድርጉ ብዬ መፍትሔ አልወረውርም። ውይይቱና ምክክሩ አስፈላጊ ነው። ያ ውይይት፤ ወደ መፍትሔ ይወስዳል።

The Holy Synod of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church declared to protest by wearing black for three days

The Holy Synod of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church (EOTC) in Addis Abeba has declared the faithful to observe the upcoming three days of Fast of Nineveh which will be observed from Monday 06 to Wednesday 08 February, by wearing black to protest against a government supported coup attempt to overthrow the Holy Synod by the “illegal group.”

“On the occasion of the Fast of Nineveh, Christians all over the world wear only black clothes, take vows in fasting and prayer by being present in the premises of the Church. We wear black clothes to express perseverance in suffering,” the statement said.

In declaring the three days’ prayers by wearing black, the Synod said that despite its decisions to excommunicate the breakaway archbishops and their nominee episcopate ,who now refer to themselves as Holy Synod of Oromia and Nations and Nationalities, they “are unable to refrain from their actions and with the help of government forces, they are doing great damage by forcibly invading and breaking the pontificates and offices administered by the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church.”

The Synod also accused the government that “instead of enforcing the law, the government failed to uphold the law and rights of the church by giving support to illegal groups, so the Holy Synod understood that it is important to pray and make vows to our all-powerful God.”

On 01 February, the Synod issued ultimatum to the government “to carry out the responsibilities assigned by the constitution by upholding the institutional supremacy of the Church, the rights and interests given to it by law, and by giving appropriate correction to the illegal actions” by the breakaway Archbishops, and alternatively, threatened to call for a worldwide protest if corrective measures were not to be taken.

Regardless of the continued protest by the Holy Synod in Addis Abeba, however, the breakaway archbishops have continued dispatching their 25 nominee episcopate to different dioceses in Oromia regional state. Reports indicate that Abune Paulus, the newly nominated episcopate by the breakaway Archbishops for the West Arsi diocese, will be traveling to the city of Shashemene over the weekend.

In a new statement it issued yesterday, the Holy Synod of Oromia and Nations and Nationalities said that starting this weekend, its ongoing apostolic journey will continue in the remaining areas of Oromia and other dioceses located in the southern regional state.

Last weekend, two nominee episcopate assigned to West Wollega and Kellem Wollega dioceses were dispatched and have received “overwhelming” public welcome from the faithful both in their respective destinations and on their routes, according to the spokesperson.

አሁን ያለው መንግሥት፤ ያለፈው የትግሬዎች ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር መንግሥት ተቀጥላ ብቻ ሳይሆን፤ ራሱን ችሎ እሱን የተካ አካል ነው። እናም የተወገደው ፖለቲካ ጠበቃና አቀንቃኝ ነው። ያገራችን ችግር፣ እየጎደሩ ያሉት ግጭቶችና የማያባራ ሰላም የማጣት ጉዳይ፤ ከዚህ ይመነጫል። ለዚህ መፍትሔ ከመሻታችን በፊት፤ ይሄንን አጥብቆ መረዳት ግድ ይላል። ከዚህ በኋላ ነው ማፍትሔ ማቅረብ የሚቻለው። ላስምርበትና፤ አሁን ላለው ያገራችን የፖለቲካ ችግር መንስዔው፤ የትግሬዎች ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር መሪዎች ቢወገዱም፤ የፖለቲካ እምነታቸው፣ የአስተዳደር ስልታቸው፣ መንግሥታዊ መዋቅሩ፣ መከፋፈሉና መፎካከሩ፤ እናም ባጠቃላይ የዚህ ሁሉ ማሳረጊያው፤ በቦታው ያስቀመጠው ሕገ-መንግሥት እንዳለ መቀመጡ ነው።

ባገራችን በዚህ መቀጠል ተጠቃሚ የሆነ አካል በሥልጣን ላይ አለ። ይሄ አካል፤ ያለው ስርዓት መቀጠሉን እንጂ መፍረሱን አይፈልግም። ስለዚህም፤ ባገራችን ያለው የፖለቲካ ችግር፤ እየተባባሰ ይሄዳል እንጂ አይሻሻልም። የሚያሳዝነው ነገር፤ የመንግሥቱን ሥልጣን የጨበጠው አካል፤ የነበረው ስርዓት ቢወገድና የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ወደ አንድነቱ ተመልሶ ኢትዮጵያዊ ቢሆን፣ ሕገ መንግሥቱ ይሄን የሚያጽድቅ ሆኖ ባገር ሰላም ቢሰፍን፣ የበለጠ ተጠቃሚ መሆኑን አለመገንዘቡ ነው። ነገር ግን፤ ይህ አካል፤ በትግሬዎች ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር ፓለቲካ የተፈጠረና አማኝ ስለሆነ፤ ከያዘው መንገድ በምንም ተዓምር አይወጣም። መፍትሔ የሚባል ነገር ለዚህ አካል አይቀርብም። መደረግ ያለበት፤ ሕዝቡ ራሱ፤ ወደራሱ እንዲመለከት መንገድ መቀየስ ነው። አማራው ለምኖ የባህር ዳሩን መንግሥት አማራ አይደርገውም። የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ አቤቱታ በማቅረብ የፌዴራሉን መንግሥት ኢትዮጵያዊ አይደርገውም። በክልል ተጎድጉደን ኢትዮጵያዊነትን አናራምድም።

በትክክል መፍትሔ ተገኝቶ ወደ ሰላምና መረጋጋት እንድንጓዝ፤ ፓርቲ መመሥረት፣ ጠመንጃ ማንገት፣ “እነሱ እንዲህ አደረጉና እኛም እንዲህ እናድርግ!” የሚለው መንገድ አያዋጣም። የነገዋ ኢትዮጵያ መገንባት ያለባት፤ በያንዳንዳችን ልብ ውስጥ ነው። እኒህ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ተገናኝተን፣ ቁጥራችን አይሎ ሲገኝ፤ ከፊታችን የሚቆም ምንም ኃይል አይኖርም። መነሻውና መድረሻው፤ ኢትዮጵያዊያን በኢትዮጵያዊነታችን አምነን መቆማችን ነው። አንድ የሚያደርገን፤ ሃይማኖታችን፣ የትውልድ ቦታችን፣ የምንናገረው ቋንቋ፣ በደም ቧንቧችን ውስጥ የሚፈሰው ደም መነሻ ምንጩ፣ ወይንም የሀብታችን ልክ አይደለም። እኒህ የየራሳችን ሆነው ይቀመጣሉ። ኢትዮጵያዊነታችን ግን፤ የጋራ ማንነታችን ነው። ያ ብቻ ነው፤ ርስ በርሳችን ለምናደርገው የፖለቲካ ግንኙነት መሠረቱ።

በርግጥ አሁን ያለው የትውልድና የቋንቋ ፖለቲካ አያፈናፍንም። እናም ያለው ምርጫ፤ ይሄ የፖለቲካ ስርዓት ራሱን የሚያመክንበትን መንገድ መዘየድ ነው። ቀላል አይደለም፤ ነገር ግን፤ አገራችን የምትድንበት መንገድ ይሄ ብቻ ስለሆነ፤ ወደ መፈራረስ ከመንጎዳችን በፊት፤ ይሄን ማድረግ ግዴታችን ነው። አማራው ክፍተኛ የሆነ፤ ሕልውናውን ፈታኝ ሆኖ የሚያሰጋው ዘመቻ እየተካሄደበት ስለሆነ፤ ራሱን ማዳን አለበት። እንዴት ለሚለው፤ በውስጡ ውይይቶችን በማድረግ የሚዘይድበት ይሆናል። በኔ እምነት፤ የአማራው ዕጣ ከሌሎች አናሳ የትውልድና የቋንቋ ክልሎች ዕጣ ጋር የተሳሰረ ነው። አማራው ከኒህ ጋር ማበር አለበት። አማራው፤ የትግሬዎች ነፃ አውጪ ግንባር በከለለለት መሬት የተወሰነ አይደለም። ኦሮሞውም፣ ሶማሌውም፣ አፋሩም፣ ሲዳማውም፣ ሁሉም በየተከለለላቸው መሬት የታጠሩ አይደሉም። የአዲስ አበባ ጉዳይ ከዚህ ጋር የተሳሰረ ነው። የየግጭቶቹ አንዱ ጉዳይ ይህ ነው። ለዚህ መፍትሔ ደግሞ ኢትዮጵያዊነት ነው። አማራው በየቦታው፤ በሌሎች ክልል መሪዎችና በጎን ባስታጠቋቸው ቡድኖች እየታደነና እየተገደለ ነው። እስላሞች በእምነታቸውና በኢትዮጵያዊነታቸው የተነሳ፤ ከፍተኛ በደል ደርሶባቸዋል። የእስልምና ተከታዮች በአማሮች ውስጥ፣ በኦሮሞዎች ውስጥ፣ በጉራጌዎች፣ በሶማሌዎች፣ በአፋሮች፣ በያንዳንዱ ክልል ውስጥ አሉ። በእስልምና ተከታዮች የደረሰው በደል፤ በመላ ኢትዮጵያዊያን የደረሰ በደል ነው። የኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሒዶ ቤተክርስትያን ተከታዮች በያንዳንዱ ክልል ውስጥ ይገኛሉ። በነዚህ ላይ የደረሰው በደል፤ በኢትዮጵያዊያን ላይ የደረሰ በደል ነው። በመሬት ይዞታ፣ በሃይማኖት ተከታይነት፣ በማንነት ላይ እየደረሰ ያለው በደል፤ የመላ ኢትዮጵያዊያን በደል ነው። ይሄንን መገንዘብ ያለብን እኛ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ነን። በሥልጣን ላይ ያሉትና አሁን ተጠቃሚ የሆኑት፤ ያቀፉትን ስርዓት ይለውጣሉ ብሎ መጠበቅ፤ ከእባብ እንቁላል እርግብ መጠበቅ ነው። እኔ ይሄን አድርጉ ብዬ መፍትሔ አልወረውርም። ውይይቱና ምክክሩ አስፈላጊ ነው። ያ ውይይት፤ ወደ መፍትሔ ይወስዳል።

በኦነግ ኦሕዴድ አቢይ አሕመድ አሊ መሪነት የሚዘወረዉ የባንቱስታን አፓርታይድ የጎሣ ፌደረአሊዝም በኢትዮጵያ በአሁኑ ጊዜ እየፈጸመ ያለዉን ኢሰባዊ ድርጊት፣ አፈና፣ ማፈናቀል ወረራና ሁሉም የኛ ዝርፊያና ቅሚያ፣ ፍጹም ፍላጭ ቆራጭ አራዊታዊ አምባገነንነት ወዘተረፈ በተመለከተ የዐሕድ መግለጫ በዝርዝር ቀርቧል።

፩ኛ/ ቀዳሚት ጥንታዊትና አንዲት ርቱዕ ሃይማኖት የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋህዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያንን እንበለ እፍረት የኦሮሞ ተብዬ ብሔረተኛ አረመኔዎችና የሌላ መጤ ክርስቲያንና እስልምና ወገን የሆኑት ሳይቀሩ የኦርቶዶክስ ልብሰ ተክህኖ አጥልቀዉ፣  እንዲሁም የሲኖዶስ አባል ከሆኑት የወረሞ ቀበሮ ባሕታዊ ኦነጋዉያኑ ካድሬዎች ጋራ ተመሳጥረዉ፣ በጋሊኛ ቁንቁዋ መጠቀምን ሽፋን አድርገዉ፣ በተረኛዉ ያቢይ አህመድ ኦሮሙማዉ መንግሥት ርዳታና ትብብር ሰፊ ዝግጅት ሲያደርጉ ቆይተዉ የጋላ ሲኖዶስ ጥር ፲፬ ቀን ፳፻፲፭ ዓ.ም መሥርተዋል። ይህ ድርጊት የጋላ መጤ ወራሪ ሰፋሪ ብሔረተኞች ኢትዮጵያን አፍርሰን "ኦሮሚያ የገዳ ሪፑብሊክ"

እንመሠርታለን ብለዉ ያቀዱት ዓላማ ዘርፍ ነዉ። ትልቁ ዝንጀሮ አባ ዱላ አቢይ አሕመድ ዓይኑን በጨዉ አጥቦ ሲወሻክት፣ እሱ ራሱና ሁሉም ቅጥረኛ ፀረ ዐማራና ፀረ ኢትዮጵያ ኦነጋዉያን የፈጠሩትን ሴራ ወደ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ለመለጠፍ ብሎ በራስ ቁዋንቁዋ የመጠቀም ሕገ መንግሥታዊ መብት እያለ ለጉልት ዕቃዎች ሚኒስቴሮች በዛቻና ማስፈራራት ሲንበላጠጥ ታይቷል። ሐቁ ሌላ ነው። በጋሊኛ ብቻ ሳይሆን በሁሉም የኢትዮጵያና ዓለም አቀፍ ቁንቁዋዎች ሳይቀር የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ በሚቻላት ሁሉ ስብከተ ወንጌል አድርጋለች፣ ታደርጋለች። ነገር ግን ከቁዋንቁዋ መጠቃም ጋራ ዋና ጥያቄ አለን። በኦሮሚያ ክልል ተብዬዉ ዉስጥ የሚኖረዉ ከሃያ ሚሊዎን በላይ ዐማራ በራሱ ባማርኛና በፊደሉ የመጠቀም መብቱን የኦነግ/ ኦሕዴድ ጉጀሌ መሪ ጴንጤዉ አባ ዱላ አቢይ በቅድሚያ አስከብር። በኦርቶዶክ ተዋህዶ ላይ የሃሰት ዘመቻ ከምታደርግ በፊት። ደግሞስ ስንት እጅ ከመቶ ነዉ በኦሮሚያ ተብዬዉ የባንቱስታን ክልል ዉስጥ የሚኖረዉ ጋሊኛ ተናጋሪ ኦርቶዶክስ ምዕመን ? በኦሮሚያ ክልል የሚኖረዉ ዐማራ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ አማኝ ሕጋዊ መብትና ነፃ በናንተ አረመኔዎች ይሁንታና ትብብር አይደለም እንዴ  የተረገጠዉ ? በወለጋ፣ በአሩሲ፣ በሐረርጌ መቼ ነዉ የተከበረዉ? ስለምን አቢያተክርስቲያን ባንተ ዘመነ መንግሥት ጋዩ ? ደግሞስ በወለጋ የሚኖሩት ሙስሊም ዐማሮች ተለይተው ለምን ተጨፈጬፉ፣ ተፈናቀሉ? የዘር ማጥፋትና ማጽዳት የማኅበረ ስብ ሕዝብ ቁጥር ቀያሪዉ ልዩ መሐንዲስ ቀንደኛዉ መሪ ተዋናይ አቢይ አሕመድ የሆንክ ሰዉ የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶን በዘርኝነት ፈርጀህ ስትቦተልክ ምንም የማታፍር ሰዉ በከንቱ አዉሬነትህ ተከሰተ።

፪ኛ/ በሸዋ ይፋት አዉራጃ የኦነግ ታጣቂዎች ጀዉሃ ቀበሌ ይገኝ በነበረዉ ያማራ ልዩ ኃይል ሠፈር ላይ ባማራ ክልልና ፌደራል ተብዬዎቹ ተባባሪነት ጥቃት አድርገዉ ከ፴ በላይ ከገደሉ በሁዋላ እንደ ለመዱት በአጣዬ፣ ጀዉሃ፣ ሸዋ ሮቢት፣ ጀጀባ፣ ስንበቴ ከጥር ፲፭ ቀን ፳፻፲፭ ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ንጹሐንን ጨፍጭፈዋል፣ ዘርፈዋል፣ አቃጥለዋል። በአጣዬ የተደረገዉ ወረራና ዝርፊያ ለ፲፩ ጊዜ መሆኑ ነዉ።

ዐሕድ ያለማሰለስ የመላዉ ሸዋ ሕዝብ ከደቡብ ምድረ ጉራጌ ጨቦ ግቤ ወንዝ በመለስ ፣ ከምባታ፣ ሃድያ ዟይ እስከ ሰሜን መንዝና ይፋት፣ ከምዕራብ አባይ ወንዝ ያለው  የሸዋ ክፍለ ሀገር ዋና መዲናዉ አዲስ አበባ ዳግም ይሆን ዘንድ ጠይቀናል። ወያኔ ትሕነግ ና ኦነግ የሸዋን ክፍለ ሀገር ከአራት ሸንሽነዉ አብዛኛዉን ስፍራ ያለ ቁዋንቁዋ መስፈርት ታሪካዊ ይዞታ እንኩዋ ለም የሆነዉ ያማራ ርስትና መኖሪያ የሆኑ ወረዳዎችን ኦነግ እንዳሻዉ ወስዷል። በኢሕዴን ዉስጥ የነበሩት ጋሎች፣ ትግሬዎችና ሌሎች ዘረቢሶች ዐማራዉ ቅኝገዥና ጨቁዋኝ መደብ ስለሆነ ርስቱም መነጠቅ አለበት፣ ዳግም ወደ ሥልጣንም መምጣት የለበትም ብለዉ ያማራዉን ምድርና ሕዝብ ወልቃይት ጠለምትና ጠገዴን ትግሬ ወያኔ ተከዜን ተሻግሮ በወረራ ሲሰፍር፣ በወሎ ራያ ሲስፋፋ ዝም ብለው ያዩት። የጎጃም ክፍለ ሀገር ያማራና አገዉ ርስት መተከል፣ የሸዋ ደራ መራቤቴ፣ የሰላሌ ፍልቅልቅ፣ ጎኅ ጽዮን፣ የየረር ፈንታሌ፣ ናዝሬት፣ ደብረ ዘይት፣ የተጉለት ቅምብቢት፣ ወግዳ፣ የይፋት አዉራጃ ምድረ ገንዝ /ከሚሴ ፣ የመናገሻ አዉራጃ አዲስ አበባ፣ አዲስ ዓለም፣ ስበታ፣ ስሉልታ፣ ሙሎ፣ ሰንዳፋ ያለ አግባብ የተከለሉት። ስለሆነም ነዉ ይፋትና መንዝ እንደቀድሞዉ በአዉራጃ ማለትም በዞን ራሳቸዉን አደረጅተዉ በተቀዳሚ ግን ከጎጃምና ጎንደር ቅጥረኛ ባንዳ የኢሕድን/ብአዴን ምስለኔዎችን ጠራርጎ አባይ ማዶ በማባረር ብቻ ነው ይፋት ከዘወትር የጋላ ወረራ እልቂትና ዝርፊያ ተርፎ በሰላም ሊኖር የሚችለዉ። በዉሸት ያንድ ዐማራነት ሽፋን ሸዋ በነዚህ አጋሰስ ቡከን አጎብዳጅ የጋላና ትግሬ ወራዳ አሽከሮች እስከ መቼ ድረስ ነዉ ያረመኔ ጋላ መፈንጪያ ሆኖ የሚኖረዉ? የሸዋ ሕዝብ በመላዉ በተለይም ለመንዝና ይፋት መራ ቤቴ ደራ የረር አዉራጃ ሸዌ ልክ እንደ ፋሽስት ጣሊያን ወረራ ያምስት ዓመቱ ያባቶች ተጋድሎ ባብትህ አገርና በምድርህ ላይ የሚይሳርድህ፣ ዘወትር የሚይዘርፍህ፣ ከቤት ንብረትህ የሚያፈናቅልህ፣ የሚያስጨፈጭፍህ ዋናዉ ጠላትህ የአቢይ አህመድ አሊ የኦነግ/ ኦሕዴድና ብአዴን ባንዳ ጥምር ፋሽስት አረመኔ መንግሥት ተብዬዉ መሆኑን አዉቀህ ተነስ። ጠላትህን ደምስስ። ከጭራቅ አቢይ አህመድ ኦነግ/ኦሕዴድ ና ብአዴን ጋራ ወግኖ የተገኘ ሸዌ ሁሉ በተገኘበት ይመንጠር። መንግሥት ደረስልን መከላከያ ይምጣልን እያለ የሚያላዝን ይፋቴ አፉ ይዘጋል። መንግሥት የሸዋ የይፋት ሕዝብ ግምባር ቀደም ጠላት መሆኑ ታዉቆና ተረጋግጦ ከእንግዲህ አንድም የሸዋ ተወላጅ ተማሪ፣ አስተማሪ፣ ፋኖ፣ ወታደር፣ ፖሊስ፣ ቄስ መነኩሴ፣ ሽማግሌ፣ አሮጊት ወዘተረፈ. ከጠላት ጋራ የሚሞዳሞድ ሁሉ ተገቢዉ ርምጃ በጊዜዉና በስፍራዉ ይወስድበታል። የብአዴን ተላላኪ፣ ታማኝ ዉሻ የነ አቢይ አሕመድ ሥልጣን አስጠባቂ ፋኖ፣ ልዩ ኃይል፣ ሕዝባዊ ሠራዊት፣ የመከላከያ አባል ሁሉም ተለይቶ ያርበኛዉ ዱርቤቴዉ ይላማ ነዉ።

 

፫ኛ/በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ኦነግ

ኦሕዴድ ያማራ፤ የጉራጌ፣ የጋሞ፣ የወላይታ ወዘተረፈ ቤቶችን እየለዩ ማፍረሳቸዉን ዐሕድ በአጽኖት ይኮንናል። አባቱ ዳኛ ልጁ ቀማኛ እንዲሉ ኦነጋዉያን በአባ ዱላ አቢይ አሕመድ አዝማችነት የፊንፊኔ ኬኛን አዲስ አበባን መዲና ለመሰልቀጥ አቅደዉና ቁዋምጠዉ ያሩሲዋ ጋሊት እመቤት አዳነች አበቤ (የኦሕዴድ ቅምጥ ከንቲባዋ) ና የሸዋው ጋላ ሽመልስ አብዲሳ ወሰን ተካለልን ብለዉ ያዲስ አበባ ሕዝብ ቆጥቦ የገነባዉን የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤት ዘርፈዉ ለወገናቸዉ አድለዋል። ማንም ሊያዉቀዉ የሚገባ ነገር አለ። ያዲስ አበባ ይዞታ መላዉ የመናገሻ አዉራጃ ነዉ። በመሆኑም የነ አቢይ አሕመድ ኦነጋዉያን ከንቱ ቅዥት ይቀለበሳል። ለመሆኑ በአዲስ አበባ ላይ ኦነግ/ኦሕዴድ እንዲህ ያለ ገደብ እንዲፎልሉ ያበቃቸዉ ብአዴን የተባለው የጎጃም የጎንደርና ወሎዬ ባንዳ ፀረ ሸዋ መናጆዎችንና ኢዜማ የተሰኘዉን ተለጣፊ ዐማራ ጠል ጥርቃሞችን ይዘው ነው የሚያሽቃብጡት። አቢይ አሕመድ በጀግናዉ አዲስ አበቤ ጋዜጤኛ እስክንድር ነጋ ላይ ጦር አዘምታለሁ ብሉ እንድዛተው በባልደራስ ፓርቲ ላይ የቄሮ መንጋ አዝምቶ የአዲስ አበባን ስልቀጣ የጀመረዉ። መታወቅ ያለብት ነገር ቢኖር በኦነግ መርሃ ግብር አዲስ አበባን በሚመለከት ቀደም ብሎ የታቀደዉ ወያኔ ከመምጣቱ በፊት በዘመነ ደርግ ነዉ። ይኽዉም ያዲስ አባባ ቅኝገዥ ስፋሪዎች ወደ መጡበት ሰሜን ማለፊያ መንገድ ተስጥቶ ይመለሳሉ ተብሎ ነዉ የታቀደዉ። ያዲስ አበባ ነዋሪ ከነ እስክንድር ነጋና ስንታየሁ ቸኮል ቀለብ ስዩም ወዘተ. አብሮ ባንድነት ባለመቆሙ የአቢይ አሕመድ ኦሮሙማ ብልፅግና ጌሾ ወቃጭ አደዝዳዥ ሆኖ ተቀምጦ የሰቀለዉን አሁን ቆሞ ለማዉረድ አልቻለም። አዲስ አበቤ ሁሉ ለመብትህ ተባብረህ ተነስ!

ነአቢይ አሕመድ ኦነጋዉያን ጉጀሌ ቡድን በአዲስ አበባ ትምህርት ቤቶች ጋሊኛን በግድ ተማሩ ብለዉ አዘዋል። የተቃወሙ ተማሪዎችን አስተማሪዎችንና ወላጆችን አስረዋል፣ አፍነዋል። ከዘጠኝ ሚሊዎን አዲስ አበቤዎች ሰማኒያ አምስት ከመቶዉ እጅ አማርኛ አፍ መፍቻዉና መግባቢያዉ በሆነብት ከተማ ጋሊኛ ፈፅሞ ቦታ የለዉም። ከአዲስ አበባ ዉጭ ያሉ ጋሎችን አዲስ አበባ እያመላለሱ እንዲማሩ የሚደረገዉ ፖለቲካዊ ድርጊት እንጂ አንድ ሕጻን በሰፈሩና አካባባዉ ያለዉን ትምህርት ቤት ትቶ ለቤተ ሙከራ ያዉም በአዲስ አበባ ግብር ከፋይ ወጭ መደረግ የለበትም። ያዲስ አበባ ከተማ ኢኮኖሚያዊ ብቃት ቢኖራት ያለማንም አስግዳጅነት እንደ ተናጋሪው ሕዝብ ብዛት የሁሉም ልዩ ልዩ ቁዋንቁዋዎች ከዐፀደ ሕጻናት ጀምሮ ጥቅም ላይ ይዉላል እንጂ ለጋሊኛ ብቻ መደረግ የለበትም። ጋሎች በክልላቸዉ ለሚገኙት ሌሎች ማለትም ያማራ፣ የጉራጌ፣ የወላይታ፣ የጋሞ፣ የትግሬ ፣ የሱማሌ ወዘተረፈ ሕጻናት ባፍ መፍቻ ቁዋንቁዋቸዉ አስተምረዉ ያሳዩን ወደ አዲስ አበባ ከመንጠራራታቸዉ በፊት።

Ethiopia and the things of Caesar and God

In his recent televised address, in front of his own cabinet, Prime Minister Abiy declared what he called the three main challenges facing the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahdo Church. According to him, they are “politics, theft, and racism.” Violating the clear separation of church and state, he tried to undermine the Church by raising such issues which are beyond the realm of his political mandates.

If he has credible evidence of theft or embezzlement within the Church, he can discretely report the matter to law enforcement. If politics is a problem, injecting divisive political rhetoric into the Church will only aggravate it. If there are allegations of racism, a cardinal sin in a unifying church, they must be thoroughly investigated and addressed per the doctrines and regulations of the Church. The Prime Minister's involvement in anything concerning religious institutions is neither his job nor his mandate.

The Prime Minister then proceeded with promoting his group's agenda. His call for worship in individual mother tongues within the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahdo Church undermines the Church’s historical role as a unifying force that has brought people together regardless of language, ethnicity, or culture. It is noteworthy that mosques in Ethiopia use Arabic for worship and prayers, and Catholic services still use Latin. Would this also be a concern for the Prime Minister? Hopefully, that is not the case.

The idea of worshiping in one's own mother tongue is rooted in the belief that it allows for a deeper connection and understanding of the religion and its teachings. There is nothing wrong in worshiping in one's own mother tongue. It should be promoted and encouraged. The argument is that worshiping in a language that one is fluent in helps in creating a more personal and intimate relationship with the deity, which in turn leads to a greater sense of spirituality and devotion. However, when it comes to the church as a national entity under a legitimate synod, creating splinter synods for every ethnic group is a highly sinister motive aimed at undermining the sacrosanct nature of the church.

The use of a universal language like English has facilitated a sense of community among diverse groups of people from around the world. It allows people to hear the same messages, sing the same songs, and participate in the same activities, thereby creating a shared experience. The use of different mother tongues in worship, while it is important to some extent, can deepen personal spirituality. But it also has the potential to create linguistic and cultural barriers within a religious community.

 

In countries like Ethiopia, ethnicity has deeply ingrained itself in every aspect of society. The Church has never been immune from the toxic infection. This is also a major challenge for the church, as it strives to promote unity and bring people together under the message of the gospel and the cross of Christ. Unfortunately, some individuals, including the Prime Minister, seem to be bent on using language as a tool to incite division and create further strife within the church. By focusing on language, these individuals are disregarding the unifying power of faith and using it to further political and ethnic agendas. The argument that every ethnic group needs a synod because TPLF created one is irresponsible and counterproductive which can potentially tear apart the fabric of the church.

What is happening these days creates a situation where language becomes a source of conflict, rather than a means of communication and understanding. The focus should be on spreading the message of the gospel, rather than on political or ethnic affiliations. By doing so, the church can play a critical role in bringing people together, promoting understanding and peace, and fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Amharic has come a long way to become a national language. Over the years, it has evolved into the lingua franca of Ethiopia, serving as a common language for people from different ethnic and linguistic backgrounds to communicate with each other. That means Amharic belongs to the whole of Ethiopia, not just Amharas, as English now belongs to the whole world, not just English people. This is a testament to the power of language to bring people together, breaking down barriers and promoting unity. However, despite its status as a national language, some may still cling to the notion of Amharic as a language of the Amhara people and use it as a means to further ethnic divisions. The Prime Minister also did the same thing citing the use of Amharic in Amhara region, a creation of the ruling party. For that matter, neither Amhara nor Oromo regions belong to one linguistic group. The ethnolinguistic regions irresponsibly allotted to certain ethnic groups, in a diverse nation where over 80 ethnic groups live, are in fact a major source of conflict, mass killings, and displacement since their inception.

No language in the world is superior or inferior to others. But some languages have transcended ethnic, and cultural boundaries more than others. Politics aside, it is important to recognize and acknowledge the evolution of Amharic into a national language enriched by all Ethiopians. It is the only language in Ethiopia that transcends ethnic and linguistic boundaries.

Prime Minister Abiy’s recent speech advocating for worship in one's mother tongue is not only misguided but also counterproductive. Even if the issue he raises could be important, it should not be the subject of his televised dictations. Such divisive language from a political figure like the Prime Minister has the potential to fan the flames of division and aggravate conflicts, rather than promoting the ideals of inclusiveness and unity that the church represents. Moreover, it is not appropriate for a leader to inject such politically charged and potentially inflammatory rhetoric into an autonomous religious institution. Such speeches have the potential to further inflame ethnic tensions and create division, especially in a country like Ethiopia where ethnicity has long been a destructive force causing mass killings and displacement.

The Church has a rich and long-standing history as a unifying force within the country. This has been achieved through its role in bringing together individuals from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds under a shared spiritual and cultural umbrella. The Church has served as an anchor of continuity, providing a sense of community and belonging to its followers and promoting values such as unity, compassion, and peace. Despite the challenges faced by the Church over time, including political and social divisions, it has remained steadfast in its commitment to fostering unity and promoting a shared sense of purpose among its followers.

By injecting his rhetoric as a politician, the Prime Minister is not only overstepping his boundaries, but he is also providing legitimacy to a government-formed synod that has the intention of undermining the church and its leadership. This intervention violates the constitutional principle of separation of church and state. It is also a threat to the independence and autonomy of the church. A leader's primary responsibility is to bring people together and promote unity, not to sow the seeds of division and ignite ethnic tensions. It is a serious dereliction of duty for a national leader to use his platforms including the media, the cabinet, the parliament, or his party to foment divisions and animosity.

It is unacceptable for politicians to interfere with the affairs of the church, especially when it has a rich history that dates back to the 4th century. The Ethiopian Orthodox Church has always been a unifying force, bringing together people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. The government should stay out of church affairs and respect the decisions made by the synod, rather than trying to interfere and create chaos. The church has been a source of stability and hopes for the people of Ethiopia, and this must remain unchanged in the face of political interference. It does not mean that the church is a perfect entity. Far from it, it has its own weaknesses and failings including the slow pace of modernization that must be addressed within its institutional framework.

But the Prime Minister has no mandate whatsoever to give any orders to the synod or even a local church for that matter. The recent decision of the synod to excommunicate the splinter synod, which was engineered by the blessing of the ruling party, should be respected. This decision was made to preserve the integrity and unity of the church, and it should not be disregarded simply because it goes against the government's political agenda. The government needs to prioritize the well-being of the church and its members, rather than its own myopic political interests. After all, churches and mosques are the last bastions of unity and national cohesion in Ethiopia. The consequence of dividing the Muslim community by the previous regime has contributed to its downfall.

It is imperative that the government must respect the autonomy and independence of the religious institutions and desist from interfering in their internal affairs. These institutions are spiritual entities with their own beliefs, values, and practices. They have the right to govern themselves and manage their problems without outside interference.

The government's unhealthy interference not only undermines the credibility and integrity of the Church but also fans the flames of division and ethnic tensions, which is not in line with the church's mission of unity and peace. Interfering in the church's affairs only serves to detract from the importance of the church's role in society and its historic contributions to the betterment and stability of the nation. The government should uphold the principles of religious freedom and respect the autonomy of the church. As the saying goes, it is foolish to start a fire just to see the blaze.

Trying to do so by abusing one's political and ethnic leverages will only have severe consequences. The failure of leadership is far worse in the corridors of power than in the corridors of the church. That is exactly why Ethiopia is in such a big mess.

It was Christ himself who said: “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.” (Mark 12:17). As a political leader, the Prime Minister is dealing with the things of Caesar. But the church is focused on the spiritual realm. The two are clearly separate and should never be intermingled.

የ የ2014 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል ብሔራዊ ፈተና በየዩኒቨርስቲው መሰጠቱ ለተፈታኞቹ " ሱሪ በአንገት አውልቅ " እንደሆነባቸው ያገኙት ውጤት ይመሰክራል ።

የመንግሥትም ሆነ የግል ትምህርት ቤቶች ተማሪወቻቸውን ለኩረጃ ከማዘጋጀት ባሻገር ፣ ፈተናውን በአስተማሪዎቻቸው አሰረተው በማሰራጨት ፣ አሰስ ገሰሱ ወደ ዩኒቨርስቲዎች  እንዲገባ ያደርጉ እንደነበር ይታወቃል ።

ይኽንን ትውልድ ገዳይ የሥርቆት መንገድ በማስቀረት ረገድ የፈተና አሰጣጡ ከፍተኛ ሚና ከመጫወቱ ባሻገር ፣ ለአገሪቱ የትምህርት አሰጣጥ ጥራት ትልቅ ትኩረት እንዲደረግበት  ለሚመለከታቸው ባለድርሻ አካላት የማንቂያ ደውል ከፍ አድርጎ  የደወለ ነው ።

በሚኒስትሩ እንደተገለጠው " በመቶኛ ሲሰላ የ2014 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል ብሔራዊ ፈተናን ከወሰዱ ተማሪዎች መካከል የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ የትምህርት ዘርፍ ተፈታኞች ከ50 በመቶ ባላይ ውጤት በማስመዝገብ ከማኅበራዊ ሳይንስ አቻዎቻቸው የተሻለ ውጤት አስመዝግበዋል።

ከ339,642 የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ ተፈታኞች መካከል 6.8 በመቶው እንዲሁም የማኅበራዊ ሳይንስ ፈተናን ከወሰዱት 556,878 ተማሪዎች መካከል ደግሞ 1.3 በመቶው ብቻ ከ50 በመቶ በላይ ነጥብ አስመዝግበዋል።

በዚህም መሠረት ከ50 በመቶ በላይ ነጥብ ያስመዘገቡ 30 ሺህ የሚሆኑ ተማሪዎች በቀጥታ ወደ ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማም ገብተው ትምህርታቸውን የሚከታተሉ ይሆናል።

ከዚህ ባሻገር ደግሞ የአገሪቱ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የመቀበል አቅምን ከግንዛቤ ውስጥ በማስገባት “የተሻለ ውጤት ያመጡት ተመርጠው ወደ ዩኒቨርስቲ እንዲገቡ የሚደረግ ቢሆንም እነዚህ ተማሪዎች በቀጥታ የዩኒቨርስቲ የአንደኛ ዓመት ተማሪዎች እንደማይሆኑ” የትምህርት  ሚኒስትሩ ተናግረዋል።

ከዚያ ይልቅ ግን ተማሪዎቹ ደካማ ውጤት ያስመዘገቡባቸውን የትምህርት ዓይነቶች ለአንድ ዓመት በዩኒቨርስቲዎች ውስጥ እንዲማሩ ተደርገው፤ የሚሰጣቸውን የመመዘኛ ፈተና የሚያልፉ ከሆነ የአንደኛ ዓመት የዩኒቨርስቲ ትምህርታቸውን ይጀምራሉ ። "

ይኽ ውሳኔ የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ነው ።ፈተናው “ በሱሪ በአንገት አውልቅ “ መንገድ ነው ። የተሰጠው ። ጊዜውም አልነበረም ። ውጤቱ ይኽ እንደሚሆን የተረጋገጠ ነው ። ለሚቀጥሉት አምሥት አመታትም ከዚ የባሰ ውጤት ይጠበቃል ።  በየትምህርት ቤቱ የመማር ማስተማር ሂደቱን የሚቆጣጠር ገለልተኛ ተቋም ተምህርት ሚኒስቴር በመገንባት ተከታታይ ቁጥጥር እና የሞዴል ፈተና አሰጣጥ እስካልፈጠረ ጊዜ ድረስ የትምህርት ጥራትን ማረጋገጥ ከቶም አይቻልም ።

ተምህርት ሚኒስተር ፣ ውሳኔውን ይፋ ከማድረጉ በፊት ፣ 50% ካመጡት ውስጥ 300 እሰከ 350 ያመጡ ና ከዛ በላይ ውጤት ያገኙ ሥንት ናቸው ? በመቶኛ ። ከ100እሰከ 200 የመጡትስ ? ከ200 እሰከ 300 ያመጡትስ ? ምናልባት ከመቶ በታችስ  የሉም ወይ ? ይኽንን በዝርዝር ማየት ነበረበት  ።

በበኩሌ ከ200 እሰከ 300 የፈተና  ውጤት ያላቸው  በተመሳሳይ የዕውቀት ደረጃ ያሉ ናቸው ብዬ አምናለሁ ። ከ100 በታች ያሉትም እንደዛው ። ከ300 እስከ 400 ያመጡ ተቀራራቢ ዕውቀት አላቸው ብዬ እገምታለሁ ። ከ500 እስከ 600 ፤ ከ600 እሰከ 700 ደግሞ በአንድ ቅርጫት አስገባቸዋለሁ ።

ለምሳሌ ሚኪያስ አዳነ 666 በማግኘት የተፈታኞቹ ሁሉ አንደኛ ሆኗል ። ያውም ባለፉት አመታት ሰላም በደፈረሰበት በልዩ ትምህርት መከታተያ " በቦርዲግ እስኩል " እየተማረ ። 700 ያላገኘው 34 ጥያቄዎችን ብቻ ባለመመለሱ ነው ። ከዚህ ልጅ ውጤት ተነስተን የሌሎችን ተማሪዎች ውጤት መፈተሽ ይኖርብናል ።

የውጤት ፍተሻው የሚማሩበትን ትምህርት ቤት የትምህርት አሰጣጥ ያገናዘበ መሆን ይኖርበታል ። እርግጥ የትምህርት ሚኒሥቴር ድንገት የወሰደው እርምጃ ያጋለጠው የየትምህርት ቤቶችቹን የትምህርት አሰጣጥ ደካማነትን ነው ።

ደካማ የትምህርት አሰጣጥ ና ፣ የመምህራኑ ብቃት ማነስ  ነው ። ተማሪው ደካማ ውጤት እንዲያገኝ ያደረገው ። ከዚህ በተጨማሪ ያለመረጋጋት ጭንቀትና እና  ሁከት በአንዳንድ ዩኒቨርስቲ መፈተኛ ጣቢያዎች ነበሩ ። በዚህ ላይ  አሉባልታ ነበር ። " ፈተና ተሠረቀ " የሚል ።

በነገራችን ላይ ሥርቆት በመብዛቱ ነው ፣ ወደ ዩኒቨርስቲ ከልሎ ማስፈተን የተገባው ።በሌብነት ምክንያት ነው ፣ በገለልተኛ ፈተኛ መምህራን  ተማሪዎች የተፈተኑት ። እንደተገመተው ሥርቆት የትምህርት ጥራቱ ተጋድሮት እንደሆነ ተረጋግጧል ። ይኽ እውነት ቢረጋገጥም ፣  ዛሬም በየትምህርት ቤቱ ፣ ከፈተና በፊት ያውና ተመሳሳይ ትምህርት ነው የሚካሄደው ። በኩረጃ ነው አብዛኛው ተማሪ ለ12ኛ ክፍል  የደረሰው ። ...ይኽ ከቀጠለ በመሠረቱ “ የታጠበ የለም ። ታጥቦ ጭቃ የሚሆንም የለም ። “ ማለት ይቻላል ።

በመንግሥትም ሆነ በግል ትምህርት ቤቶች ደካማ መምህራን ነፍ ናቸው ። ዲግሪና ማስትሬት እንደ ከረሜላ የሚያድሉ ኮሌጆች በሞሉበት አገር (ባይበዛም  አንዳንድ የመንግስት ዩኒቨርስቲዎችም ውስጥ  ይኸው ይስተዋላል  ። ) በያዘው ወረቀት ብቻ ችሎታው ሳይገመገም በየመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት ፣ በየህክምና ተቋሙ የተቀጠረ በለማስትሬትና ባለ ድግሪ ቁጥሩ ትንሽ ነው ፣ ብሎ መናገር አይቻልም ።

በትምህርት ዓለምም ውስጥ ፣ ከፈታኞች ጋር በመሞዳሞድ የሁለተኛ ደረጃ አሥተማሪ የሆኑ በአንዳንድ የመንግስትም ሆነ የግል  ትምህርት ቤት ውስጥ መኖራቸው  ይታወቃል ። እነዚህን በገለለተኛ አካል ፈታኝነት አበጥሩ ከየትምህርት ቤቱ ጠራርጎ ማውጣት ቢያስፈልግም የሚተኩ ምሁራንን ከህንድ ካልሆነ በያዝነው የሚያስታውክ የቆንቋ ፖለቲካ ከአገር ውስጥ ማግኘት አይሆንልንም ። ይኽን በቋንቋ መሞዘዝን ትተን ከሁሉም ክልሎች ለሁሉም ክልሎች ከልብ አሥተማሪ የሆኑ ፣ የበቁ መምህራንን አሥተማሪ ካልተደረገ  ግን በመጨው ዓመትም ሆነ ለሚቀጥሉት 5 ዓመታት በሚደረጉ ፈተናዎች  ከአሁኑ የተሻለ ውጤት ማምጣት አይቻልም ።

በተጨማሪ ፣ እንደመፍትሄ የሚሆነው ተማሪዎቹ የሙሉ ቀን ተማሪዎች የሚሆኑበተን መንገድ መቀየስ ፤ አልያም ዓመቱን በሙሉ ቅዳሜና እሁድ ሙሉ ቀን የማጠናከሪያ ትምህርት እንዲማሩ በማድረግ የተሻለ ውጤት ከአምስት ዓመት በኋላ ማምጣት ይቻል ይሆናል ።

ዛሬ ከ30ሺ ያልበለጠ ተማሪ 50% ፐርሰንት አግኝቷል ።  ይኽም ዩኒቨርስቲ ይገባል ማለት  ፣ ከአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ የመቀበል አቅም በላይ ያልሆነ ተማሪ አልፏል ማለት ነው ። እናም ሌሎች  የመቀበል አቅማቸው ከ20 ሺ በላይ የሆኑ ዩኒቨርስቲዎች እንዴት ነው እነዚህን ተማሪዎች የሚቀበሉት ። እንደተባለው “  በወደቁበት የትምህርት አይነት ላይ ያተኮረ ትምህርት በመስጠት በዓመቱ መጨረሻ ፈተና በመስጠት የዩኒቨርስቲ መግቢያ ውጤት ያገኙት ሀ ብለው የዩኒቨርስቲ ትምህርት ይቀጥላሉ ። “ የሚለው ሃሳብ ከተማሪው ሞራል ግንባታ  አንፃር ትክክል አይመስለኝም ። ከ 200  እስከ 300 ያመጡ ተማሪዎች ፣ ለስድስት ወራት ተከታታይ የሆነ መሠረታዊ ዕውቀት በወደቁባቸው ትምህርቶች ሰጥቶ አጠቃላይ እውቀታቸውን በተግባራዊ ፈተና ገምግሞ ወደቀጣዩ ትምህርት ማሳለፍ ። እንዲሁም ከ200 በታች ያገኙትን በአንድ ምድብ መድቦ በዩኒቨርስቲውቹ  አቅም አስገብተው ፣ ለአንድ ዓመት ማወቅ በሚገባቸው ትምህርቶች ላይ ዕውቀት ሰጥቶ ፣ ያንን ዕውቀት የተረዱትን በፈተና ለይቶ ወደ ቀጣዩ መደበኛ ትምህርት ማሸጋገር ፍትሃዊ ነው ብዬ አምናለሁ  ።

ይኽ ለአሁኑ መፍትሄ ቢሆንም ፤ ለቀጣዩ በየትምህርት ቤቱ መሰራት ያለበት ምንድነው ? ዛሬም በአይን ጥራታቸው በመመካት፣  በኩረጃቸው የቀጠሉትን ፣ ኩረጃ አእምሮን  ገዳይ እንደሆነ እና ለመጨረሻው ፈተና መሰናክል እንደሚሆንባቸው ማነው በሚገባቸው ቋንቋ የሚያስረዳቸው ? እነዚህ እንቦቃቅላዎች በ2015 ዓ/ም የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ ፈተናንን በየዩኒቨርስቲው ተፈተኑ ሲባሉ እንደ መጀመሪያዎቹ ተፈታኞች ሁኔታው " ሱሪ በአንገት አውልቅ ። " ሆነብን ይሉ ይሆን ??

Background to systemic victimization of the Amhara people

In Ethiopia, the Amhara people belong to that category of victims of major human rights violations who only few in the world want to acknowledge as victims. Not only today, but also since the past 50 years, during which the TPLF and OLF have been labeling it as their respective scapegoat. Their unfounded and fake accusation eventually became more pronounced since the TPLF sized power in 1990 officially ruling Ethiopia as the EPRDF-government.  Consequently, unlike other victims of skirmishes occurring within the country, the Amhara people don’t enjoy that aura of empathy that benefits other victim groups.

Today, not only among the major Media sources and human rights system in the Western world, but also by the current Prosperity Party Government on power, some victims are deemed “politically correct” and garner all the attention, whereas the unsung Amhara victims are safely ignored and forgotten. Worse still, the Amhara activists are defamed by the Prosperity Party Government as “Fano-terrorists” / “Amhara-Shene terrorists”, so that no one feels any compassion for them.  Individuals like Tadeos Tantu, Meskerem Aberra, and many other human rights activists are similarly defamed as “terrorists” and their human rights are systematically violated and taken away from them not to advocate. Nevertheless, at least the Ethiopian public knows well-enough about them.

Although several internationally located historians defend the rights of the Amhara as well-behaved Ethiopians, most politicians in the USA and Western Europe only accept the ongoing atrocities in Ethiopia as "genocide of the people of Tigray". In the recent past, they have shown indifference about the atrocities committed by the TPLF warriors against the Amhara farming communities living in Maikadra; and by the OLF Shene terrorist groups who massacred the Amhara people in Oromia and Benishangul regions as well as in Ataye, Shew Robbit, and the vicinities in the bordering Amhara region.

There are some 65-70 million Amhara people living within and outside the Amhara Region, which is an estimated 47% of the Ethiopian population. Among the Diaspora, there are many Amhara descent residents in Australia, Canada, Europe, the Middle Eastern Countries. Yet, since the takeover of power by the TPLF group in Ethiopia in 1990, this phenomenon of who belongs in the category of “consensus victim” is not new; and if unchecked in time, it will probably continue, as part of the unbecoming competition among victims. The unsung Amhara victims need conscious Amhara activists who will stand up and plead for “Amhara victims’ solidarity”, so that the Western media attention be generously given to all whose rights and dignity have been violated by the Ethnic-led Oromo-Falangist Prosperity Party in Ethiopia.

Ethiopians of all walks of life hoped the current Prosperity Party régime would plausibly try to repair the currently ongoing injustices against the Amhara people and their communities. Although many Ethiopians in Diaspora and those at home have called upon the Prosperity Party régime to: (1) immediately end the reliance on the TPLF-intuitive draconian security laws and crackdowns committed by ethnically organized narrow nationalist groups like OLF-Shene and TPLF extremists (who on purpose regrouped themselves against the Amhara peaceful citizens), (2) reverse the drift towards militarization, and (3) implement security sector reform and end impunity, the government chose to give deaf-ear and keep mostly quite as if peace and orderliness is fully under the control of the national security within Ethiopia.

The core problem with the constitution and its executives

The TPLF constitution and system in force today is clearly the enemy of Ethiopians since   citizens are persistently slaughtered under its jurisdiction. Yet, the Prosperity Party regime officials claim the constitution has no equal, for which they are determined to not change or reform it. Yet, in the past four years, the Ethiopian public has witnessed barbaric events than before due to indifference shown by authorities who are stained in corruption, nepotism and lawlessness. In reality, the previously condemned TPLF-regime’s system is carried forward by its follower, the Oromo-regime.

In Ethiopia, a country divided into 11 regions and with dozens of ethnic groups being propagated about political feud, there occur ethnic divisions and conflicts. Where ethnic differences and historic grievances are enflamed by ideologically motivated individuals (and groups), violence flourish. Usually, ethnic-based conflict emerges not from the exercise of the right of individuals, groups, and communities bonded in diversity, but from the unjust denial thereof. Far from being a form of lawlessness, human rights constitute a building-block of civilized governance, the fountainhead of a just society based on equal rights and level playing fields. It was the cruel violation of human rights toward the Amhara farming communities that led to the OLF-Shene and TPLF extremists’ indiscriminate mass murdering and the deaths of at about half a million Amhara households in the last 4 years alone (and an estimated 1 million people in Northern Ethiopia during the recent TPLF invasion (according to Obasanjo, the peace mediator and former President of Naigiara) the disappearance of tens of thousands (presumed dead) and the destruction of an enormous amount of private property and cultural heritage of various communities in the regions.

Within Oromia and its neighboring regions (Afar, Amhara, Benishangul-Gumuz), a targeted slaughter, that many believe constitutes genocide, is taking place — perpetrated by Oromo extremists against the Amhara people. Among the main brutal actors, the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) is the cradle force behind the ongoing violence. During the recent power struggle war betwixt TPLF and the Prosperity Party, OLA combatants allied themselves with the US-backed TPLF (Tigray People’s Liberation Front) terrorists, and have over the last four years carried out dozens of deadly incursions. Whole districts in western Oromia are being purged of Amhara people in a brutal campaign which, some fear, could trigger a civil war between the two largest ethnic groups.

The main mission of TPLF, OLF-Shene and other ethnic activists and that of Ethiopia's foreign based unkind enemies is to spread terror, shed innocent blood, create fear, disrupt progressive activities, destroy property/infrastructure/ and food crops, as well as bring Ethiopia into endless turmoil and chaos with the aim to totally bring Ethiopia to its knee and force its citizens to surrender to the main foreign enemy.

Likewise, the main purpose of the externally and internally coordinated campaign of bloodshed and genocide against Ethiopians is to destabilize Ethiopia and make it fall into an abyss from which it will not come out. The end goal is to make Ethiopia completely naked and open to its enemies who plan to rob it of its natural resources.

At the end of the day, only the enemy will benefit from the internal violence and destruction that is happening in Ethiopia. Mainly Egypt, Westerners and internal enemies who compete for power, will dominate the Ethiopian power struggle by creating such a destructive mission. Optionally, they attempt to assign a loyal government of their desire and choice upon the shoulders of the Ethiopian people.

The core problem with the human rights of the unsung Amhara victims in Ethiopia is the denial of internal and external self-determination by the Prosperity Party authorities who propagate and promote the ethnic-based tribal constitution composed and implemented by TPLF in the early 1990s.  This governmental action is particularly irritating most Ethiopian citizens, because the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, clearly stipulate the right of self-determination of ALL peoples regardless of the ethnic origin.  Although this article constitutes the following three outlined hardcore law – it is not self-executing:

- All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

- All peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law. In no case may a people be deprived of its own means of subsistence.

- The Ethiopian state parties to the present convention, including those having responsibility for the administration of Regional Territories, shall promote the realization of the human right of individuals and communities, and shall respect that right, in conformity with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations.

By and large, the Ethiopian people, drained after two years of power struggle war betwixt the TPLF and its offspring, the Prosperity Party (November 2020-November 2022), with many deeply traumatized, requires human rights activists’ intervention to halt the endless bloody conflict targeted to eradicate Amhara people and “Oromize the area”.

Certainly, it is devastatingly the Amhara people who are being murdered (sometimes in the most barbaric, horrific fashion), women/girls/ raped; and countless households have been displaced, myriad of homes destroyed, livestock stolen by the OLA/OLF/ combatants with the aim The Ethiopian people, drained after two years of power struggle war betwixt the TPLF and its offspring, the Prosperity Party (November 2020-November 2022), with many deeply traumatized, requires human rights activists’ intervention to halt the endless bloody conflict.

Legal principle tells us that the right attaches to people, not to States. Undoubtedly, the Amhara of Ethiopia are a “people” and have the right of citizenship. Yet the political constellation thus far has been unfavorable to the Amhara people who have been facedly used as scapegoats for others who desire victimization as an approach to unjustly invoke what is termed “remedial secession from Ethiopia”. As a result of false accusation, gross violations of human rights continues to be committed against the silent Amhara victims. Yet, neither the United Nations nor the international community has moved a finger to help the Amhara humanity. On its part, the Prosperity Party, heavily attached to its Oromo Extremists within the government’s rank and file, are enjoying to clandestinely organize terrorist attacks against innocent Amhara farming communities throughout Ethiopia. During his recent meeting with university intellectuals at his office, PM Abiy emphasized to them to accept “the new normal” as if the country is free from chaos and unlawful mass killings.

Much earlier before the gross attacks took place, the Prosperity should have organized and monitored the safety and protectiveness of communities in all disputed territories in order to learn what the majority of the people want for themselves and for their children. Hence, due to its indifference to ethnic attacks committed on the Amhara communities, tens of thousands of human beings had lost their lives in armed conflict.  In a very real sense, the Prosperity Party has failed thousands of households by keeping silent about major injustices and grievances, and by not formulating timely proposals to facilitate dialogue and, where necessary, peaceful resolutions and protections.

The Way Forward

Currently, there is urgent prioritizations by human rights advocates to create a ‘Human Rights Council’ that should make Amhara People’s Protection and Rights its permanent item of its agenda. Let us also remember that human-rights is part of the central natural law, as recognized by Francisco de Vitoria already in the 16th century. Even before we explore natural law and its metaphysics, we must acknowledge human rights is an inborn impulse, an instinct for freedom, a sense of identity, individualism, and self-fulfillment. Far from being the source of ethnically engulfed conflict in a country, humanity and human rights is a condition for living together.

Hence, Ethiopian citizens should stand-up for their rights against the false narratives of the Prosperity Party government of Ethiopia, which wrongly depicts the Amhara people who attempt to defend themselves against organized criminal attacks as “Amhara-Shene terrorists”. It should opt to recognize the citizenship right of moving and living freely anywhere within Ethiopia, and the right to people’s identity, culture and language.

There is also a high degree of dis-information and “incitement to hate” against the Amhara society within the national media and in the Amhara pronouncements at the United Nations and elsewhere, which constitute a violation of article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The responsibility for this unjust legal situation against the Amhara goes back to the flawed capture of government power by the TPLF.

For its own good merits, it is high time for the Prosperity Party government of Ethiopia to promote or launch a comprehensive and Amhara-victims-centered strategy on transitional justice and accountability, with a time-bound plan to implement outstanding commitments, including taking steps in relation to the establishment of a credible truth-seeking mechanism and an ad-hoc special court to promote civilian and criminal justice. Victims must be given a central role in the design and implementation of all duty and transitional justice mechanisms.

That means, instead of creating lame-excuses for their indifference to chaos as “the new normal” it is high time for the Prosperity Party to pronounce itself on the violations of human rights on Ethiopian citizens, especially, that of the Amhara. The government must fix an appropriate level of just reparation to the survivors of the OLF-Shene and TPLF-genocide. Such actions may facilitate the process of reconciliation, which should be coordinated with the assistance of the pertinent UN agencies in country.

Both the federal and local government officials, rather than busying themselves with cutting the opening rivulets at various events, they should prioritize diligence to prevent human necks from being cut by domestic terrorists who are bent on creating havoc and mayhem. That means, the Prosperity Party regime should pay attention to the life-threatening issues in parts of Ethiopia. without further delay, the Prosperity Party authorities should prioritize securing peace and orderliness in Ethiopia by efficiently acting to implement public policing throughout the country and enable a sustained living conditions of Ethiopian citizens.

Recently, serval commentators have already concluded that the war conducted by the OLF-Shene and TPLF extremists against the Amhara communities in Ethiopia constitute characters of crimes committed against humanity to the extent of genocidal degree. Both the OLF-Shene and TPLF have already been labeled as combatants terrorizing the public on their own outlaw accords; with physical extermination and homestead evictions of the Amhara people who had sought refuge in so-called “Famine Emergency Settlement Zones” in parts of Ethiopia.

Actually, Oromization has been a clear plan on the ground that included the recent introduction of the Oromo national anthem and display of the Oromo flag in schools in parts of Addis Ababa.  It was an illicit move that caused great public resistance forcing the Prosperity Party policy initiators to withdraw; a triumph for community action, which timely empowered the public to take additional actions against ethnic nationalism and communal apartheid division.

At the end of the day, the need for urgent Prosperity Party regime’s action to stop the killing/displacement/ and destruction of homes of the farming communities is clear. The government should act decisively, to strongly condemn OLA attacks and loss of life in rural areas— something that the Ethiopian people generally witness as routinely lacking. Instead of preaching to accept what its leadership calls as “the new normal” the Prosperity Party must carry out law and order effectively and consistently, and show its devotion for maintaining peace and safeguarding local communities. As The Ethiopian Human Rights Commission rightly states in its recent press release: “The killing, maiming and displacement of civilians in the region……calls for immediate action by the federal government and a concrete and lasting solution.”

To date, the government’s response has been disappointing. This shows political weakness of the Prosperity Party in the face of embracing the Oromo nationalist influence at the heart of its government. These ethnic inclined officials basically play their “confuse and convince the public” politics through intentional neglect, indifference, and omission, and proving their involvement in the OLF-Shene’s criminal conspiracy. As witnessed by several government officials naked admissions in recent times, Oromo officials in key government agencies are implicated in OLA/OLF-Shene intrusions, cutting telecommunication, electricity/water supplies and blocking roads in preparation for imminent public transportation attacks. Such accusations point towards complicit participation of officials at a local administrative level; thereby illuminating the degree to which regional administrations and some (Oromo) ethnically aligned voices within the federal government are able to act independently. That means, beyond delivering admissive speeches, there is priority need for strong decisive government action to tidy out such creepy actions.

To withstand ethnic divisions and conflicts and related malicious events, there should be accommodative operations for grafting tolerance, ethnic-cooperation and citizens’ unity. The dividend from such actions will result in peace and social harmony. Immediate substantive action must be taken to stop the endless massacre of innocent Amhara population, especially in the last four years. It can be done if the will is there by the Prosperity Party leadership: when the TPLF attacked in November 2020, the government initially responded decisively and swiftly. The OLA and their allies are just as great a threat as the TPLF; they, too, must be stopped. The Prosperity Party must stop playing its political entrepreneurships based on ethnic preference. The political market place should be ready to treat everyone on equal and fair deals. Political free enterprise based on cynical attempt to confuse and/or convince the Ethiopian public on partisan marketable terminologies for political profit or rent seeking may only last for short-term desires. In the long-run such persistent political rent-seeking attempts will lead Ethiopia into public chaos and instability.

So, urgently, there is a priority need to make constitutional reform to the hitherto TPLF founded divisive administrative establishment based on ethnic federalism of the apartheid nature. The Prosperity Party should revise the suffering of the Ethiopian public due to heavy handed outlaw, nepotism and corruption in its systems. Basically articles restricting citizens’ movement and living in areas of their choice should be abandoned; and all regional militia disarmed or put under the national defense force authority.

As is the current chaotic situation with its public governance by the Prosperity Party in Ethiopia, nothing lasting can be achieved without first securing public peace and orderliness.
